Reviewer Comments: this is the second time i have rented this cabin and it gets better every time. the traffic is low by the cabin and the scene from the decks are beautiful. the cabin is comfortable and the walk to the beach is short. with the bedrooms upstairs it is nice not to disturb others that are resting but the pull out downstairs is great for the last ones going to bed. all imentities were functioning as should and location to restaurants and shopping was a short trip

House was beautiful but the dryer didn’t work and the toilet seat is broke in upstairs room with 2 beds cut my grandson bottom. Needs to be replaced

It was also right off the direct beach access road if you wanted to drive. Home was clean and very comfortable. It does have carpet which I would consider changing out. Has a great view especially from the upper deck but bring a folding chair to sit up there because there’s no deck furniture on the upper deck.

Sufficient

The house is older, but sufficient. Desperately needs a DEEP clean. Cobb Realty could use a refresher on what it means to be in the hospitality industry. They charge extra for linens (lots extra). They do not provide any toilet paper, paper towels, soap, sponges...etc. Be prepared to bring or purchase your own. When we arrived there was a few sheets of paper left on one roll in one bathroom. Makes you appreciate the hosts that go the extra mile to make sure their guests are provided with at least enough to start. We will not rent any house from Cobb Realty again.

Family fun

We truly enjoyed our trip.. it started out rocky - our first rental ( The Cabanna Che) was musky, and not very clean,and the AC didn’t work. You upgraded us to the Smile and Wave and it was spectacular…. The only complaint is we spent one entire day moving because we had already unpacked when we arrived at the Cabanna Che. The Smile and Wave was everything we expected.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Weekend getaway with friends. Cabin is older but clean. A/C stayed cold. Beds were comfortable. Wifi and Direct TV worked well. Location is great with beach access and nearby food and stores and you have a view of the water from the deck. Either side of the cabin was less than appealing. One side is RV's that look like a small hoarder graveyard. The other side is a bed and breakfast. Not sure if it was the owners or guests but we were woken at 1:30 AM and again at 6:30 AM to a woman screaming and cussing while fighting with a man. Given that the cars that were there are the same as the ones on Google street view it was likely the people that live there. Outside of that I would stay here again for the price and location.

just ok......

overall good stay,seeing family come by. HOwever $110.00 for linens NOT put on beds nor towels placed in bathrooms. No instruction for tv remotes, there are three, one tv upstairs didnt work at all. Deck chairs are in need of repair, sun damage . We did not used because Unstable. Stairs were not safe without proper rails. 64 year old fell down the stairs because rail broke, bad hardware. Watch for nails on deck "painful"

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to the home on June 24th and the outside of the home was well kept.The inside on the other hand was different. The house smelled very musty and moldy. The carpet was dirty as well. The first evening we pulled out the couch to use the pull out bed and there was old popcorn in the cushions of the couch. It is outdated and not clean. We have always rented from Cobb Real Estate and this one was not the usual conditions.

22 Crab Fest Beach Trip

We had a great time at Cabana Che beachouse this weekend.The beach was really awesome and fun.The crab Fest was a blast also.This beach house had a great view to be on the third row and was well stocked with everything we needed for a great weekend.We enjoyed this beach house alot and would most definitely return to one of our favorite places Crystal Beach

Vacation rental

House is nice, it could use a good deep cleaning. However we enjoyed our stay. Nice and close to beach access, neighbors were pretty loud late at night. (Not much can be done when they own that property.) Patio furniture was not comfortable, so I am glad we brought chairs.

Thanksgiving getaway

Nice house for a couple or small family. Carpet was a bit dirty, but it is to be expected with a dog friendly property. Beach proximity is excellent with a decent view. Only thing it was missing was a fenced in yard.

Direct view of beach!!!!

This was a great house to stay in. It was like 200 feet from the beach, and you could see directly out from the balconies to the water, it was wonderful, I could recommend that they have a few more things, and you don't bring your own toilet paper and ask for the linen package, it's one of the most convenient ones I've seen. bring towel for swimming. We qualm be back I am sure
