Tule nauttimaan lomille tarjoaa laajan 2BR Condo Phoenix V. Ei ole parempaa paikkaa asua sinulle ja perheellesi kuin Phoenix V. On paljon aktiviteetteja, kuten paino huone, racquetball tuomioistuin, sauna, uima-allas, kylpytynnyrit, tenniskentät, koripallokenttä ja uima-allas ulkona. On jopa mukava huvimaja alue rentoutua alla kun olet BBQing.

Tule rentoutumaan tilavalla parvekkeella, josta on henkeäsalpaavat näkymät Persianlahdelle tai nukkua isossa king-vuoteessa. Parvekkeelta on pääsy olohuoneesta ja makuuhuoneesta.

Olohuoneessa on uusi sohva, tuoli ja iso televisio katsella suosikkiesityksiäsi.

Päivitetty keittiö, jossa graniittiset työtasot ja kalusteet ovat täysin varustettu kaikella mitä tarvitset kokata herkullisen aterian.

Hotellissa on suuri ulkouima-allas ja lämmitetty sisäuima-allas porealtailla. Lapsesi voivat nauttia 1300 neliömetrin. Caribbean Pirate Inspired Splash Pad alakerrassa uima-altaalla. Alue koostuu Pirate Sloop ja laivan keulan kanssa Slant Jets ja Water Cannon, Beached Vene Wet Slide, Palm Tree veteen Polkumyynti banaanit sekä Tiny Tulip Flower Spray. Voit nähdä kuvia Water Park sijoitettu lopussa huoneisto diaesityksen. Se varmasti pitää pikku Bucketheads varattu koko lomaa.

Phoenix V is always an awesome place to stay. The first week in May can be a little loud with the state track meet and college volleyball tournament. The students were well-behaved this year, so it wasn't a problem. The weather wasn't that great this year, but storms at the beach always beat storms at home. Can't wait to stay there again next May!!

Wonderful Condo!

Perfect view from the 5th floor! We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo smelled fresh and clean as soon as you walked through the door! We loved the convenience of the location. Not too far from the elevators for easy unloading and packing. Directly across from the stairs also (if the elevator lines are too lengthy). The bedrooms were both nice sizes and the beds were so comfortable! Absolutely will be back!

not impressed

Easy check-in, nice view. Coffee maker that was supposed to be there was not. Up at 5am everyday due to construction. I got a bad bacterial folliculitis from the hot tub. Nobody really seemed concerned. I won't be back.

Not enough basics like toilet paper

The property was nice and the room was nice. But they only supplied one trash bag and 2 rolls of toilet paper. There was no dish soap to hand was dishes just one packet to run the dishwasher. I have never stayed at a place you have to supply all these basic needs and honestly I probably won't stay with this property manager again. I don't want to have worry about dragging or buying these little things when I go someplace to stay for a week

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very dated. Decor.. not very pleasing to the eyes. The showers didn’t drain, at all. And if you opened the balcony door, the kitchen and living room would have an instantly unpleasant smell. We originally rented a different condo which was sold and not available. So, we were moved to this one. Loved the Phoenix V, just not this unit.

Items that could be improved: replace current tv’s with smart tv’s for streaming capabilities, replace tv in 2nd bedroom, the screen is going out. Need more lighting out in the pool and splash pad areas after dark.

There was plenty of room for the 4 people that were on this trip (3 adults, 1 child). The unit was clean and beds were comfortable. The elevators were problematic at times because Maintenance had one out for service and painting of a second one during the day. We booked 7 days and ended up extending to 9 days! Overall the unit was in great shape -- our only complaint is that the floor was pretty dirty in some areas upon arrival (needed to be mopped considerably better). Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very attracted to the online photos of this condo and found they proved true as shown. We were extremely pleased with the surrounding and the many accent pieces that were usual and added to our experience.The only points that we can make is there was only one hand towel for each bath which was not sufficient for a week’s stay. Also, we brought pods for the pictured coffee maker but contained drip coffee maker, but fortunately, we purchased Walmart's Main Stay pod coffee maker for $20 and was well on our way for our coffee fix.The resort was beautifully decorated and well maintained and had a gigantic pool with a short walk to the beach. We have fantastic memories of our catamaran dolphin evening cruise, a trip to Paula Dean’s restaurant, Legends show and an entertaining, fun dinner Lambert’s Café.This vacation in entirety was the best!
