Kauniisti sisustettu, kodimme tarjoaa kaikki mukavuudet, jotka tekevät vierailustasi ikimuistoisen sekä sinulle että perheellesi. 4 makuuhuonetta, 3 kylpyhuonetta, tarjoaa 10 mukavaa perhettä. Hyvällä maulla sisustettu, kotimme tukee hyvin varustettua keittiötä, josta on panoraamanäkymät merelle, kun valmistat aterioita. Suuri valtameren rannalla sijaitseva kansi, istuu hiekalla, sopii täydellisesti pienen lapsen leikkialueelle, on varustettu kaasugrilli ja istuimet ulkona. Kotimme on varustettu 3 taulutelevisiolla, DVD: llä, blue ray -laitteella nautintoasi varten.

Rockaway Beach tarjoaa mailia turmeltumatonta hiekkaa, erinomaista kävelyä, leijaa lentämistä ja kesäauringon nauttimista. Panoraamaikkunan ikkunoiden seinällä, joka istuu merenrannalla, talvimyrskyn tarkkailu on käytettävissä seikkailunhakijoille.

Nothing short of spectacular!

Although the photos of this home are beautiful, they can't hold a candle to how exquisite this house is. Just opening the front door and taking in the wall of huge windows overlooking the ocean was absolutely breath-taking. Ignoring for just a moment the location right on the water and the views, this house itself it so perfectly furnished, with such an eye for detail, that we never wanted to leave. Every single piece of cookware, every appliance, every beach toy; all were there for the renter's enjoyment. Each bathroom was furnished with full sized toiletries, and the kitchen had spices and paper products and even an emergency kit. I cannot say enough about this incredible home. Our grandchildren (4 and 6) were thrilled with all the toys, and the little play area in front of the deck was a perfect spot where we could keep an eye on them. There were 9 of us all together, and we never felt crowded, as the house just seems to go on forever. If you have small children, you may have to remove some of the beautiful and delicate sea shells and other decorative items; it wasn't a problem for us but may be for toddlers. We were only there for 4 nights so did not try any local restaurants. Believe me, it was difficult to leave this house for any reason!!

Family getaway

The house was perfect for our family. . the grandkids loved the sand area! There was plenty of room for all of us, and the view and beach access were unbeatable. We'd definitely love to stay there again!

3 generation Family Vacation

The view when you enter this home is STUNNING! The online pictures capture this house perfectly. There were 9 of us, ages 7 - 68, and we had plenty of space to spread out and/or to gather together -- it was a wonderful house for us. Just a short walk to the Pacific - wow! We were blessed with great weather which made our morning hiking and afternoons on the beach just amazing. We played boardgames, did jigsaw puzzles, cooked together in the well supplied kitchen, flew kites, took long walks on the beach, made s'mores over our fire on the beach, had quiet time for napping and reading. Great memories! Our grandsons loved the sand in the backyard -- they dug tunnels to their heart's content. Lots of sand toys in the garage. Pam answered emails very promptly and was helpful before and during our stay. She sent lists of resources and ideas for activities and restaurants. Rockaway Beach is a great location for experiencing sights on the northern coast (crabbing, kayaking, hiking in Oswald West, Ecola and Cannon Beach plus the history of Astoria). And, don't forget Tillamook south of RB! Delicious ice cream at the creamery plus it's available at 2 ice cream shops in RB. It became a daily excursion for us. Pronto Pup corndogs were delicious and a fun outing too. This house was very clean and had plenty of linens. The layout of the house is unique and fun. It is a well insulated home which makes it a quiet, enjoyable house. It's obvious that Pam has thought of just about everything to make it comfortable for her guests. This is a WONDERFUL find and we are so glad we discovered it on VRBO.

The best beach trip at a beautiful beach front home.

Staying at this home was an unforgettable experience. I booked this trip on short notice and Pamela was very easy to communicate with. She was very accommodating to my requests and quick to respond. Upon entering the house the view of the ocean is breathtaking, literally. Throughput the trip we found ourselves saying, "I can not believe the view." The view from upstairs is even more impressive. We ate all our meals in the home and the kitchen was very well stocked. This was the most comfortable VRBO we have stayed at with all the kitchen tools you could need, blankets, towels and beach toys to use. We felt completely at home in this house and so blessed that he owners are willing to share the experience of beach front living with us.

The Home was wonderful

The house is very nice! Well organized and stocked with all the necessary utensils. We felt very comfortable in the house and it was very easy to keep clean. (Twice a week garbage pickup was a plus). The layout of the house was great for our three families with each having their own sleep areas and the common kitchen, dining area and living room. The kids (and parents) really enjoyed the sand area just off the front deck. It felt like home away from home.

Fantastic beach home! Clean, well maintained and very well equipped.

Amazing stay on the Oregon Coast!

We loved every minute of our stay here. The house is great for multiple families- cozy but spacious for our 2 families plus grandparents. Everyone had their own space and the kitchen was well appointed. The 4 kids in our party loved having the sandy play space- and there are plenty of beach toys in the house for those travelling from far away. The pictures do not even convey the beautiful views from the deck and inside the house! Even on gray days the house feels bright. We took advantage of the huge sandy beach, tide pools, and amazing seafood in the area. There is plenty to do in nearby towns and state parks- hikes, lighthouse, Tillamook cheese, railroad, etc. and we liked that Rockaway beach was quiet and relatively small. It was a very easy drive from Portland. We would rent this house every summer if we could! Thank you Pamela!

Great house in a beautiful location on the beach

We spent the week here with our two daughters and their husbands and our two grandchildren, and the house worked great for us. Good space so we could all have some quiet time, beautiful views of the ocean and Beach. It has everything we needed to have a wonderful week. And the sand area of the deck was wonderful for the kids to play in. Pamela was very helpful with suggestions of places to visit, and was very accommodating when we had a slight change in plans on our arrival day. We enjoyed the coast and some of the activities it had to offer, but loved being able to hang out at this great place, sit on the deck(or nap on the deck) and listen to the sounds of the ocean and enjoy the view. So happy we found this place, it helped in making our family vacation wonderful and relaxing. Definitely a place I would recommend staying and if we ever came back to the Oregon coast, I would want to stay here. Thank you Pamela for letting us stay at your wonderful home on the beach.

The Perfect Family Reunion Spot on the Beach!

We contacted Pamela several months ago because her home looked like the perfect place for my wife and I to coordinate a reunion w/ all of our adult children. It WAS the perfect place! When we walked in the door last week for the 1st time, the view took my breath away. The floor plan allowed both public gathering space and private space so that we could all enjoy the time together. Perhaps the best part was the way that Pamela went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Before the trip, we had some logistics challenges and Pamela worked hard to help us in every way that she could. Seven of us explored the coastal area (we were not familiar with the Oregon coast), enjoyed deep sea fishing, hiked the Pacific Beach area, took advantage of the beautiful beach on which the house rests, body-surfed, kayaked for Father's Day and ate at many of the pubs and restaurants that Pamela had recommended to us. I never get enough exposure to our great oceans and 8 days of seeing and hearing the beautiful expanse of Rockaway Beach right outside of our back door is something I will never forget. Thank you, Pamela, from all of us for creating a breath-taking environment for us to share time together!

Very nice beachside home

Had a great stay. Four adults, a 3 year old, and a baby shared the house. It has a nice layout that makes the interior feel much bigger so none of us felt crowded. The beachside deck is fairly large and gives a spectacular view while the sand play area is perfect for the kids. Beach access is very convenient and Rockaway Beach itself is within easy walking distance. The kitchen is well stocked with just about everything you need and fresh seafood is easy to find in several fairly close by seafood vendors. Rockaway Beach has a couple of convenience grocery stores and Tillamook has a Fred Meyer and Safeway for more selection. Great place to just relax and highly recommended.

Perfect for 4 generations!

Great place for a beach getaway with family. Grandkids loved the sandpit and the dual staircases. We all enjoyed the crystal clear picture windows, the easy access to the beach, and the well-equipped and open kitchen.

Perfect location for a multifamily vacation

We absolutely loved this house. When you first walk in your breath is taken away by the amazing views out the large windows. There is an oversized living area attached to the open kitchen which is fantastic for a large group. There were 5 adults and 4 children in our group. At first glance the house floor plan is a little weird, but it actually was perfect for having some quiet private spaces and at the same time being able to gather all together. The oversized deck and private sand area was our favorite place to hang out. The kids were able to play in the sand and were completely safe. There is no direct beach access from the sand area which actually was nice. (The beach access is only one house away, totally doable.) If it got cold, windy or rainy, you could sit in the warmth inside and watch the ocean from all the large windows. The beds were all comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. Some of the decor and bed linens are a little out of date in the style department but that didn't matter to us. We had a blast for our Mother's Day weekend. We will definitely be staying here again!

This is the perfect place on the beach. The views are expansive, and the house is roomy for 10.

The views from inside the house are better than you can imagine, basically 180 degrees. The house is perfect for a large group, with large kitchen and dining table for 10. Beach access is either down 12 feet of large landscape rocks right out back, or for the more careful, the are some pretty good stairs one house to the south. Again, you will continually be amazed by the ocean views every time you look up. This is our second time here, and can't wait until next time.

Top Notch

Perfect for my wife and I to host our two sons and their families. The master forms a suite on the second floor overlooking the ocean and is very private. A second private suite on the other end of the house with two queens and it's own bath is on the second floor. Again very private. There are two bedrooms on the first with a bath between them. Very nicely done. The house is in excellent condition with many skylights and the world's best panoramic view of the ocean. The decoration is a very tasteful nautical theme. Special kudos to the large deck and children's sand play area. It is private and safe for kids without worrying about strangers. The kitchen and dining area are perfect and very well supplied with utensils and dishes.

Great views, especiallY from second floor master

Two families stayed at the house, the top floor master suite was a perfect retreat from the noise of the downstairs. The downstairs living area had plenty of seats for everyone. There were so many spices and cutlery and kitchenware that we were able to make whatever we wanted. The sandy area was perfect for the kids, there was lots of deck furniture, toys, and beach equipment. The place could use more towels, and the upper suite mattress was really, really bouncy and hard. However, the other mattresses in the other rooms were awesome! (Why not put a good one in the best room??)

Can't say enough about this amazing place!

This house and location is amazing! Pictures don't do it justice. I would recommend it to anyone and am certain we will make a trip back! We stayed the last week of July and had ten in the house very comfortably. The owner has thought of everything and the house is beyond well equipped (All kitchen equipment, games, beach toys, even duraflame logs to start up your bonfire). We used it as a base and were able to explore the whole coast, but quite honestly we were always anxious to get right back to the house and spend time there. Beach access is easy and feels like your own private beach. Great access to coffee shops and restaurants nearby. There is a large grocery store in Tillamook, which is a quick 15 minute drive. The owner has put together a great book with restaurants and things to do. Don't miss: Kelly's for crab fishing! Fun for all ages. We caught more crab than we could eat - which none of us thought was possible. There are great hikes near Manzanita that offer jaw dropping views of the coast. At low tide visit the tide pools at Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach. You will see starfish, crabs and amazing anemones. Farmers markets - try the marionberry pie! This coast is filled with fresh seafood, great coffee, local Oregon microbrews, amazing Oregon Pinot, breathtaking nature in the beaches and mountains and of course fresh air. A great place to unplug!

Seriously! Look no further! This is the perfect beach house with the most amazing views.

Perfect beach house with amazing views! Beautiful sunsets every night. The owner was the absolute best and communication couldn't have been better. This house has everything you need! The beds were so comfortable and house very spacious. Sand and beach toys for the kids. Beach towels and blankets available to use. Lots of games, puzzles and books to choose from. We walked right down the hill to get coffee some mornings (R&R espresso) and breakfast at Offshore grill was amazing. I also loved the table fit all of us and extra bar stools for breakfast and dinner when we did our own cooking. It was like having our own private beach. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Amazing location, perfect home for a family getaway!

We just returned from spending a week in this fabulous home and can't say enough good things about it. It was the perfect place for our family to stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. First, the location is fantastic. Rockaway Beach is a great base-camp location for exploring the Oregon Coast. There is a lot to do within a 15-30 minute drive and Rockaway Beach itself is a cute beach town with just enough shops/restaurants without being too busy/touristy. The beach is one of the best I've visited...miles of soft sand!! We had beach fires every night while we watched the amazing sunsets. Flew kites every day. Made sandcastles and went for long walks. The water was too cold to swim in for us, but we saw kids out there every day! Look for sand dollars on the beach...we found a few whole ones! This house is directly on the beach...you couldn't get any closer or any better view. The home itself is large but cozy and easy to live in. We had three separate "families" within our family and each had their own area...plenty of privacy if you want, but also a great open living area where everyone can congregate. There are amazing picture windows that highlight the expansive view of the ocean. The decor is a bit dated in some places, but that only adds to the charm of this place. The kitchen is well-appointed and a great place to cook for a large group. Bathrooms were clean and large. Linens were in good shape and they provide beach towels, which is nice. There is a large deck and a little enclosed sand area out back that is great for kids. Our experience was wonderful from working with Pam initially, throughout our stay, and through our departure. I would stay there again and recommend it to any group!

"Breathtaking" is an understatement!

This is one of the most amazing rental properties I have ever stayed in (and I've stayed in several). The house was very clean and welcoming. The location is fantastic. Although you can't walk to the beach directly from the property it is VERY close. If you are planning to stay with children - which we did - or three couples, the sleeping arrangements are great. They are so separate you can not hear ANY noise from the other rooms. I recommend this house with the highest praise!
