Hotelli sijaitsee Coconut Grovessa Hali'i Kai -kadulla. Huoneistomme on vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä Anaeho'omalu-lahden (A-Bay) Technicolorin vesistä ja valkoisesta hiekasta. Siellä voi olla onnekas havaita kilpikonnat rentouttamassa laavakivillä. Älä missaa piilotettua mustaa hiekkarantaa, joka on 20 minuutin vaellus Kalastajareitillä.

Place was great plenty of room for the 8 of us. Pool was nice not too deep but great view. The hot tub at the pool was great it has a sand bottom so was different from but very nice. Food at the Ocean Club was great we ate there 3 times. Price is similar to local restaurants but more convient. Location is central for the Waikoloa area so easy access to shops and restaurants. Overall amazing stay and will keep on the list of places to return too.

Best way to spend a week !

Very nice place to stay! A few things not working (lights burned out, the second room tv out of order, and lack of parking) All that said - we all had a great vacation. The pool, the beaches, and the great weather!

Beautiful Condo

We absolutely loved our stay. This property has everything you could need. The chairs, sand toys and cooler were a nice touch. It is a bit of a walk to the pool, but you can always drive if you don't want to make the trek. Beds are super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Great Experience

We took the family for a Spring Break vacation and the condo was just what we were looking for. Spacious, clean and close to the beach. It was a little bit of a walk to get to the clubhouse/restaurant/pool/gym, but definitely manageable. Would highly recommend.

Big island fun

It was a very nicely appointed condo. The owners have done some nice touches too it including very cool exterior patio doors. We were pretty busy doing things but got good use out of the fulling opening doors. Very pleased with location and amenities

From the first moment we walked through the door, I knew we chose the perfect property for our Big Island vacation. The unit was clean, well appointed and decorated, had everything we needed and more! The welcome goodies of cookies and water were very sweet. The third floor lanai off the primary bedroom was a real treat. We enjoyed morning coffee most days out there. In the laundry room there was plenty of beach chairs, toys, coolers, linens, etc., to use.The grounds were well maintained, and the food and drinks at the private beach club were amazing (don't skip the Mai Tai)! The staff in the restaurant were so kind, and one employee even walked around the pool with a pitcher of iced water for everyone poolside. The pool was very versatile with a shallow 1 ½' area for the littles and waders, a deeper 4' for full submersion, as well as a lovely little waterfall. It's tough to beat the setting, and sunsets are phenomenal. Don't forget to check the calendar for live music nights at the beach club.Location was spectacular. Close to other restaurants, shopping, golfing, beaches, walking paths, etc. Check-in and communication with the rental agency was as easy as could be. And we can't wait to go back!

Perfect property for a family

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was fully stocked and allowed us to cook meals, and the large capacity washer and dryer were great for keeping up on laundry. The facilities at the beach club were great for our family too. They offered some vegan options and the pool was perfect for our 6 year old at roughly 3.5 ft depth. Definitely recommend staying here for anyone visiting the big island.

Paradise Found

Absolutely loved staying here! It was perfect for our large group of adults and grandkids, enough space for meals, lounging, card games. Having coffee or a cocktail on the lanai, overlooking the coconut grove was so relaxing. Kids enjoyed the pool and playing outside. wonderful property and Adrianna was always immediately responsive to questions/needs. Thank you!

Beautiful property, excellent location

This property was amazing. The location and amenities superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here during Thanksgiving. Even managed to cook a perfect turkey in the kitchen which was very well stocked. The only minor gripe is more of a personal preference. The master bed mattress was very firm with smaller pillows, made for some slight discomfort when resting, that being said overall 10/10 would absolutely love to stay here again.

Beautiful and comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We come to the big island every six months and I’ve stayed at this complex before but this unit was especially well appointed and comfortable. I would 100% recommend and/or stay again

Large Family Vacation

Dealing with Luva vacation rentals was a breeze! The property was beautifully decorated, spotless and exactly as seen in the listing. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of high quality dishes, flatware, etc. The only item that could be upgraded was the beach towels... but this was a very minor negative. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Amazing Property

This property is fully equipped to have a wonderful vacation! The kitchen has absolutely everything you would require to make your family wonderful meals. The home is just beautiful and everything was just as you would want. Clean extremely comfortable bedrooms, and same for the three bathrooms! The property manager was wonderful and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely return here in a heartbeat.

Kona Low couldn't lower our spirits

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with onsite and nearby amenities. Hike the fisherman's path to the black sand beach for a morning snorkel, watch whales from the hot tub. Plenty to do despite rainy week thinks to a Kona Low weather system.

Just Wow!

We were so happy to call this place home for a few days. It was absolutely gorgeous and immaculate. It was the perfect size for two families with four kids. We loved how everything is labeled and we wanted for nothing. The lanai’s are beautiful and the short walk to the pool is lovely. The towels, beach toys and chairs were a huge help. Hali’i Kai offered an amazing place to unwind after busy days of fun and exploration. Adriana from Luva is above and beyond responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again. This place is a 10/10!

Beautifully decorated Condo

The stay was excellent. The condo was super clean and very nicely decorated. Also the kitchen was very well supplied with lots of dishes and pretty much everything you need. There was tons of space for 4 adults and three children and the beds were pretty comfy. The unit was a pretty long walk to the pool… you pretty much have to drive there. The decks were a bit small with superrrrheavy furniture. That was our only downside as there was no lounge chairs to just sit and relax on the deck. All and all pretty great stay.

A lovely getaway

This property was peaceful, clean and downright luxurious. Hot water/cold water in all 3 showers were opposite what was marked. Once we figured that out, we were golden. Pillows could have been better and cookware/cutlery were in need of refreshing, but everything else was terrific. Lanais were delightful. Beach closet was amazingly stocked with lots of chairs, towels, umbrellas and even beach toys for small kids (we didn’t have any, but appreciated it for those that do). We would definitely return to this condo.
