Mountain Serenity
Tämän kartanon perusteet on suunniteltu hyvin ja integroitu mestarillisesti luontoon. Kodin ulkopuolella on rauhallinen suihkulähde, huvimaja ja peitetty kansi nauttiaksesi kauniista Colorado-iltoista.

Tämä upea arkkitehtisuunnittelu on täynnä 22 hehtaarin laajoista näkymistä vuoristoon ja kaupunkiin. Suuri huoneessa on puupalkit, kivitakka, holvikatot ja ovet, jotka johtavat ulkoterassille, joka on täydellinen viihdyttävä. Hieno keittiö sisältää kauniit kalusteet, ammattikäyttöön tarkoitetut laitteet, puulattiat, graniittitasot ja espressokeitin. Päätaso sisältää myös upean sisäänkäynnin, yksityisen Vieras-sviitissä on täysin varustettu kylpyhuone, puoli kylpy, tilava ruokasali ja opiskelu, joka tarjoaa paljon tilaa viihdyttäville vieraille.

Yläkerrassa on neljä makuuhuonetta, mukaan lukien makuuhuoneen sviitti, tv, oma yksityinen kansi ja ylellinen kylpyhuone. Yhdessä huoneessa on king-size-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Toinen huone, jossa queen-vuode, liitetään 3/4-kylpyhuoneeseen, jossa on kaksinkertainen pesuallas. Neljännessä makuuhuoneessa on tällä hetkellä kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja ne voidaan muuntaa kuninkaaksi etukäteen pyynnöstä.

Great getaway

We had an amazing time with our family and friends. Loved hanging out in the gazebo and watching the stars and city lights as we enjoyed the quiet. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful Family Christmas

Gorgeous home, incredibly stocked in every way;Kitchen, linens , games , pool accessories… etc. so nicely decorated for Christmas. All the bedrooms perfectly positioned for quiet & great sleep. We so enjoyed all the space to play games, do puzzles, and the piano was a blessing for all, as our older grandkids as performed Christmas songs! A bonus was parking 2 of our cars in the garage. We enjoyed walking the property trails. We highly recommend this house & property. We would love to return

Wedding weekend for the family

We rented this property for us and our extended family, who were all traveling in from out of town for our wedding. The property was spacious, elegant and well-appointed. The location is phenomenal - gorgeous views on a large parcel of land, with plenty of space for 15 people to bunk comfortably. There were 5 kids (ages 7-17) in the group, and they enjoyed playing on the back patio and the exploring the paths around the property. It was about a 30 minute driving into old Colorado Springs, so convenient to just about everything in the local area.There were small things on the property that didn't work - the deadbolt on the front door wouldn't turn with the key, and the exhaust fan in the master bathroom was non-functional, to name a couple. Nothing that was problematic enough to cause a real issue during our stay, but for the price they are the sorts of things you'd hope would be in good repair. The space was great for entertaining, as we had a number of friends over the night before the wedding. Even with 30 people, the space didn't feel crowded. It was a pleasant home base for all the celebrations, and a great spot for wedding prep the day of the ceremony. Recommended!

Fantastic all around

House was amazing, pictures were accurate. Unbelievable views, lots of space, very private. Perfect location for our company retreat and gathering. Host was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend this place!

This home is magnificent! Everything about it is top-notch! There is a large yard so our kids could play outdoor games. It is a beautiful area for running and the house is simply stunning. It exceeded our expectations!

Wedding weekend stay in the mountains

This was a last minute find for us due to a prior rental being cancelled. Owners basically rescued us on short notice and allowed us to book their beautiful home for days leading up to our son's wedding. When we arrived, it was simply beyond expectations. There were 11 of us and the 6 bedroom/6 bath home was amazingly spacious, and had breath-taking views. It was well stocked, well appointed, and so very comfortable. I would highly recommend this home!

Perfect location for small ladies retreat

Our group loved our stay at the Summit House. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Setting is beautiful. We are enjoyed seeing the deer! This was our second visit and we all hope to come back next spring.

Fabulous!

We loved the house along with the heated indoor pool. It's nice for larger groups with lots of room to spread out. They have a very large property with easy to follow trails and a small group of deer wandered through the yard one afternoon.

Amazing House, Amazing Views, Amazing Stay!!!

We enjoyed every minute of our staycation!! The house is spacious & clean, well-decorated, and the views are AWESOME. We booked this property for the indoor pool and it did not disappoint. Our kids swam 2-3 times a day!! Matt and Diana were very helpful at check-in and accessible the entire time we were there. Definitely book this property!

Summit House

The property was my best rental on VRBO. Reserved for Son’s 50th birthday party. Attended by 13 adults and one two year old child . Had ample room to spread out and enjoy all of he family. The custom house was one of a kind. Very clean and had all the amenities one could ask for and the location/views at the summit left us all not wanting to leave.

Perfect!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family gathering over Easter. There is plenty of outdoor yard space for playing frisbee or cornhole. The house has a fabulous kitchen for cooking for a large group. I honestly can’t say enough good about this place. We will definitely be back!

Family togetherness

This was this perfect property for a family getaway. We had a 8 adults and 3 children, including a toddler — and there was plenty of room for all of us to gather together, but also spread out. The owners were very responsive to all our questions, both prior to arriving, as well as throughout our stay. Our trip to the Colorado Springs area was wonderful, largely due to the terrific home base we were able to have with this property. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

Summit House is beautiful and the location is great. The outdoor areas were comfortable and peaceful. The indoor pool was a hit with the kids and the adults. Everything you need is provided. Kitchen was well stocked with spices etc. The hosts Diana and Matt were extremely helpful and friendly and a pleasure to work with. Great house for a big family reunion.

Palmer Lake/monument house with a view and a pool indoor.

This property had the most amazing view and long driveway to a big beautiful mansion home. We enjoyed and rented this home for the indoor pool my daughter loves to swim. It was so fun to watch the snow melt outside while we swam I the warm pool and hot spa we could heat with an all the info the property manager explained to me. We had a wonderfully quiet time at this home and enjoyed the space after doing a side ranch with sixteen of our closet friends and family the week before for thanksgiving. It was fabulous to have such. Centrally located house while we explored the area seeing family in Denver and friends in Colorado Springs. We definitely will utilize this home again when we travel back to Colorado the next time it was fantastic and we throughly enjoyed our time there. Our friends came to visit us and loved the gazebo outside that had a great view and wonderful pictures they took! Traveling in December is always tough but the owners made every accessible and we’re available when we needed anything. Truly a gem and worth it for any CB bigger group then us but we were sold when we saw the pool and spa!

USAFA Grad week

This house was everything you could want and need for a gathering with friends and family. We had people coming in from out of state to attend and celebrate my son graduating from USAFA. We have rented many houses during our 4 years of visiting CO, this house far exceeded my expectations. It was so well stocked with whatever you would possibly need. Diana and Matt were great and went over all of the details of the house with us. They were awesome and very prompt with answering questions via text.

Awesome family vacation experience

From the pre trip planning thru our entire stay Diana was so helpful and accommodating with every request. 16 extended family members in town for College graduation and a small family celebration. Rave reviews by all on the house, quality of everything, view is awesome, and every little and big detail were perfect. The caterer for Mexican taco themed grad party was delicious, and the 2 helpers she suggested made the day go perfect and helped prep and clean up. They were Awesome as well. We loved the house and highly recommend vacationing there for a very memorable experience.

Major Disappointment

We were told that an Event/Wedding Tent would be on the property when we arrived on Saturday. It was agreed that it would be removed on Monday. It was not. It remained on the property, adjacent to the house, all week. It obstructed 100% of the views from the ground floor and 75% of the views from the main floor. It was massive. The Tent is not depicted in any of the photographs of the house. The owner, Matt, at the end of our stay, admitted they " unfortunately" forgot to tell us that the Tent would be there all week. Additionally, there were significant issues (either not working at all or not working correctly) with the: 1. A/C; 2. Internet; and 3. TV. The owner, Matt, was indifferent to almost all of ours concerns, especially and surprisingly, the Tent. He even said the Tent was an " asset" !

Friends and Family Get Together for a Wedding

We booked this property to accommodate friends and family for one of our older sons wedding that was held at the Hearth House in Monument (10 minute drive to the venue). Matt and Diana were easy to get in contact with whenever we had a question before our arrival, which was often! They were very easy to communicate with and were a pleasure to deal with. Now for the AMAZING property. We had We had 6 couples and 4 children ages 10 and under. There was plenty of room for adults without children to escape the chaos, or the children escaped us by finding numerous hiding places. Private rooms were plentiful for wanting to sleep in or relax. The Kitchen was fabulous, almost overwhelming at times with the amount of options we had, e.g. coffee pot, or espresso machine. Beautiful grounds accommodated spectacular Wedding Party photo's. The only downfall was the water fountain out front wasn't operational for photo's. Overall a 9.5 out of 10 and would highly recommend the AMAZING property.

I don’t even know where to start…it was the best rental experience ever. We had a big family get together with 11 of us staying in the house and another 10 staying in Monument. We hosted a Murder Mystery party and a catered dinner. The host family was quick to respond back and super accommodating. They met us at the house at check-in to explain how to work the heated pool, hot tub and in-house sound system. We had roughly 2 feet of snow the first full day, which made it hard to get up the driveway but they were quick to connect us with someone to plow the driveway and at a very reasonable price. Once the snow was done, it made for the most beautiful setting. Perched up on a hill, overlooking all the houses lit up in the neighborhood valley, the white snow covered mountains with the green trees and red rocks peeking through the snow, is something we will never forget. The house is a great size and never felt crowded. The bedrooms all have great views, were all good size and were very comfortable. The house was loaded with just about anything you can think of or anything you would need to host a group. The pool and hot tub worked great and were put to good use nightly. The location is great with plenty of food and shopping options nearby and it’s a quick 15 minutes into Colorado Springs. I’m sure I’m forgetting plenty and could go on and on about how amazing this house is but I’ll just say if you are considering this house, JUST DO IT! You won’t regret it!
