Perhekodimme on todella hieno, merenrantaravintola kauniisti maisemoidussa kiinteistössä, josta on upeat näkymät rannalle ja Atlantin valtamerelle. Sinut ilahduttaa suora pääsy rannalle: kävele vain ulos liukuovista ja olet siellä!

Kaupunkikoti on hiljattain kunnostettu, päivitetty ja ammattimaisesti sisustettu korkealaatuisilla kalusteilla kaikkialla, ja niissä on kokki keittiö, jossa on graniittitasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Uusittu kylpyamme, huippuluokan valaisimet ja tuulettimet, istutuskaihtimet ja paljon muuta. Kaksi erillistä olohuonetta. Koti toimitetaan liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet, keittiövälineet, rantapyyhkeet, rantatuolit ja aurinkovarjot.

Makuuhuoneessa on merinäköala, queen-vuode. Äskettäin uusitussa en-sute-kylpyammeessa on suuri suihkukaappi, jossa on sadesuihkupää ja kädessä pidettävä vartalo spray.

Merenrantaparveke on täydellinen paikka katsella auringonnousua valtameren yli, nauttia kultaisista väreistä auringonlaskun aikaan tai nähdä risteilyaluksia kulkevan horisontin varhain illalla.

Tärkeimmässä olohuoneessa on suuri taulutelevisio, jossa on stereoääni.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, oma parveke ja oma kylpyhuone.

Parven lähellä olevan avoimen portaikon takia kotomme ei suositella alle 5-vuotiaille lapsille

This is the perfect getaway! The house is beautiful with stunning views of the ocean and sunrise! Tom and Joe have thought of everything you could possibly need/want for your stay in their home, plus all the extras like shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent and dryer sheets. They have games on each level, as well as tv’s and a Sonos system for music. The kitchen has everything you want/need for cooking and coffee makers. They have everything for the beach including chairs, toys and coolers. They even have created a book with all the information on WiFi, fans etc. They have several food places listed with their favorites. They are quick to answer any questions as well. This is the place to stay!!

Paradise!

Such a beautiful home and perfect for a couple, or for family. FUN is the keyword. Steps from the ocean, and not far to town. And who would turn down ice cream across the street? The place sparkled in cleanliness, and had many extras we did not expect. The owners were super nice and stayed in communication to make sure our needs were met. Our family would love to return soon - thank you for a fantastic vacation!

Dream holiday home and location!

Wow we were blown away by this gem of a rental! The location is truly incredible - we’ve stayed all over the East coast and never been so close to the ocean with views from the whole house. Laying in bed looking at the waves was a real treat. Everything was renovated, clean, comfortable, and luxurious. And as an added bonus it was so nicely decorated for the holidays, which my kids loved. We can’t wait to return on our next visit to the in-laws in MB.

Beautiful clean condo

The condo was exactly as described, only better! Gorgeous place, well appointed with excellent and clean appliances and amenities. Location was perfect—so close to the beach. Stunning views. Hosts were professional and gracious. The stairs are no joke—if you have difficulty navigating stairs this might not be the place for you. Otherwise, I can’t think of a more perfect vacation spot on the beach.

A Very Beachy Experience

This ocean front townhouse was amazing with incredible views and updated interior, just steps from the soft sands of Melbourne Beach. The unit had a great layout and was well-appointed. The owners were communicative prior to check-in and throughout the course of our stay. We look forward to returning to this location in the future.

Direct Oceanfront

December 13-18, 2024 Our group of four flew down from Michigan to witness my daughter’s college graduation from Florida Institute of Technology. Distance from condo to campus was only a short 15 minute drive. Communication with the hosts was very good. If I had questions, Joe was very quick to respond. Check in was seamless. Joe sent me instructions/door code just a few days before we flew down. And directions to their condo were very clear. I recommend Apple maps. Google left me a few hundred feet short of the complex. The condo was spacious enough for our party. We took the loft/Queen room and woke up each morning to the sunrise over the Atlantic! My sister and her husband stayed in the King room, which had a small balcony that overlooked parking/A1A. The view from the sitting rooms on each floor were great. Simply put…oceanfront; all you had to do was cross the small “front” yard, right off the patio, to get to the steps that led down to the beach! Easy peasy! The condo was furnished with everything you needed for a home-away-from-home stay! Just unpack and Enjoy! While I love a Keurig for just a few cups (which they supplied approximately 12), it would have been nice to have a regular drip coffee machine as well, for a group of people. Cleanliness was good. I had one complaint, that I addressed with Joe after our stay; it was a simple fix I took care of and DID NOT dampen our stay! Overall, our stay was perfect; except for the tropical storm-like weather we had!

Great Beach Location

We rented this property to attend our granddaughter’s softball tournament. It was perfect, right on the beach with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The condo was extremely nice with a beautiful view and a comfortable vibe. We would love to return.

All Around Wonderful

Our stay was wonderful. The townhome was clean, with a well stocked kitchen. The home is steps away from the beach where we saw several sea turtles pull out of the water and nest on the beach. Remember to bring your red light flash lights NO regular flashlights or camera lights!! Joe was a great host, communicated well and had great recommendations for our family on places to eat/shop. we saw 2 rocket launches while visiting. It was a great family vacation!

June ‘23 Melbourne Beach getaway

Absolutely the nicest beach home we have ever stayed in. While the pictures on VRBO look great, they do not do the unit justice. When we opened the front door, we were amazed at the beautiful decor and ocean views. Gorgeous, clean, and spacious loft unit with ample amenities - even more than needed. The home is steps from the ocean with three different patio/porches (2 Oceanside with breathtaking views of the blue waters, and 1 facing A1A with calming canopy tree coverage). We loved the multi level home and location. The beds were extremely comfortable, the loft shower/bathroom was like a spa, and the decor just added to the beautiful ambience. Plenty of excellent restaurant options in the area and a Publix grocery store less than five minutes away, south on A1A. Joe and Tom were great to work with and they provided some tips and tricks and delicious restaurant recommendations. No doubt we will be coming back. Thank you, Joe and Tom, for making this a relaxing, rejuvenating, and memorable vacay!

Everything you need!

Absolutely loved staying here. We brought our e-bikes and so glad we did for the perfect bike/walk trail that runs for miles! They have everything you could possibly need. Beach chairs and nice ones too not junk. Beach umbrella’s, beach towels, coolers, sand toys if needed, garage if you want to bring a bike, laundry soap, trash bags, dishwasher soap, salt, pepper, seasonings, paper towels etc. With our experience of places we have stayed over the many years they have never had this much extras. The view is fantastic! Walk right out the door and the beach is right there. Nothing blocking your view of the ocean if you just want to stay in. 2nd floor living room is a plus for seeing out even better and the big screen tv to watch movies on was great! Great response time if you have a question about anything. Absolutely wonderful!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Tom and Joe!

Stunning location and amazing views.

This is our second visit to this property and we hope to return year after year. Super clean, functional and beautifully decorated. Everything you need is here for a great and comfortable stay. Kitchen is well stocked. Wonderful restaurants close by if you don't want to cook. Owners are wonderful and easy to communicate with. The beach could not be easier to access.

Beautifully decorated with EZ access to the beach. Upstairs living space was beautiful for watching the sunrise. Everything you needed was provided and the quality of the linens was superb. A wonderful spot to decompress and enjoy the beach.

Ocean front bird and rocket watching wonder

We loved staying here. It was beautiful and had everything we could want inside, including binoculars to watch the shore birds. It was lovely to walk out the back door to the beach. We went to the Space Center and the next day we watched a launch from the backyard.

Our goal is to share the joy and comfort of living on the beach in a beautifully decorated and well-appointed home. We use our beach home about half the year, so you will find an attention to detail and cleanliness, far superior to your typical "investment-only" properties.

Our home is located on a quiet stretch of road in Melbourne Beach, a quintessential beach town with a relaxed atmosphere, and lots of quaint shops and restaurants. Yet it is still close enough to enjoy a day at Kennedy Space Center, Brevard County Zoo, or Disney (1.15 hours drive) or the other attractions in the area.

There is excellent shopping nearby, with restaurants and supermarkets on the same road, within two miles (no traffic lights). And nearby Melbourne Village on the mainland with shops and restaurants is a 12-minute ride away.

Our townhome is an end-unit with stairs to the beach literally a few steps away. It really is an incredible experience!

Direct, unobstructed ocean views are available on every floor. Our floor plan is laid out so the kitchen is on the first floor, from which you walk right onto the patio, and then to the beach.
