Viehättävä ja värikäs ranta edessä talo Surfside Beachissä, USAssa. Ääniaallot on 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta loma-asunto ranta edessä näkymät Surfside Beach suurista kannella. Semi-yksityinen eikä naapureita aivan vieressä. Wonderful katedraali katot avoin pohjaratkaisu ja seinät ikkunat nauttia merinäköala näkymät.

Uudistettu maaliskuussa 2019 uudella mukavalla vuodesohvalla, maalata sisälle ja ulos, uusi AC, kylpyhuone ja muut päivitykset. Täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin ja kahvimylly, astianpesukone, leivänpaahtimet, tehosekoitinta margaritoja ja kaikki astiat ja tarjoilukulhoja & Platters sinun. Suosittelemme tuo pullotettua vettä juomiseen ja kahvia. Mahtava keittiö meressä edessä näkymät nauttia ja ruoanlaitto! Kaikki kodin mukavuudet, keskuslämmitys, kirjat, pieni elokuvakirjasto ja vanhanaikaisia pelejä. Nauti Surfing-makuuhuoneesta tai majakan makuuhuoneesta. BBQ kuoppaan (tuo hiili) ja pesukone / kuivuri. Ilmainen langaton internetyhteys, suora tv satelliittikanavilla. BIG ranta etukannella nauti upeista rannan edustalla.

Sisään- / uloskirjautumispäivät ovat perjantaina tai maanantaina 3 yön minimum stay. Kesäisin on 7 yön minimi oleskelu. Vuodepaikkoja 10.

The location was great. The house was comfortable, well furnished and had plenty of TV’s. Easy check-in and house rules were reasonable. I would recommend Sound Waves to a friend.

Great weekend

UReally enjoyed the entire time atthe house sand and sea, would suggest though, that it’s made clear about linens as some where it said all rentals in surfside do not include linens.also on the site check in says the key was sent in the morning of stay but really it’s two hours before check in at 4 pm,, it also says drop the key off at the rental office, but it’s electronic! So I was concerned about that and had to bug the office! It all worked out great but I just thought I’d say, we are hoping to book again later in the summer , not sure of dates but checking with family,, thanks Donna felicity and family

I took my wife and kids to this property for a 4 day stay. It was amazing !! Literally right on the beach. The views were awesome. The whole experience was great from beginning to end

Our Summer getaway

It's a tradition every year we start our summer at the beach. We have rented this particular house before and we try and book it every year we plan our vacation. Relaxing retreat

Loved this quiet property on the beach. Clean and comfortable. Loved being able to walk right out to the beach! Traffic light and it was easy to get where we wanted to go! Hope to come back some day!

Private. Peaceful. Relaxing.

With a good distance to either side before the next beach house it's the only one I've seen at Surfside with so much privacy. It's not fancy, but has everything we wanted in a visit to the Gulf with my children. We've gone back to SoundWaves 2 years in a row, and if we return it will be our 1st choice. Highly recommend this house.

House accommodation were perfect for my family. Beach access was great with the walkway. I highly recommend the walkway instead of the trail in the dunes because there are rattlesnakes. I saw one that was at least 5 ft. long.

Closest to Beach

House is as advertised. The stove was not working but a call to mgt. and a service tech was on it and made the repair. House could use a little paint and fixing up in places but very livable, and clean. Don’t hesitate to book, we would stay here again.

Perfect Low Key Stay

We stayed at Sound Waves for an entire week. The house is perfect. Not so stuffy you can't feel at home but far from a dump... just right. The deck is amazing and you are literally just steps from the beach. Our Dogs loved it. The house is located in Surfside Beach. If you are looking for tons of closeby restaurants and shopping, this isn't your place. If you are looking for friendly people and a laid back atmosphere, book this house. Galveston is only about 45 minutes away if you want nightlife.

Beachfront getaway

This home was nice. It is first row on the beach with a short walk through the dunes. Beach during the week is almost private but on the weekends, be sure to get out and set up your area early because it is very crowded. We asked ahead of time so it wasn't an issue but remember your beach chairs as there aren't any at the house. The beach was very nice. Plenty of garbage cans for refuse and patrolled by Surfside police. The drinking water is not good. You can fill your empty water containers with free filtered water in the town of Surfside at the town hall. The house itself is as advertised. The only real negative was that everyone that lives behind the house in other rentals walks under your house to get to the beach. Not a big deal except for the litter, noise from people yelling and the feeling of your privacy being invaded from time to time. (We had groups walk past while we were cooking on the grill.) Download the app for Homeaway. They provide extra info on the rental once your booked. I would stay there again.

Great location on Okay beach

Location was wonderfully close to the beach, and had great potential, however it was in need of some TLC. Two of the windows were cracked, and another window leaked during the rain storm, and the deck and house needed some minor repairs. The house had plenty of room, and every thing necessary in the kitchen. The biggest issues we had were not controllable by the owner, the beach was nice and clean Friday and Saturday morning, however it was trashed over the weekend (and never cleaned up the rest of the week we were there), I stepped on a kitchen knife buried in the sand Monday morning right at the end of the trail leading to the beach. It was sad that we could find more shoes and packing skids washed up on the shores then shells. On the busy days cars blocked the trail to the beach so I had to walk through their parties where they were urinating on the dunes instead of walking to the porta-potties. Police patrolling the beach seemed to only be interested in making sure cars had paid for the parking pass and not enforcing the no ATV, no loud music regulations. Again, nothing the owner could control we would not choose to stay at Surfside beach again, we went to Quintana beach just to the south which was clean and didn't have to worry about the safety of our children with the cars diving on the beach.

The location and the view are spectacular!

The location was perfect! The price was good. The house was the right size and we could not have asked for a better view! The only thing was, when we got there I had to clean the floors and the stove before we could do anything. We could not cook in the house due to the pots and pans were all scorched. (I have a ceramic top stove and have had for many years. There is No reason for it to be in the shape that it is or to have scorched all the pans. If I had known this before getting to the property I would have a better review of the place. I am from Washington State and thank goodness I had my daughter's home only a few miles away in Freeport where we could cook meals. One more thing, there is a street sign where you turn in, but there is no street name on it. (I do know that is not the owner's fault that would be the city of Surfside.) And also had we known before we got there that we could not drink the water we would have been prepared and brought bottled water before we checked in. We found out when we checked in and picked up our key, it was written on the paper, nobody said anything to us. The location was perfect and the view Spectacular!!! I would choose this property again, knowing what I need to do before I arrive. Dianna Winters

We had uninvited guests.

I’ve thought long about posting this review but I feel that other guests should know. We checked in on a Friday evening for 7 days. We were making dinner on the stove and a roach ran out and we killed it. Then we started seeing more and more. In the kitchen, by the couches, bedrooms, bathrooms and crawling on the floors. They were everywhere. We could no longer stay there but couldn’t get a new place next door until Sunday on Vrbo. I let the property contact, Donna, know on Friday night right after we arrived and she said she was sorry and they had just exterminated. I told her I found another place but couldn’t check out until Sunday. She asked if we would like the place exterminated again, I declined. She agreed that we could check out and she would take care of it and charged us for the two days and refunded the rest of the trip. She also told me to call the management company. I did and they said that they had the house treated 4 times in the last month. We were not comfortable staying in the house Saturday night and stayed with my sister. The air conditioning was also not the best, it took forever to get to 77 at the coolest. They did provide a fan in the master bedroom. While we were staying at the house down the street we saw the exterminator there spraying. So hopefully the situation is fixed now. She did work with us and try to make it right.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! A/C ISSUES, DIRTY, SEPTIC SYSTEM OVERFLOWING, CARPORT IS THE PUBLIC BEACH WALKWAY!

THIS EXPERIENCE RUINED OUR FIRST FAMILY VACATION! My infant, husband, and I had to be relocated in the middle of our vacation by the booking company! The A/C was malfunctioning upon arrival & continued until we had to relocate due to the heat; it was the middle of the summer in July & we had an infant! Donna argued with me endlessly that nothing is wrong even when pictures are sent to her immediately upon request as if I was lying!!! NOTHING WAS CLEANED PROPERLY including dishes that we were supplied with! There were items thrown on top of the banister that had been collecting dust for a while, washer/dryer was beyond disgusting, sand EVERYWHERE, broken glass that my baby found (NOT OK!), the toilet was worse than a public gas station, & the tub in which to bathe my baby was so gross we had to go to Walmart immediately to get bottles of bleach to clean. I spent the ENTIRE fist day cleaning our rental house, not acceptable! On top of it all the water was EXTREMELY YELLOW; we had to buy water just to bathe our baby in. There were multiple cut pieces of sharp PVC pipe that my daughter found on the deck from maintenance, along with a still wet, mildewed filled, old mop! I am not understanding how there was so much sand with it JUST being cleaned; then a neighbor filled me in that the cleaning crew NEVER stays more than 30 min...Donna agreed, that is long enough to clean whatever is needed because it is up to US as the customer to do it ourselves!!! I should NEVER have to clean a toilet bowl or bathtub on vacation. Period. How about the bowl of food left underneath the bed across from the master bedroom, is that my "job" too...or the various wads of hair collecting EVERYWHERE; I have purple hair and NONE of this was mine! There was no where to sit comfortably as both couches were beyond filthy with sand still on them among other various stains, The futon cushion had a MASSIVE hole so that was not usable either. The septic system was over flowing & the neighbor asked me to tell Donna because she was going to call the city about it! ARE YOU SERIOUS!!! Because of the sewage there was a HORRIBLE mosquito problem...and SMELL! There was a service spraying the ENTIRE BLOCK, but Donna opted out of that service; thus, leaving the mosquitoes to overwhelm the property, making it impossible to utilize the grill or even sit on the porch. We tried literally everything, but nothing helped. There is so much more (and pictures), but I think you get the idea....
