Remontoitu Perheystävällinen 4 makuuhuoneen Cottage - Kävele Beach ja Town

Tämä remontoitu ja hyvällä maulla koti on neljä hyvin varusteltua, tilavaa makuuhuonetta (2 makuuhuonetta on erillistä vuodetta, yksi on kuningatar ja yksi on kuningas). Se on myös kaksi päivitetty, täyttä kylpyammeet (yksi yläkerrassa ja yksi alakerrassa), sekä ulkona aurinko suihku. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on avoin virtaus upouusi, moderni keittiö, että kokki saisi. On myös mukava perhehuone, jossa HD-TV ja kaapelitelevisio. Suuri kodinhoitohuone on täysikokoinen pesin ja kuivain. Talo saa paljon valoa ja tulee in-ikkuna ilmastointilaitteet plus faneja.

Takapiha ominaisuuksia varjoisia puita ja kahden auton autotalli. Suuri kuisti edessä talon (täydellisenä kuisti keinu) on täydellinen rentoutumiseen myöhään iltapäivällä. Nurmikko huonekalut ja ranta tuolit tarjotaan.

Kolmannessa kerroksessa ullakko voidaan käyttää varastointiin tai epävirallinen leikkihuone.

A gem in perfect neighborhood

A clean, modern and simple (in the best of ways) house. Everything was exactly as pictured and described and Lori was so helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Wonderful

Despite the construction occurring next door and across the street, we had wonderful stay. Clearly the construction was in a rush to be completed prior to the onset of the summer season, but that couldn't have been helped by the host. She did respond and speak to the town regarding their work hours. (Lesson learned: Just make sure to ask about ongoing construction if you are planning on renting anywhere in the Hamptons.) The host provided an additional bike for us since we were a party of four. She was very responsive and helpful. The short walk to the beach is beautiful and the grocery store close by for essentials. Thanks for the great vacation!

Summer stay July 2023

We loved our stay at Lori's house! The home is newly renovated, well maintained and super clean. It was a short walk to town and the beach and we enjoyed the local restaurants and farms. We spent a lot of family time on the front porch and on the comfy swing. Lori was a fabulous host and we would definitely stay again, We were very sad to leave. Lori, thank you for a lovely stay!!

Outstanding location, clean, recently renovated property with everything you may need!

Lori hosted us for a week over July 4, 2023. The house is located 0.8 miles from the beautiful Atlantic beach, can easily walk there in about 13 minutes (we wagoned our kids over there). Alternatively, you can drive and drop off the rest of your party, drive back to the house, and bike to the beach. Bikes are a courtesy for use with the house. The house is tasteful, well-appointed, and conveniently located to town. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant to walk around. Lori was very responsive prior to and after our stay. Everything during the stay was so smooth that we didn't have to contact her. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great holiday week!

Lovely week in Amagansett

Lovely renovated home with a great kitchen for family meals. An easy walk to the beach and to town. We loved Balsam Farms, Amber Waves and Mike’s seafood shop and did not stray too far from the property.

Wonderful house!

We had a great time in this lovely home. It had everything we needed to accommodate our group. The large living room and comfortable seating were great for visiting and watching TV. The table was great for games and meals together!

Wonderful home great location

The house was wonderful - the location was great, so close to the beach and bikes/beach chairs are included. The neighborhood is lovely. Also very close to town and two great small farms for fresh food. Lori was easy to communicate with and always available. Would stay again without a doubt!

Excellent Home and Location

We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a wonderful time. The house is well appointed and very close to both town and the beach. We would certainly stay again - winter or summer!

Wonderfully renovated early 1900’s colonial! Loads of charm with all of the modern conveniences! Spacious and roomy and really met all our needs for a ladies weekend. Lori is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Wedding Weekend Wonderland

Nothing beats the Hamptons in September and this charming spot made our family wedding weekend epic. Just a few blocks from my favorite beach and a charming mix of old and new, it was perfect for our extended family. Lori did everything she could to enhance our stay and we would return again for sure! From the bikes to the porch swing, it was all we wanted!

Clean, bright, roomy 4 comfortable bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms suited our family of 6. Five adults, one 4-year old . Easy walks to the beach, visits to many favorite places from more than 20 years ago. Highly recommend this house in a quiet neighborhood.

The house was so beautiful and well maintained. My family was delighted to stay in this house.

My overall experience is that this house a big for seven people. Everyone in my family enjoyed staying over Lori' house because it was so comfortable. It was an convenient location since, you can go East Hampton to buy something or you were able also go to golf in 9 holes golf course located at the Sag Harbor. Our overall experience was terrific.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a girls weekend. We went out to lovely dinners, visited the vineyards, and spent a lot of time at the house due to rain all weekend. There was no problem with that, because we loved the house. It was perfect for our group of 8. We had plenty of space, a beautiful kitchen, living room, and sleeping areas. We were easily able to get in touch with Lori for any questions we had. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Exceeded Expectations

This house exceeded our expectations! The location could not be more perfect with the beach, train station and town all within a beautiful 10-minute walk away. Lori provides a bike, which we would take into town to pick up breakfast and lunch for the beach. I highly recommend Jack's Stir Brew Coffee! The house is beautifully appointed with a spacious backyard and patio area, and the front porch swing is the perfect napping station after a day at the beach. This house makes you feel like you are on a relaxing retreat with it's zen-like finishings, and if you like to cook, the kitchen is indeed fit for a chef. Lori was a fantastic host and responsive. I highly recommend this house and it made for a perfect first trip to the Hamptons!

Beautiful

The photos of the house do not do it justice. It is a beautiful property in perfect condition. The location is ideal for walking to the beach, to the restaurants and shops or jumping in a short taxi ride to Montauk itself. Lori was very responsive and very helpful on any questions we had. We would absolutely stay in this property again. Highly recommended

Great location, clean house, would stay again

Lori was great - provided easy to follow instructions before getting there and had everything we needed. The location was phenomenal - 10 minute walk to the train, the town and the beach. Would definitely come back.
