Voit nauttia ikimuistoisesta lomasta täysin kalustetussa, uusimmassa 2 makuuhuoneen / 1bath-sviitissä. Molemmissa huoneissa on queen-size-vuode, ja sohvalla on myös ulosvedettävä sänky, mukava nukkua 4-5 hengelle. On ylimääräinen uppoavat toinen makuuhuoneessa. Keittiö on täydellinen ruokailu, sillä se on varustettu kaikella mitä tarvitset ruoanlaittoon! Se on hiljattain remontoitu w / graniitti työtasot, vastikään viimeistelty kaapit, uudet laitteet, uusi valaistus, uudet olohuonekalusteet, uudet kaihtimet ja uusi kylpyhuone. Condo on aivan joen, joten voit nauttia rauhallisesta ääni joen.

Vietä päivä nauttia mukavasta rentouttavasta jokiretkestä ja yhden raitiovaunujärjestelmän maastopyöräilyä / retkeilyä / lumikenkäilyä / hiihtoa vain minuutin päässä condo. On ilmainen sukkula ovelle, joka vie sinut hiihtokeskukseen. Voit kalastaa joessa joka kulkee Condo monimutkainen. Myös järven 35 minuutin päässä (Grandby järven) purjehdusta, meloa lennolle, kalastus, jne.

On Uusittu rec keskus päällä biljardipöytä, iso tv, uima-allas, sisä-ulkokylpyallas, lentopallo, BBQ-alue ja kuntosali.

Birthday Trip

Took my brother to see snow for the first time. The condo was perfect. Great location. Loved the river in the back of the condo. The kitchen has everything you need. Easy check-in and check-out. Very organized and friendly host.

Awesome location

This condo is in a great location. You can easily walk to town and the ski bus is located right outside the condo. We were there for a wedding at the Headwaters Center and it’s super close to that as well.

Nice Condo in Winter Park...

This is a nice, clean 2 bedroom Condo with a nice little stream running in front of it. We had everything we needed and then some. Great place to stay... we had a ball!!

Great ski condo in Winter Park

Had a great time here with my friends and would definitely stay again. Location was great and the condo had everything we needed. Highly recommend if you’re looking to ski in winter park!

The property was exactly as describes and shown. There are bar/restaurants, coffee shops, and an event area with things to do all within walking distance. Kitchen had all that was needed for the little cooking we did. Was amazing to read my book in the mornings and listen to the flow of the river. Very great place, recommend. Property owner messaged us during the stay just to make sure that all was good.

Property was as advertised and exceeded my expectations. The host Sheri was great and checked to see that all was ok during and after check in. We will return to this property when staying in Winter Park again.

Cozy spot near Winter Park

Great Location. Small but has everything you need. Only gripes were that the beds were pitched inwards to the point of affecting sleep, and the toilet paper was single ply and not very comfortable. All other parts of the rental process were perfect!

Great vacation and accomdations

Overall great property especially the location. Right in the heart of town and next to the bus stop. The communication was easy and informative. The property was well equipped and the community facilities were great. The only flaw was the thin walls and neighbors on 4 sides, making a good nights' rest difficult without earplugs.

Great Visit

This was a perfect place for a quick get away for spring skiing. The apartment is well equipped and wonderfully decorated. We loved looking at all the wonderful photographs which we believe were all taken by our hostess. I had a little problem finding the condo when we got there, but I am sure I just didn't save the condo number. It took a very short time to sort it out once I contacted Sheri.

Perfect WP Getaway!

This condo was clean, nicely decorated, and well supplied. There is beautiful photography throughout by the owner. Picturesque location on the river, quick drive to the slopes, and we walked to the community center every day for the pool/hot tubs. Found a couple trails nearby to hike as well in the fresh snow. The owner was very responsive to all questions and replied expediently. A+ experience!!

Spring Skiing Winter Park

The stay is a very nice, and comfortable space. Perfect for what my friend and i required. Would have even been fine if we brought our significant others (if they skied). The downtown location is great, walking distance to some of the better resturants, the stream outside the door is super cool and very tranquil. Would very much rent again, love Winter Park, and would very much recommend to anyone visiting, no matter what time of year.

The condo was great, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The only drawbacks was the horrible water pressure in the shower (it took me forever to wash my hair), not being allowed to wear shoes in the condo (understandable about not wanting ski boots worn in the condo, but why not regular shoes?) and the long walk to/from the hottub. I did appreciate the owner letting us check in a couple of hours earlier than the advertised check in time though.

Great location for skiing at Winter Park

Recommended if you want a great price on a condo close to Winter Park resort without paying to be on Winter Park property. Condo was clean and well stocked. Owner was responsive as well only negative is some odd noises that become noticeable at night (sounded like ticking steam pipes, but I don’t believe the condo has steam heat). Kept me up first night off and on, but no problem after that. Location can’t be beat as it is in the center of Winter Park. Restaurants are just a couple of blocks away.

Great stay but details of rental not complete

The condo was great fully furnished enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was professional and prompt. Condo was clean and all amenities were in place. There was even condiments and paper supplies available. The only thing I would like to note is the “Rec” center is a long hike especially in snow. We looked forward to utilizing this amenity but unfortunately had to drive each time. Also the washer and dryer are not free you do have to pay which is not a big deal but it was not listed in details. Also the fireplace is not usable. It’s filled with candles which was a big bummer for us. There is also no outdoor fire pit available for use atleast not in snow weather. Overall very reasonable we enjoyed our stay and it was affordable.

Great for our last minute getaway!

The condo was exactly as expected/described and very clean. I’ve been to places that had to put strong air fresheners in them and it kills my allergies. But here, it just smelled clean and absent of any odors which was extremely pleasant for my sinuses!! It had everything we needed and even a cute little welcome dish of snacks that were a Godsend when we arrived super late on the first night. We were there only Wednesday through Saturday and didn’t have a lot of free time to hang at the condo, so we didn’t get to enjoy the fireplace, but we did make sure to go out by the little river/stream and enjoy on Thursday before we went exploring. It is so beautiful and relaxing. I love the sound of the river, and it was so nice to be able to open our window and hear it in the evening. The beds were comfy and they even had extra pillows to use in the closets. I liked the idea of removing shoes inside since you know the floors stay much cleaner and was an easy transition for us. Sheri was very quick to respond to my questions and allowed us to get in early, but plans changed and we didn’t get to (Red Rocks / Sting instead). Checkin was easy with the digital lock and we had no issues with anything in the condo. Location was great and convenient. It was only going to be 3 of us, but our daughter decided to stay the night and even with 4 of us, we were very comfortable in the condo. We would definitely stay here again! Checked off all the boxes!

Comfortable, quiet and clean. Great communication with host via email and chat. Location is ideal - 5-10m drive to WP, 5m walk to grocery store, liquor store and restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. The shower takes a bit of a safecrackers touch to get the right temp, but that's a very small gripe. Great place to stay!

Nice 2 bedroom in the heart of winter park

This is a nice property close to many activities. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. I would have no issues recommending this location to a friend or family.

I recently remodeled the condo after some feedback on here that it was outdated.

This property is right on the river, so is so relaxing. It is conveniently located w/in walking distance to town incl. restaurants/bars and has a free shuttle bus to the ski resort. There are many miles of singletrack trails right out the door for hiking, biking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing
