Rannalla sijaitseva Studio-ylempi yksikkö, jolla on oma laituri ja pääsy uima-altaalle

Ylisuuri 500 neliöjalkainen studio itsenäisella toisella tasolla, oma sisäänkäynti (portaat, ei hissiä). Kasvot etelään rannikkojen välisellä rantaalueella yksityisellä laiturilla. Kävele rannoille, hienolle ruokailulle, rantajuhlille ja ostoksille.

Kajakit pelastusliiveillä, polkupyörillä, koripallo-maalilla, rantavaunulla, jäähdyttimellä ja rantatuoleilla! Siellä on ilmainen wifi, täysi pesutupa, ruokailun ulkopuolella grilli ja peruskalastusnavat illallisen saaliiksi! Joten tule uimapuku ja matkalaukku mukana. Omistajat asuvat vieressä ja toivottavat vierailijat tervetulleiksi käyttämään uima-allasta klo 9–20 päivittäin.


Nauti delfiineistä, manaateista, kalasta ja lintuelämästä suoraan yksityiseltä laituriltasi. Täydelliset auringonlaskut täysin patio ja baari täydellinen kokki ulkona.

Upouusi uusinta, jossa on seinästä seinään laattalattia, kylpyhuoneen täydellinen peruskorjaus lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla laattoilla ja upouusi täysikokoinen ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettu laite keittiössä.

Tämä hämmästyttävä talo istuu myös 10 000 neliöjalkalla tontilla, joten perheen ja ystävien parkkipaikka on paljon.

Kiinteistö on kävelymatkan päässä upeista ravintoloista, baareista, ruokakaupasta, rannan rantatieltä ja syöttikaupasta. Et todellakaan tarvitse autoa, koska on myös paikallinen ilmainen rantamatkustuspalvelu, joka toimii vain vinkkien avulla tai voit saada vaunun yhden korttelin päässä Gulf Blvd -kadulta. Vaunu vie sinut Clearwater Rannan pohjoisesta kärjestä Pass-A-Grille Beachin eteläiseen kärkeen ja jopa itään Pietarin keskustaan, missä sijaitsevat MLB Tampa Bay Rays, Dali-museo, ainoa pysyvä Dale Chilhuly -näyttely ja monia hienoja ruokailu- ja ostoskokemuksia.

Everything we needed

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little elevated apartment in Treasure Island. Michelle couldn’t have been nicer and was eager to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will miss sitting up in bed in the morning and appreciating the peaceful view over the water. The property is a short walk to the beach and neighbourhood shops and restaurants. We would recommend this rental to anyone looking for a laid back coastal vibe.

Wonderful location

This studio is bright with lots of windows overlooking a great harbor view. Perfectly appointed for two and in an excellent location close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Mike and Michelle were wonderful hosts... we will stay here again in the future !

Wonderful Stay in Treasure Island

I can’t say enough good about this property. The hosts were extremely easy to work with. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had a little issue with the cable but Michelle was quick to resolve that issue with us. What a great host - she even brought us chocolate chip cookies. Yum! We were just a short distance to the beautiful beach and walked there every morning and evening. Shops, grocery store and restaurants were all within walking distance for us. We made use of the local trolley service and went from St. Pete beach all the way to Clearwater Beach. John’s Pass is a great little area just a short trolley ride away. We could be as busy as we wanted or spend the day relaxing. We were fortunate enough to see dolphins, a sting ray, and a needle fish off the dock while sitting outside. Our plans changed while there due to the Coronavirus outbreak so we were able to stay an extra three days - thank you Michelle for working with us on that!! We were sad when it was time to leave such a beautiful location but we’ll definitely come back. Thank you Michelle and Mike for a truly lovely stay.

Treasure island getaway

The owners were very nice to deal with. They were very accommodating and helpful with knowledge of the area. It was great having access to their bikes, kayaks, beach chairs and umbrella.

Amazing all around!

The property was clean and neat, and the location was beautiful — right on the canal — with a gorgeous pool available for use! Plenty of amenities and supplies for their guests. The owners are extremely helpful, friendly, approachable, and accessible. Highly recommend — 12/10! We will be returning, for sure!

Stay on Treasure Island

We were there a month ago for two weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space and furnishings were perfect for the two of us. Location is A #1. The owners were very gracious and welcomed us to their pool and other amenities. What a beautiful beach - just a short walk from the apartment.

Wonderful!

The house was beautifully furnished with charming decorations in each room. All the essentials were provided. It was quiet and the view was wonderful. Just what I needed for my 'get-a-way'. Mike and Michelle, who own the property, live next door. They were very cordial and helpful. I would highly recommend this vacation destination!

Hidden gem!

I thought I’d miss staying right on the beach, but what a pleasant surprise. The studio is located on a canal, a short walk to the beach and area bars and restaurants. We walked just about everywhere and ate at many of the restaurants Mike and Michelle recommended - all great!! There was plenty of space for the two of us and it was much quieter than previous stays in a condo on the beach. Mike and Michelle have provided everything you need for the beach (wagon, chairs, umbrella and towels). You only need to bring your swimsuit and sunscreen. Thanks Mike and Michelle!! We hope to be back soon.

Isle of Palms studio perfectly sited for Treasure Island getaway

Mike and Michele's second-floor studio was ideal for our five-day winter break on the Gulf Coast. Truly easy walks to white-sand beaches and good restaurants. Isle of Palms is a quiet neighborhood with little traffic, and the very sunny property has a bay-side waterfront with private dock. We saw dolphins nearby only once (but we were usually away doing other activities), but even that was a thrill. The studio is very clean and well furnished, with a very comfortable king-sized bed, and a full-size kitchen met all of our needs. Mike and Michele are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The only thing we missed was a shady private outdoor space in which to relax during the daytime, as the open southern exposure and all-day-sun conditions could be offset by some sort of canopy or shade. Overall, this studio is ideal for a well-priced, well-sited retreat.

Nice place.

The owner is very nice and helpful to ensure our stay was great. Although the picture shown is not the actual place we rented, it is a picture of their apartment with their pool. The studio apartment is on the other side of the building. The owner did gives us permission to use their pool, and to use any equipment, such as fishing poles, sun umbrellas, beach bikes, BBQ grill and beach towels. He (owner) also allowed us to use their dock to tie up our boat. I would give them 5 stars, but was a bit deceived on the posted picture is of their house with the pool, and not the actual studio apartment we were renting. The place was very clean, close to the beach and dining. Thank you for everything.

Nice place to stay just a few things I would change.

The place itself is nice. The bedroom is very, very bright in the morning. The white blinds don't do much to block out light. It's also very noisy between the birds out on the waterway and the treasure island public works vehicle getting started at 7am across the water. So if you need dark and quiet like I do to sleep you may have trouble. Of course this isn't the owners fault, it's just the location. Also the beds are on rollers and every time you get up they move around. I will say some of the bedding and towels had some stains on them. You can tell they were washed and more of a permanent stain, but if it was me, I would just throw out the linens and replace them. I did run some stuff through the washer just to be sure they were clean. The place itself is not bad and a great deal for the location. I would like to see some new darker blinds to keep out the light and new linens. Otherwise this place was great.

Great location on the waterways!

Definitely home away from home

I cannot rave enough about this rental and the owners. We have had nothing but the best hospitality since we pulled in the drive way. Room had AC running after we lugged our stuff inside. Sunsets and view from dock is breath taking. This room is perfect for a couple or two friends. We had beds pushed together to make a king bed and slept comfortably. Kayaks were also wonderful to use in the bay. Beach acces is one road up, if you take very little convent to walk. This home is located perfectly to access other areas outside of TI. I will for sure be back and recommending this to everyone. Full kitchen, updated bathroom, comfy bed, and a beautiful view - what more do ya need??? Can't wait to come back

Paradise on the gulf coast

Mike and Michelle have made a wonderful comfortable retest right in the heart of treasure island. They provided helpful suggestion and recommendation to enhance our visit. They also had a wonderful welcome gift basket to enjoy on our stay. We were able to tie the boat up to there dock which was so convient for our stay. They provided everything you could have possibly needed and we very helpful but also allowed us our privacy. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view of the intercoastal

We stayed in the studio of Mike and Michelle's gorgeous home. The space is completely remodeled and was great for two. We also brought our fur baby and he had a great time too. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk.

Best Vacation Experience!

Treasure Island is our new home away from home! Your beautiful bungalo rental made our whole vacation a terrific time. The view of the water was out every window! Amazing! Your place is a quick walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Your rental is in the hart of Treasure Isaland and made is quick and easy to get to Johns Pass. Thanks for all the comforts of home! We have all ready booked our next stay with you and plan to be back every year in the same weekend! See you next year and thanks Mike and Michelle for the hospitality!

This is our duplex private home. You get away from a mix-use 'condo feel' and can make our home your home and enjoy the comforts of your own driveway and private dock.

Enjoy catching fresh fish and crab on our dock. Our waterview is a quiet no wake zone, with direct views across to the gulf boulevard beach strip. Evening lights and fireworks on occasion are second to none!

Note: stairs to second unit.
