Etsitkö kotia yksityisellä uima-altaalla, lähellä rantaa, jossa on hieno huomio yksityiskohtiin ja monia mukautettuja lisäosia? Kun Dune Delight on talo sinulle!

Tämä uusi koti yksinoikeudella aidatulla Waters Edge -yhteisöllä on yksinkertaisesti upea.

Kun kävelet lomakotisi, huomaat avoimen alueen, joka sisältää ruokasalin, perhehuoneen ja keittiön. Huipputekniset ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet, graniittitasot, mukautetut kaapit, iso ruokapöytä, johon mahtuu 10 (käsin valmistettu meidän hyvän ystävämme!) ja kauniin lato-oven takana piilotettu ikkunaistuin tekevät keittiöstä paikan, josta et koskaan halua lähteä! Se avautuu tilavaan perhehuoneeseen, jonka ikkunoista on näkymät uima-altaalle, ja suurelle 65 tuuman taulutelevisiolle. Aivan keittiön vieressä on ylimääräinen olohuone, joka sallii pienen yksityisyyden, jos joudut työskentelemään lomalla! Tämä alue sopii erinomaisesti myös peliyöhön tai ylimääräiseen ateriaistukseen. Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on myös iso makuuhuone, jossa parisänky ja oma kylpyhuone.

Toisessa kerroksessa on kolme kokonaista makuuhuonetta. Yksi kerrossänky huone, jossa oma kylpyhuone. Sängyt ovat kaksi yli täysikokoinen. Tämä kerros sisältää myös kaksi isäntäsviittiä. Ensimmäisellä on oma parveke uima-altaalle. Toinen on suurin ja ylellisin makuuhuone. Se sisältää oleskelualueen, 60 "taulutelevision, suuren kylpyhuoneen ja kauniit näkymät. Toisen kerroksen ainutlaatuisin yksityiskohta on seulottu nukkuva kuistilla. Kahden hengen kokoinen päivävuode antaa sinun nukkua merituulessa, ja suuri oleskelualue ja taulutelevisio antaa sinulle enemmän tilaa perheen leviämistä varten. Syksyiset kuukaudet rannalla tekevät tästä varmasti suosikkipaikkaasi!

Kolmannessa kerroksessa on viides makuuhuone, jossa queen-vuode ja oma kylpyhuone. Siellä on myös mediahuone, jossa on runsaasti istumapaikkoja isopelin seuraamiseksi tai perheen kokoamiseksi. Kolmannen kerroksen paras osa on aivan upea näköala lahdelle omalta parvekkeeltasi. Kerää illalla juoda ystävien kanssa ja katsella auringonlaskua toisena täydellisenä päivänä!

Dune Delight on ihana paeta koko perheellesi. Yksityinen uima-allasalue sisältää ulkopuolella olevan kylpyhuoneen ja suihkun sekä ammattimaisesti maisemoidun takapihan, jossa on runsaasti, mukavat istuimet, joten se on täydellinen paikka rentoutua pitkän ja kovan päivän jälkeen rannalla! Saatavana on myös Weber-hiiligrilli. Palmujen reunustama polku, joka johtaa rantaan, kehyttää uima-altaan yhden puolen. Ranta on alle minuutin kävelymatkan päässä etuovelta!

Jos haluat tutkia, mitä paikallisella alueella on tarjota, löydät runsaasti valintoja. Kotiin kuuluu pysäköinti kolmelle autolle. Pyörä- ja kävelyreitti on aivan naapuruston sisäänkäynnin ulkopuolella. Olemme askeleen päässä kuuluisasta Rosemary Beachistä, josta löydät lukuisia ainutlaatuisia kauppoja, palkittuja ravintoloita ja rentouttavan päiväkylpylän. Olemme lyhyen puolen tunnin ajomatkan päässä Destinistä ja Panama City Beachistä, joissa molemmissa on lukuisia ravintoloita ja rajoittamattomat ostosmahdollisuudet!

We had an excellent stay at ADD with our family of 9. The home was spacious and perfect for our family with 6 adults and 3 children. The proximity to the beach and the town was the best part as we enjoyed exploring the town everyday and making multiple trips to the beach during the day. De was excellent with communications and the home came with clear instructions that were helpful. We look forward to coming back for another stay at ADD in the future.

Amazing!

We were in Rosemary for a wedding. What an amazing house! We had lots of events but always looked forward to coming back to the house. Perfect location. Wish we could have stayed longer!There are no beach towels or toys so just know when packing. Also, there was no dishwasher soap or detergent, so add that to your grocery list. We would definitely stay here again! Beautiful home!Communication was great with property manager. We appreciated that!

An amazing pool

After Dune Delight was delightful! We loved the large kitchen/eating area with plenty of room for the 9 of us. The pool was the best though. Adults through our young ones really enjoyed it.

Great vacation home!

The location was perfect! The house was well kept and kitchen stocked with all the cooking things you need. There was plenty of space for four couples and 3 children. The pool was lovely. Our family highly recommends this home. De responded quickly to any questions. We totally enjoyed our stay!

This was our 3rd stay and favorite house in Water's Edge! We loved this spacious home with great balconies, sleeping porch, outside bathroom and shower by the heated pool was great! Location, location, location! The beach is private, steps away and Crabby Steve's is close enough to walk to for a piña colada while on the beach. Definitely want to be return guests! Book it!

This property is amazing in every way. The house is perfect for large families or several families. The rooms and bathrooms are meticulously designed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. We loved the heated pool, since we stayed in December. I would highly recommend this property

A Great Family Vacation

This was our 6th year to stay as a family in Waters Edge. We like to stay in a different house every year. Everyone thought that our house this year, After Dune Delight, was the best yet! The house was clean and very well equipped! Lots of great memories were made this year!

Excellent Home & Host!

We just returned from 7 nights at After Dune Delight and had an amazing time! We traveled with two adult (mid 20's) children and their significant others along with a 17 you, 14 yo, and 11 yo. The adults took the masters. The 17 yo took another room. And we still had two open bunks. The home is immaculate and our host, De Lyons, was extremely helpful and accommodating. This property is an extremely short walk to the beach. The location could not have been better as we either biked or walked to shopping and restaurants. The private pool was perfect for afternoon and late-night dips or as a break from the sand for some of the kids. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, the indoor and outdoor living spaces were clean and very well decorated. There are a couple of balconies and a bonus "sleeping porch" that was a great place to hang out with the family during an afternoon rain shower. The only change I would make to this property is to add a gas grill. All though I love charcoal and smoking meals on occasion, the convenience of a gas grill would have made grilling at home much easier. We will definitely be back! Seriously, we mauled over a lot of different options and could not have found a better place!

Perfect July 4th week

Can't say enough good things about this property. Tucked away in nice little enclave nest to Rosemary it was spacious, wonderfully decorated and immaculately clean. Close proximity to the beach and all the surrounding amenities of Rosemary were just icing on the cake. Taking home fond memories of days on the beach, lounging around the pool and cooking out with family. All in all a perfect week in a great house. Highly Recommend.

Great stay

Great house for families! Stayed with kids under 6, and adults. The pool was our kids favorite part and a bonus was the extra gate outside the door so young kids can’t get to the pool. Super close to beach and also great location for restaurants! Publix is just 2 miles away. The house was fully stocked for cooking, huge pantry, and eating areas. The sleeping porch was great for extra lounge space but don’t count on it as being extra sleeping space. We will plan to stay here again!

Property manager was very responsive and anticipated AC issues due to remote monitoring and made every effort to correct quickly. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed for larger family meals. Comfortable seating in family room. 3rd floor balcony great spot for Sunset views.

Repeat Stay

This is the 3rd stay we’ve had at this house and it works great for my family with the pool, proximity to the walkover, shops, restaurants, etc. Always have a great time there. The house is nice as always and well equipped. Noticed some more wear this year with some of the bedding and the neighborhood in general but this is the first visit we’ve had in the off season which I’d assume explains some of that. Weather was beautiful, private beach is amazing, property manager is very responsive and accommodating. Thanks!

What a lovely home! Every detail attended to in every direction. We appreciated the kitchen cupboards being filled with every thing we needed to prepare meals and for our family. All the appliances top grade. The ice machine in the pantry - ooo, it will be hard to live without one now.

Vacation in paradise

This is our 2nd stay in this property. It is spacious, beautifully appointed, comfortable, and just a moments trek to the beach. The beds are very comfortable and that’s no small consideration at the end of a busy day. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our crowd. Love the ice machine! When we had any questions the property manager, De, responded quickly and most helpfully. We made many happy family memories in this beautiful, secure home. Storms from Hurricane Helene were pounding the house one night, but the house is built like a fortress so we all slept soundly. We were on the edge of the storm, so not directly hit, but it was a big deal to feel safe in the face of gale winds. We are so grateful to stay in this home and look forward to returning.

Awesome family trip

This was our first time to 30A. The beaches are beautiful and there is plenty to do within walking distance. The home is beautiful. What sets it apart from the *hundreds* of other rental homes? Spotlessly clean, tasteful and edited furnishings, each bedroom with connected bath, option of master downstairs, well stocked kitchen can accommodate cooking for a large group, and modern, clean heated pool with a waterfall. We had a day of no swimming due to rip tide/red flag and my boys loved the pool as much as the ocean! One of our favorite things to do was rent bikes and take with us to Grayton state park beach (west end of 30A). We hiked the beach trail, stayed a bit on the beach, and biked the 9 miles home on the bike path-stopping for lunch along the way. Thank you for a great stay!

Exceeded Expectations

After Dune Delight truly exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect, only a couple minutes walk to the beach and the shops. The beach is private so it was not crowded and kept clean/beautiful. The gated small community it’s in is well maintained, felt safe and was very peaceful. The house was very clean and well maintained, not to mention beautifully furnished. We cooked almost every meal for the week we stayed and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. The ice maker is also a great touch. The layout of the house is perfect if you are traveling with more than one family, enough space for everyone to gather together but large enough that your not on top of each other and have your own space. Huge plus that every bedroom has an insuite bathroom. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful.

Great Family Vacation

We loved our stay at After Dune Delight. Leading up to the trip De was very helpful answering all my questions. The location of the house was perfect with easy access to Rosemary and Alys. We rented bikes and had a lot of fun riding around town! The beach access couldn’t be beat! And the heated pool was a great bonus. We were all very comfortable in the home (8 adults and 4 children). The kids LOVED the bunk room! We did have some trouble with the fridge freezing some of our food (another renter noted the same) but it wasn’t a big deal. Additionally, on arrival I did find some medication left behind by another renter (luckily I found it before my kids!) my only other complaint is that the house does not come very well stocked with supplies (no extra paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper etc). We knew ahead of time and planned accordingly but flying in from our of state this was a bit of an inconvenience. All that said, we loved the house and would return!

Great Vacation😎

After Dune Delight is a beautiful rental home both inside and out. The house is equipped with everything needed for a family vacation. We previously vacationed with friends and enjoyed the layout of the home as it offers so much privacy with each bedroom having a bathroom and 3 separate living areas. The open area on the first floor is an awesome gathering place that accommodates everyone and has a huge beautiful dining table for meals or game nights. We also loved the addition of the ice machine in the house😊The house pool is an additional space for enjoying outside family time. The pool area also provides everything needed for a bbq or just relaxing. Our family enjoyed the pool each evening after spending the day at the beach. The poolside bathroom and shower allowed us to get the sand off and the kids could continue to swim. The quietness of this gated community makes relaxing easy. The easy access and closeness to Rosemary Beach from the house is great. Property Manager De Lyons is awesome. She provides all the information needed for a great week. She responded to all of my questions and inquires for months before we actually arrived. We had a small issue upon arrival and she responded quickly and fixed the issue immediately. This was my 4th vacation at Rosemary Beach, with 2 being large family vacations, one girls trip and one couples trip and only one minor issue out of the 4 visits. Each trip has been great! This home is very well kept and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend After Dune Delight 😊

They built After Dune Delight in 2015 after many years of vacationing in the area with family and friends. It has been a wonderful place to share with renters (and many return renters!) from all over the country.
