Aseta suljettu Manasota Beach vain 0. 6 mailia jalkoja tai 0. 8 kilometriä ajaa rannalle, 1/2 hehtaarin paljon remodeled vuonna 2014 oma yksityinen tenniskenttä ja upouusi 34 x 12 jalkaa uima-allas . Tämä huvila asettaa uudet standardit vuokrasta.
5 täydellistä makuuhuonetta max. 10 ihmistä myös pieniä lapsia, 3 kylpyhuonetta, viihtyisä oleskelutila ja tilava ruokasali, voit odottaa täydellisen ympäristön täydelliseen ja rentouttavaan lomailuun. Itse talo on jaettu kahteen kerrokseen. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on kolme makuuhuonetta ja yksi kylpyhuone, ja toisessa kerroksessa master-sviitti, johon kuuluu kylpyhuone, sijaitsee yhdessä toisen makuuhuoneen ja toisen kylpyhuoneen kanssa.

Great place and great location

This house is great for larger groups, with six bedrooms. Clean and comfortable, newer amenities and fully equiped kitchen. Owner was great to deal with.

Fantastic location

What a beautiful home and perfect location to walk to the beach! The neighborhood was quiet and private. Rooms were spacious, clean, and the home contained everything we needed. We spent much of our time on the porch, enjoying the view!

As beautiful as the pictures

Family Vacation

We loved our stay! Especially enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, and screened in eating area on the porch. The location was great. We loved the beaches near by. The house was perfect for us! We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect place for our family vacation

This place was very nice! We loved the big rooms, nice pool, fun tennis court/basketball hoop. The walk to the beach was just right. It had pretty much everything we needed and both the host, Katrin and the property managers were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this place to others!!

Great location and property.

The house was as advertised, once we learned where everything was we settled in for a nice relaxing week. Great views in the evening from the balcony and the pool was a big hit. Short walk to the beach every day as well. A lot of stairs, but that was expected. A great place to stay if you are looking.

Nice house - beautiful setting

We really enjoyed the house and the amenities and closeness to the beach. We had some trouble initially getting the xfinity cable to work, but the host was quick to respond to my inquiry. Overall, we would stay here again.

Perfect

This house was perfect for families! Renter beware - there are a lot of stairs! The kids and adults both had an amazing time. This is close to the beach and shockingly minimal traffic. Great location!

Family celebration

It’s a lovely home. My family was there to celebrate my mother, who lives in South Venice, 100th birthday. It worked well for our family but know that stairs must be used to get to the living areas if that would be an issue. Close to the beach in a quiet area. The kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay there again.

Bash at the Beach 2023

Just what we needed for 8 adults and a teen to enjoy a week at the beach. Pool was perfect, and the basketball hoop and tennis court was an added bonus. While we did drive mostly, the beach was definitly just a short walk away...way too hot for that. We had a wonderful week.

Great house

We had a great time at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone and lots to do in Englewood. Property owner was very nice and accommodating. The only down fall was that there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms. But we made do with the other two.

Couples' Retreat 2015

After spending a long, cold, snowy winter in Northern NY, we (3 couples) headed down to Florida to stay in this house for a week. We had an incredible time - playing tennis, swimming in the pool and walking each day to the beach. We shopped, went boating, fished, tanned, and had dinner out and at the house for friends who live in the area. It was a wonderful week in a beautiful house and area. We would love to return next year!

My favorite place to stay

This was my second time booking this beautiful home! This house offers so many things to do! It is conveniently close to all the beaches and while spending time at the house we really enjoyed playing pickle ball on the court and basketball! We really enjoyed the pool this visit as the ocean was a bit rough due to the tropical storm that came through. The best part of our trip was finding all the shark teeth at Manasota beach which is just down the road from the house. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home it was a week of family time and memories I will always be grateful for. I will definitely be booking a third visit!

Beach Trip

The house was very nice. I rated the overall stay a 4 because of the limited seating in the living room area. A large chair addition would improve the seating for additional guests. The house needs some improvement on the exterior.

Better in person than online

The house looks even nicer in person than it did online. It's very helpful to read the info binder when you first arrive. Enjoyed having breakfasts on the screened in porch. Loved that they have everything you need in the kitchen. Very close to the beach which also has restrooms. We explored other beaches and downtown Venice. Had a wonderful time!

House with tennis court and pool

We really enjoyed spending time at this house. Loved the pool. All the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Liked the neighborhood hidden back off the road. Short bike ride to the beach. The view was nice . Lots of steps.. Only disappointment was the dumb waiter was out of order. Would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

This was a beautiful home to stay at! The home had so many nice accommodations. My children loved the tennis courts and basketball hoop. The pool was really nice too. Manasota beach was just a two minute ride away…we also brought our bicycles to ride to the beach. This is my favorite area tgat my family has visited for some years now and this time did not disappoint. The kitchen had everything we needed to have a nice meal in and I absolutely loved the screened in patio. Thank you for allowing us to use your home. It was a beautiful vacation.

Perfect House and Location

We had a group of 10 stay here and it was so nice for everyone to have their own space. We never felt on top of each other. The house had everything we needed plus! I was thrilled to even find the house had a pool safety fence to give us peace of mind with the kids and the pool. We definitely overpacked considering the house had so many extras, ie beach towels, pool floats, beach carts, sifters for shark teeth, hair dryer, the list goes on. The pool was so refreshing and it was so nice to have an option to skip the beach and relax at the house. We also really enjoyed the basketball court/tennis courts. The house was a very quick drive to the beach and a boat ramp. The owner was very accommodating and was quick to answers any questions that I had. Our stay was 100/10. Highly recommend this perfect house for your getaway.

Great house, but some minor issues

Overall, we found the house and our weeklong stay to be quite pleasant. We loved the location and the different amenities, but we did experience a few minor issues: - The house wasn’t as clean as we had expected - The AC did a poor job at cooling the bedrooms, which made the nights rather warm - We encountered a snake within the pool area while we were sunbathing, which seemed to have entered through a gap beneath one of the doors - The bed in the master bedroom was unstable due to several broken bed legs - Several of the other beds were also visibly worn down and somewhat rickety Other than the issues mentioned above, we had a very nice stay in a spacious and beautiful house.

This property is unique. Build on three floors, you have a wonderful view over the inter coastal waterway leading to the beaches. You can enjoy wonderful sunsets either by sitting on the porch enjoying a glass of chardonnay or while having a nice dinner.
We spent more than ten years of our holidays in this area before our local agent offered us this wonderful villa. We come back whenever it's possible but we like to share it with people who want to spend a beautiful and unforgattable vacation.
