5 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpy vetäytyä metsään. Askeleet kauniille vaellusreiteille vain 1/2 mailin päässä rannasta. Täydellinen 2 perheelle.

Kodissa on avoin keittiö ja olohuone, täydellinen viihdyttävä. Lisäksi kolmannessa kerroksessa on kaksi kannetta toinen järvelle päin ja toinen metsää kohti.

Kaksi päätason makuuhuonetta sijaitsevat lakihuoneessa, jossa on tehokeittiö; täydellinen kahdelle perheelle.

Sijainti on erinomaisella paikalla suurten hiihtokeskusten välissä ja lähellä rantaa ja ostosmahdollisuuksia.

Talvella suositellaan ehdottomasti nelipyöräisiä talvirenkaita tai ketjuja. Kelkat ovat saatavilla autotallissa.

Huomaa, että talon vuokrauksen alaikäraja on 26 vuotta vanha. Etsimme vuokralaisia, jotka käsittelevät kotona omaa. Jos etsit juhlatilaa, tutustu muihin vaihtoehtoihin.

All trash goes in the bear box. There is a $200 trash removal fee for trash left in the garage or in the house (and not in the bear box )

Back door needs to remain locked. Bears could get in. NO FIRES outside. Do not leave gas stove on when no one home or put anything on or near stove.

Perfect Rental

This place had everything, Great location, lots of space, plenty of Rooms and all the amenities we could have asked for. We would absolutely rent this house again.

Nice spacious family house

We were in Tahoe for a 150 person family reunion so we rented the Viola's home. There were 4 couples plus 5 kids at the house. It handled the 13 of us very well, and everything was as it was advertised and in working order. Plus Julie was right there on texting whenever I had a question. Very easy to work with. We will most likely rent the house again from Julie.

Spacious and fresh, clean home

I was impressed by the home (the photos don't do it justice). The kitchen is new and larger than photos let on. The bedrooms are shockingly large compared to other Tahoe rentals. I was impressed that they had ample and high quality bath towels- everything is top notch. This is a great space for a group and a rare Tahoe rental that has a lot of bedrooms for couples vs. bedrooms full of bunkbeds. Really great location with trailheads just up the street and a very close drive to some great beaches, restaurants, and Safeway. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would return in a heartbeat! Thanks Julie!

Perfect house for a perfect weekend

We had the best stay at Jim and Julie’s house! They and their house manager, Stacey, made our stay so easy. This was the perfect house for our girls weekend. We loved relaxing on the porch to start and end the day. The location was perfect. We would definitely come stay here again!

Beautiful home!

Jim and Julie’s home is beautiful, we’ll kept and has everything you need to make for a great stay. The communication from prior to even renting was great and they had many recommendations for things to do in the area. The home was clean and in a great location. We were traveling with our pre-teen and teenager as well as grandparents and everyone has a great time. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place great amenities.

Jim and Julie were great. Very helpful with the check in process and great with communication. Their place is very nice and we really appreciated the good quality cookware, sharp knives, and proper bar accessories. Great house and great location. We will definitely be coming back again.

Great Long Holiday Weekend in Tahoe

We really enjoyed our time at Jim and Julie's property in Tahoe Vista. The house was perfect for our family of 4 plus a guest -- plenty of living and sleeping space, even for sprawling teenagers; the two-car garage was a bonus given the heavy snow that fell during our stay. The house is warm and inviting, and immediately encourages relaxation. We tend to cook in rather than eating restaurant food on our family trips (especially in the current environment), and the kitchen is incredibly well-appointed -- everything we could have wanted to make great family dinners. We had a short drive to the northwestern Tahoe ski resorts, making for a terrific vacation. We would definitely go back and enjoy Jim and Julie's home again!

Family Reunion

We had a great time. The home layout and furnishings were ideal for two families with four children (4 to 8) and the grand parents. WIFI was excellent. Highly recommended.

Room to spread out and relax...

Clean, updated cabin with lots of room to spread out, relax and get away from the family when you need to and room for everyone to comfortably gather together for food, fun and laughs. Quiet, secluded neighborhood away from the main roads yet close to Safeway and the beach.

The property was well-equipped, comfortable and perfectly located.

Overall, this house provided the perfect location for my family get-together. The public beach is within walking distance, the hiking trails are close by, it’s close enough to Tahoe city to avoid the traffic, and there wasn’t a thing I would have changed. There is a lot of clean-up requested at the end of the stay, and a high deposit/penalty for leaving any garbage that left us scrambling to have breakfast and clean up by 10 AM, but I respect other people’s house rules. All in all, this was an awesome location, beautiful house and I would happily recommend it to anyone needing 5 queen beds, no bunk beds!

Great time

There were ten of us and the house was a perfect fit. Our two grown sons and their families had a wing each for sleeping. The master was on the main level and was well appointed along with the kitchen and main room. We especially loved sitting on the decks in the morning and evening. It was so peaceful. Trails, a zipline, and playgrounds were in walking distance. We used all of them. Julie and Jim always responded quickly to any question or concern. It's a lovely house.

What a fantastic place to stay! We went with some college friends and our families (read: kiddos) and it was the perfect place to hunker down for the weekend! Sledding hills were just feet away and we had everything we needed in this beautiful home. Julie went above and beyond to help us out, and we had a wonderful time making such fun memories. We'll hopefully be back in a year!

Wonderful home for a delightful family vacation in Tahoe!

My family had a wonderful stay in this large Tahoe Vista cabin. The layout was perfect for our group which included small children. The owners were gracious and worked hard to meet all our needs. They were available for any questions and advice. The living area was very comfortable and I can only imagine how nice it would be for a winter stay. The large farmhouse style dining table was great for our family meals. The kitchen was well supplied. We did miss having a microwave in the main kitchen. Loved the mountain neighborhood and a very easy trek over to the park. The location was over all perfect for the amenities the area had to offer. I wanted to give the home 5 star rating and it is close, but a few upgrades and screens on all windows would make it perfect! We would definitely rent this mountain home again!!!

Excellent cabin

Highly Recommended!!! Perfect Family Vacation!!!

Highly recommended! We stayed here over Christmas vacation and had an amazing time in every way! Jim and Julie are wonderful and make sure that you have everything you need for your stay. They even contacted me the day we were traveling to keep us updated on the snowstorm and road conditions and made sure that the snowplow was clearing the road before our arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware you need for large meals and the floor plan is well laid out for privacy for multiple people. It snowed the entire time we were there (Bonus!!). 4-wheel drive is recommended for extreme weather but the snowplow is consistent during snowfall. So peaceful and private and plenty of places to sled, hike, or explore on foot. This would be an awesome place in the summer, too! Tons of hiking and the lake is just down the road. Groceries, restaurants, ski and gift shops, and activities are only a short drive down the hill. The accommodations were perfect with plenty of games, a TV in the upstairs family room and another in the downstairs living room, sleds, bikes, large garage to park your cars, and 3 full bathrooms. House was very nice and clean throughout. There are a few large patios that would be great during regular weather, especially summer. Beautiful views from every window. There are so many great things to say and so little room, but above all, Jim and Julie are the best to work with and are very accommodating to all of your needs before your arrival. Although they don't live in the area, they encouraged us to call or text them with any needs during our stay. Although we didn't have a reason to contact them during our stay, we were in constant communication during our travel up, due to the storm, and they kept us updated with Tahoe road conditions, as well as the road conditions to the house and snowplow status. Very cool! We would definitely stay again in the summer or winter!!! <3 **Best house, best owners, best location!!!

Winter paradise

We were hoping to spend the Thanksgiving week just relaxing and enjoying the beauty of Lake Tahoe. When we arrived we knew that we found Mecca. This home was located just a short 1/2 mile easy walk to the lake and is located at the edge of a wonderous wilderness park with great hiking trails. We went knowing that we were staying at a vacation rental, but after our arrival we felt like we were in our own home. All five bedrooms were spacious and the entry level portion was totally private. A perfect setting for our Thanksgiving stay. Highly recommended!

Phenomenal house, spacious, homey, and close to the water. Friendly and accommodating owners too!

This is a great place to stay, would gladly rent again. The owners are friendly and accomodating. They communicate clearly and often, and make the process quite easy. The house itself is spacious and well-arranged. New kitchen, 5 bedrooms, perfect for our group of 10. Highly recommend.

Fantastic house and location

My family had a wonderful summer vacation in this home. It is conveniently located but out of the congestion of town. We loved spending time on both the front and back decks with beautiful forest views. The home is comfortable with all amenities. We did a lot of cooking and felt like we were in our own kitchen! I absolutely recommend and would rent again.

Great Executive Management Strategic Meeting Retreat

This was a great meeting place for 9 us to be able to meet as a team to strategically plan our company future success. There was more then enough room for the 4 male managers who were excited to have individual rooms with a large bed. We even had another queen bed which was not used. Chef Joaquin prepared our great meals the team was able sit together and enjoy our meals. We continued with evening cocktails on the deck. Four days of a spacious private home.

Great Weekend in the Snow

This cabin is clean and spacious and conveniently located near the lake and cool spots in north lake Tahoe. It was easy to get to, pretty private, the kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms well-furnished and the garage is huge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Always wanting a mountain house, we found Tahoe to be the perfect location. The abundant amenities yet serenity of the mountains and a short car ride from the Bay Area all make for the ideal vacation spot.

We wanted a quiet setting in the mountains for the seclusion, but yet easy access to amenities and town. This home is the perfect combination, plus offers the privacy of the in-law suite - ideal for guests and open kitchen/great room - ideal for entertaining.
