Napoli Cayn rantayhteisön suojatun portin sisäpuolella sijaitseva upea, hiljattain remontoitu, kahden makuuhuoneen kahden hengen asunto, josta on näkymät Meksikonlahden rannalle valkoisiin hiekkarantoihin.

Nauti panoraamanäkymistä laajennetulta parvekkeelta rentouttavilla lanai-huonekaluilla. Yksikön sisällä on marmoriset työtasot, lehtipuu- ja marmorilattiat sekä tehohuivit olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa. Mestari ylpeilee king size-vuode, jossa on lukuisia näkymiä lahdelle kahden lattiasta kattoon ulottuvilla lasiseinillä. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi mukautettua täysikokoista sänkyä, joiden ylimääräinen pituus on king size. Tämä hyvin varustettu ja perheystävällinen laite tarjoaa kaksi 50 tuuman LED-TV: tä, täysin uusittu keittiö, pesukone / kuivausrumpu ja ilmainen nopea internetyhteys. Rakennuksen mukavuuksiin kuuluu uskomattoman lämmitetty uima-allas, hienostunut kuntosali, grillausmahdollisuus ja kaksi savi tenniskenttää. Rantatuolit, sateenvarjo, pyyhkeet ovat kaikki tarjolla.

We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, with nice dish wear and utensils, the nice outdoor furniture, along with the tasteful decor throughout, and the comfortable beds. We love that it was quiet-- as we were there in the summer- which is the off season. The beaches were never crowded and the weather was great! I would give this a 5+ star review if it weren't for the construction all around the property--although to be fair, they did warn us this could be happening. I would definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving 2023

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in this unit for 2 weeks over Thanksgiving with my wife and 2 daughters. From the pictures and in-person, it's probably in the top 5 2br/2ba unit in the Club building in terms of view and finishes but there are some things we did not like. 1.) There was a shortage of hot water, even when spacing out the showers. 2.) The toaster was old and cheap. 3.) The patio was floor was filthy and had not been freshly cleaned since the unit was not rented the week prior to us arriving. 4.) Light bulbs were missing in some light fixtures. 5.) The TV in the master bed is mounted too low and not centered on the wall. 6.) Some of the dishes had chips in them and should be replaced with new ones. 7.) Unit does not have the updated glass balcony panels.

Zu Beginn Ärger mit der Sauberkeit der Bettwäsche und den Haaren im Lavabo. Küchenutensilien veraltet, defekt und schmutzig. Dann nur ein Aufzug in Betrieb. Tagsüber viel Lärm wegen Bauarbeiten und der Pool ist mit vielen Kindern überbelegt die sich genauso wie die Erwachsenen nicht an die Vorschriften gehalten haben. Die Sonnenschirme sind Mangelware und deren Qualität sehr schlecht (UV Lichtdurchlässig) Alles in Allem ein schlechtes Erlebnis; wir werden künftig lieber wieder im Hotel absteigen; da hat man zumindest einen Ansprechpartner

My Happy Place

Beautiful condo in the most beautiful location. Lots of amenities provided including everything you could need for the beach or pool including toys for the kids. Rental manager was very responsive and quickly had the microwave replaced when it wasn’t working. Planning to return to this condo as it was perfect and located in the perfect spot near the beach at a perfect price!

Park shore stay

This was a very nice apartment with a gorgeous view. Nicely decorated but the furniture, couches in the living room and den, were a bit dated. Loved having 2 full size beds in the second bedroom, as opposed to twin size. The walk to the beach was about 3 to 5 minutes. Overall it was a very nice place and we really enjoyed our stay.

I stay in many different condo all over. This one has the best views, layout, location in Naples. I’m sad I can’t find any new rental dates to return.
