Istuu 30 hehtaarin Oceanfront Resort omaisuutta, t��mä hyvin varustettu vuokra on kaikki ylellisyys, jotta sinusta tuntuu olosi kotoisaksi. Huoneisto on äskettäin remodeled uusilla parkettilattiat ja matot ja on tuore kerros suunnittelun maali. Uusi kalusteiden sarja, aito Hawaiian taide ja uusi 55-tuumainen Samsung Smart TV bluetooth surround -äänentoistojärjestelmällä tekevät vierailustasi paljon nautinnollisempia. Gourmet- ja tilavassa keittiössä on graniittiset työtasot ja kirsikkapuukalusteet. On runsaasti istumapaikkoja ruokailuvälineenä keittiön baarissa alkuun istuimet kolme ja sisustus ruokapöytä voi istua jopa kuusi. Lisäksi takana lanai, jossa on upeat valtameri- ja golfkenttänäkymät, tarjoaa ruokailuun jopa kuudelle hengelle sekä kaasu-BBQ ulkokäyttöön grillataan. Makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode lasi liukuovet, jotka johtavat ulos suuri yksityinen Lanai kaksi kiesit lounge jossa voit katsella valaita rikkomisesta. Kaksi muuta makuuhuonetta joissa molemmissa on queen beds. Kuten keittiö, kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa on graniittiset työtasot ja kirsikkapuukalusteet. Master-kylpy on ylellinen ja siinä on kylpyamme erillisellä lasisella suljetulla suihkulla ja valinnainen ikkuna makuuhuoneeseen. Kattotuulettimet koko kotiin ja tuuliset tuulet pitävät sinut viileinä ja mukavina jopa lämpimimmissä päivissä.

Hali'i Kai sijaitsee Waikoloa Beach Resort -alueella noin 18 mailin päässä Konan lentokentältä. Ocean Club on kaunis merenranta laguuni tyyli makean veden allas (monitasoinen), hiekkapohjainen kylpytynnyri, Oceanfront ulkona fitness cabana ja ravintola / baari, kaikki on vertaansa vailla näkemyksiä. Hotellissa on myös tenniskenttä ja koripallokenttä vieraille. Lomakeskus on kävelymatkan päässä Hilton-hotellista, jossa on palkittu Kohala Spa ja kaksi mestaruustason golfkenttää. This large unit offered a good value for us this time traveling with adult children. Everything was clean and in good working order once we figured out we had to restart (unplug for a minute) the wifi router in order for it to work with our devices. The condo was nicely stocked with starter supplies and a few extras in the kitchen and laundry room. The beach towels in the unit were quite worn, however, there was a surprisingly generous stash of beach gear including chairs, umbrella(s), boogie boards, sand toys, and snorkeling equipment. Lovely ocean and golf course views from the balconies which exceeded my expectations for building 9. Most furniture comfortable enough excluding the downstairs bedroom mattress which we judged as so terrible as to be unusable during our stay. Only other small negative would be the carpet stains on the stairs which detracts from the unit appearance. Other than those 2 items, we were satisfied, and would recommend the unit as is with reservations about the downstairs mattress.

Wonderful vacation home

The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable and homey. Both lanais gave us wonderful views of the ocean, whales and fantastic sunsets. The condo had a large washer and dryer plus a closet full of beach supplies: chairs, towels, coolers and more. A short walk to the pool area with even better views of whales included a very nice bar and restaurant. The only downside, which isn’t much, was the 2 extra bedrooms did not have great views but the master was extra nice. I would certainly stay here again.

Beautiful condo near the ocean!

We had a lovely time in Waikoloa! The grounds were beautiful and the property was very quiet. There are a lot of rules. We were not able to bring our own water bottles into the pool area and the woman there was very rude to many guests about water bottles near the pool and others playing music by the pool. They do provide water near the pool in small cups. There is also a fee each day to use the pool, that I was unaware of when I booked. You definitely need a car to stay here. I really enjoyed waking up each morning and sitting on the lanai. We had a great time overall, the service at the pool was very poor for us.

Halii Kai Vacation

We had a great trip, we had 5 adults and 1 child. The condo is a 3 bed with 3 full bath giving everyone space and privacy when needed. Beautiful ocean and Mountain View’s to wake up to. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Plenty of seating for everyone when having dinner or hanging out in the evening. Upscale furnishings for inside and outside and very comfortable beds in each room. Hardwood flooring through the first floor. I would recommend this condo to anyone and would return here on our next trip. Thank you for the stay.

Fantastic resort

Beautiful property and condo- plenty of space, very clean, thoughtful setup and convenient location. If you want to shop, there are several plazas only a mile away. If you don’t feel like leaving, the pool is beautiful and there is a restaurant on site. They keypad door entry is super convenient for the day you arrive- no worries if you get there late, you’re still good to go! Definitely will stay here again.

A home away from home

We have stayed in other units at Hali’i Kai, but this one is by far our favorite! Our group consisted of a grandmom, two parents and two kids under 10. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, and the living room/dining room was big enough for dinners and movie nights. Everything in the unit was in great condition and it was well stocked. They also provide beach chairs, umbrellas and toys which our kids loved!

Well equipped with dishes and cooking basics. There are many different activities that you can walk to. Easy access to the Queen's highway if you have a car. The clubhouse is nice, staff friendly and they have delicious fresh fish on the menu daily. weather can be stormy on the island in places while this location is generally very pleasant. Our host was very quick to help out with an awkward unexpected door lock problem. We had a solution in a short time and the lock totally replaced in 24 hours.

Perfect for adult family of 5

We loved this condo - it has everything you need and it's light and bright. The rooms are beautifully done and very comfortable. The kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I have had on a rental! We enjoyed having beach towels, scuba gear and boogie boards at our disposal. The community club and pool were very nice - the pool location was stunning. We would love to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was very spacious and had everything that we would expect in such a unit. The complex was very nice. It is quiet and very well-kept.

Spectacular Sunsets Await - Hali’i Kai 9G

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hali’i Kai 9G was the perfect condo for our party of five. Our checkin was smooth and the unit was very clean upon arrival. We had a premium ocean view which did not disappoint. Beautiful sunsets, whale watching, sunshine, and blue skies were always there on our lanai. The unit itself was fully equipped with everything one might need for an extended stay. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, utensils, cookware and bakeware. As a group that cooked most every night, we were never lacking for items. The Weber gas grill on the lanai made it even easier to prepare meals. Kitchen staples left by previous guests were a welcome surprise. Some places we have been did not encourage this, so it was nice to have some basics . Starter items (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap) were plentiful to last for our two week stay. Beds were comfortable in all rooms and the common areas were spacious. The unit was well equipped with pool and beach items. If you wanted to spend the day at the beach, coolers, chairs, towels, snorkel equipment, etc, were there for your use. As far as the resort itself, it is very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. The pool area is nice - right on the ocean. There is a bar area, which is open all the time, and food is available most days for lunch and dinner. The food is surprisingly good and the service was always good. The only complaint about the pool is the number of seats available. Like most resorts, people will “reserve” chairs, then disappear for extended periods of time. The pool staff could do a better job of policing the area to avoid this from happening. All in all, we would highly recommend this unit. It is on the second floor, and it is a two level unit so more steps are inside, so it is not advisable for anyone who has mobility issues. We loved it so much we have already booked a stay for next year.

Great Home & Location

Home was well stocked with all needs from daily needs (spices, dishes, laundry) to pleasure (coolers, boogie boards, snorkel gear). This home had more than what was in the listing. Amazing pool with friendly clubhouse employees. Only downfall is if you have sensitive back mattress are near the end of their life or need mattress pads. Otherwise highly recommend

Great location, well equipped, kitchen needs some attention

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Hali'i Kai many times, and and love it. We chose condo 9G because we needed a 3 bdrm unit for this trip, and it has a great location within an easy walk of the ocean-front pool / clubhouse. This unit was clean, comfortable and fitted our needs perfectly. Lots of beach toys, great laundry, great Weber grill, comfortable beds. There were a few items we were disappointed with, though. When we arrived around 6pm on a very hot day, the temp in the unit was 85 degrees on the 1st floor and the AC was off -- it took a long time to cool down. After a 15 hour flight, standing in long, hot lines at the airport for covid screening, baggage claim, and then the rental car, we would have appreciated walking into a cool condo. It's not as if no one knew we were coming. The kitchen was generally well equipped, but had some disappointing issues. The dishwasher was horribly noisy, and we did not want to run it and stay in the room. The refrigerator was a too small over/under unit and lacked a through-the-door ice/water dispenser. Instead, 2 large Brita-like water filter units sat inside the refrig, and took up a lot of space. The over-the-stove microwave was mounted way too high -- it was fine for anyone over 6 ft tall, but awkward to use for others. Finally, the pull out cupboard unit which would have conveniently held the pots/pans fell apart on our third day, and was not useable thereafter. We fished out the pots/pans we commonly used, and stored them on the countertop instead. This condo deserves better kitchen appliances. A couple of us tried to keep in touch with work, but found the internet access to be rather slow, particularly when the kids were watching TV. There were 3 TVs, and each one was set up differently. We never were able to figure out how to access the Spectrum cable tv service. The only way we could get programming on the kids' bedroom TV was to sign into our own Netflix account.
