Rentoudu tässä upeassa rantahotellissa Puerto Del Solissa, josta on panoraamanäkymät Pohjoisjoelle ja Mobjack-lahdelle.

Aamulla kupillisella kahvia voit nauttia paikallisten vesimiesten aktiviteettien seuraamisesta vetämällä rapuruukkujaan näytön kuistilta mukavasti.

Yksityisellä laiturillasi päivittäiseen toimintaan voi sisältyä uinti, rappaus ja kalastus. Se tarjoaa myös paikan, jolla voit sitoa vesihiihtosi tai pienen veneesi. Jos uinti lahdessa ei ole kupillinen teetä, on aina oma uima-allas, josta voit nauttia.

Varhain illalla upeita auringonlaskuja voi nauttia aurinkohuoneesta, näytön kuistilta tai laiturilta. Vaikka näkymät Puerto Del Solista ovat henkeäsalpaavat, sisustus on lämmin ja mukava. Olohuone on suuri, runsaasti istumatilaa, takka, TV ja videonauhuri / DVD-soitin. Kodin takana on myös aurinkohuone, joka tarjoaa lisätilaa toisen television kanssa. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on makuuhuoneen sviitti, jossa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on queen-size-vuode, myös televisio. Perfect for a family vacation!

This house was a very nice house to rent for a family vacation. The house was very clean and pretty. The pool is very big, and clean also. And we loved fishing on our personal fishing pier every day! We also found good restaurants to go to in town every night.

Lovely spot

The location is beautiful. Had a great time relaxing in the pool. House is overall very nice. A first aid kit would be a useful addition.

Beautiful Sunsets

We had a nice vacation at this house. The pier was our favorite spot and we caught a lot of fish including a small shark! The pool was nice, but around 20 small crabs would get in there every night so we would spend a lot of time catching them before we could swim. We loved the little town of Matthews and ate their often.

WONDERFUL VACATION!

We have stayed at Puerto Del Sol many times, and we absolutely love it. Most of our time is spent relaxing on the dock and at the pool. The house is clean and welcoming. The kitchen is very well-stocked with cookware. We rarely venture out with the exception of the grocery store, but the town of Mathews is so charming and this year we spent a day shopping and visiting antique stores. We ate lunch at Richardson's and thoroughly enjoyed our day. Patti is terrific and the only thing we would change is being able to stay longer.

Nice space and a great location

I’ve rented quite a few waterfront properties before but I was really surprised at how quiet and peaceful this location was. Boat traffic was minimal. It’s a great place to go to relax and disconnect. Crabbing was fantastic. With zero Crabbing knowledge and a few frozen fish we pulled out close to a bushel just using the pots on the dock. It’s a well appointed home with a lot of nice features. The pool is really the icing on the cake.

Wonderful time on the bay

The property is adorable. Clean, attractive, and comfortable. The pool is a lovely convenience, and the dock was fun to catch crabs off, fish, and go kayaking. The house also has all the amenities needed to cook large meals for family and enjoy the outdoors. Most rental places have crummy kitchen appliances and tools, but this place has it all! We really enjoyed our stay. My only complaint would be that the lovely sunroom off the back of the house makes it very hot in the afternoons when the sun beams in to the house, and the AC could not keep up with the 100% heat the week we were there. Not surprising though as it was the hottest week of the year! All in all a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come again!

What a week in Virginia!

What a week in Virginia, My family of 6 stayed at your house and had the most wonderful time. The house was very warm and inviting. We could not have asked for a better place to get away from our busy lives in NYC. The pool was enjoyed by everyone every day, especially by my two younger ones. We enjoyed the wonderful river with a dock that allowed us to fish, kayak & crab. Thank you for providing the crab cages. What a wonderful gift. We ate blue crab every night and a few fish. We would highly recommend this house if one is seeking a place with everything one needs for a time of enjoyable solitude from the hustle of life. Thank you again for the wonderful accommodations. We hope to return again.

Perfect Stay

We had such a lovely stay at this beautiful home! My husband andI brought my parents and our son and nephew, so a total of 6 of us and 3 generations. The house was just as it was listed and fit us all perfectly. We spent almost every waking hour on the dock or in the screened porch. The view was so incredible. We were so lucky to be there over the most perfect crisp and sunny fall weekend. The pool was too cold but we knew that may be the case and still appreciated that Patti left it open for us. The kitchen was so well stocked. We only left one day to take a drive around and visit "town.". Otherwise we just relaxed, fished, crabbed, read, played cards, grilled and enjoyed some family time. Thank you Patti and Glenn for opening your home up and being so easy to reach. We only had a few questions, but we heard back each time almost immediately! I would highly recommend this home and these lovely owners. Thank you and we hope to be back!!

This home was lovely! It was exactly as described. We had a beautiful view of the North River. Sunsets were amazing!There was ample room in this house to be apart or together…sometimes it’s good to have a good place to read! We brought our boat and were most pleased to see a TidesClock. It was very helpful! The pool is small but fine for us. Very nice addition!The kitchen has more “kitchen needs” than many VRBO rentals. However, wish there was a cabinet or a couple of shelfs that renters could use for their own food items. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Superb! Exceeded our expectations! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, the accommodations, the view and the location. The house is very comfortable and very well equipped. The owner was easy to communicate with and readily available for information and questions. Definitely one of the best vacation rentals we have experienced.

Check-in was easy and the house beautiful! The men and my 16 year old granddaughter loved the fishing and crabbing from the pier. We had fresh crabs daily.We were disappointed that our weather was chilly and wet the majority of the week so, we only used the pool once.Patti was excellent, she was very responsive and always helpful.

We had a wonderful vacation with our 3 young kids. Crabbing, fishing, kayaking, pool, plus tons of games and puzzles inside. The days weren't long enough! The home is well kept and the views are beautiful. We saw sting rays, turtles, and lots of crabs! Would love to come back.

We had a fantastic time! The house was charming, well-maintained and more spacious than I thought it would be. We split our time between the pool, the dock and the screened-in back porch. The setting was lovely and quiet and exactly what we were looking for. The kitchen had everything we needed - we appreciated the spices and the Brita pitcher! They even had a crockpot, a blender, a juicer and a food processor - great things if you're going to cook at the house. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect Peaceful Getaway on the North River

We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at this beautiful North River cottage. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still conveniently located. The home is well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We spent our days catching crabs, swimming in the pool, and our nights under a stunning star-filled sky. Truly a relaxing and memorable escape!

This house was a perfect get away for our family! Sunsets were beautiful. The location was a little out of town which allowed us to relax but was only an hour away from Williamsburg and Bush Gardens. The near by towns had lots of really good restaurants. We also enjoyed trying our had catching and cooking the blue crabs. We would recommend this house!

Beautiful location on the river

Lovely stay!

Our family of 4 and our 2 friends absolutely loved the house! We spent each day in the pool, fishing, kayaking, hanging out in the screened in porch, and relaxing in the room overlooking the water. I the location was great, easy drive to Mathew’s for groceries, ice cream, and dinner. Great communication with the host, easy check-in and home was just as the pictures show. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing

Our vacation was nothing short of amazing! Just what we needed for a relaxing week. Everything from checking in to the home decor. Rooms are spacious. Kitchen had everything we could need. Fishing and crabbing off the pier, swimming in the pool and the sunsets take your breath away. We enjoyed every minute and we had toddler, teenager and adults. Labor Day Break

The property was lovely-very peaceful and quiet, with a lot of bird life. The boys fished off of kayaks and off of the dock, and my husband caught a huge red drum. We used the crab traps. Swam in the pool. The nicest vacation we have had in some time.
