Holiday Surf 321 uudistettiin ja kunnostettiin kokonaan heinÀkuussa 2017. TÀmÀ ammattimaisesti suunniteltu huoneisto koostuu vuosisadan puolivÀlistÀ, teollisista ja vintage-rannikkokalusteista, jotka osoittavat nostalgiaa, mukavuutta ja rentoutumista. Gulf-front -mestari sviitissÀ on parveke, ja siinÀ on 60-tuumainen taulu-tv. Makuuhuoneessa on vuosisadan puolivÀlissÀ oleva king-size-vuode, jossa on kelluvat yöpöydÀt ja vuosisadan puolivÀli. Master-kylpy on tÀysin uusittu liukuvalla lato-ovella, suurella turhamaisuudella, suihkukaapilla, jossa on sateen pÀÀhana, ja vaaleansininen penniÀkiekko. KierrÀtetty puun peili tuo lisÀÀ vintage-hohtoa.

Makuuhuoneeseen johtava seinÀ on yksi neljÀstÀ seinÀmÀstÀ, jossa on kalkittu laiva. TÀssÀ seinÀssÀ on vintage-polkupyörÀ, jossa on pÀhkinÀpÀhkinÀkuori, joka on liitetty nÀyttöön, lisÀÀmÀllÀ eilen muistoja. Suuri retro-kellon ja seinÀn sconces parantaa tÀtÀ aluetta.

Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on oma uudistettu kylpyamme, jossa on sininen turhamaisuus, uusi kylpyamme ja metro. KierrÀtyn puun queen-size-vuode on mukautettu, ja siihen liittyy vintage-metalli-yöpöytÀ ja lipasto. LisÀksi hotellissa on suuri taulu-tv ja DVD-soitin.

Olohuoneessa on L-muotoinen poikkileikkaus, jossa on muhkeat tyynyt, Momeni-autuuden alueen matto, yksilöllinen regeneroitu puupalkki, varjo-laatikot, joissa on vintage-uimapuku ja vintage-uimakatot, viihdekeskus ja karttapöytÀ sekÀ 60-tuumainen taulu-tv Blu -Ray DVD-soitin. TV-viihdekeskuksen kummallakin puolella olevat seinÀt ja peilit lisÀÀvÀt tunnelmaa.

RuokapöytÀ on omistajien alkuperÀinen muotoilu, jossa on vintage-mainos pöydÀn keskipisteenÀ. Vintage-laatikon jouset valaisevat ruokapöydÀn yli, joka pysÀhtyy mukautetusta puupalkista ja jolla on teolliset Edison-valot, vintage-Florida-rekisterikilvet ja valikoima vuosikymmenien, 60-luvun ja 70-luvun vintage-postikortteja. TÀmÀ ruokapöytÀ mahtuu mukavasti kuuteen. RÀÀtÀlöity puun peili ruokailutilassa heijastaa kaunista Persianlahden rannikkoa.

Uudistetussa keittiössÀ on Meridianin harmaat kvartsi-vastakkeet, metroasiat backsplash, valkoiset ylÀkaapit, turkoosi alemmat kaapit ja uusi jÀÀkaappi, liesi, mikroaaltouuni ja astianpesukone. Niemimaalla on vuosikerta 1900-luvun alusta. Suoraan vastapÀÀtÀ keittiötÀ, ruokakomero-ovi on 1800-luvulta.

TÀmÀ 3. kerroksen yksikön sijainti kompleksissa on upeat nÀkymÀt parvekkeelta, makuuhuoneesta ja oleskelu- ja ruokailuhuoneista. Parvekkeella on regeneroitu teak-puupöytÀ ja -tuolit, joissa voit nauttia nÀkymistÀ valkoisiin hiekkamalleihin, sinisiin vesiin ja aaltojen ÀÀniin tarkkailemalla delfiinejÀ.

Kaikki vuokrat sisÀltÀvÀt ilmaisen Beach Service -palvelun ja ILMAISEKSI Xplorie-aktiviteetin joka pÀivÀ loman aikana. Nauti delfiiniristeilystÀ, syvÀnmeren kalastusretkestÀ ja lÀheisestÀ Big Kahunas -vesipuistosta!

Beautifully decorated condo with comfy beds and a great view!!

We had the best time on our family vacation! The condo was clean and so beautifully decorated. The beds were so comfortable. We had an issue with the shower and they were right on it and fixed it right away! Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!

The surrounding area is beautiful and the gated entrance makes the property feel safe. My highest priority when looking for a vacation rental is cleanliness and this was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in!! We also loved the updated renovation and decor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook during our stay. The appliances looked brand new. The whole condo was family friendly. The balcony overlooked the ocean and was spacious. The beach chair service, pool and tennis/pickle ball were all fun bonuses to the property. It’s also located in central location to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We’ve told our family and friends about Holiday Surf and Racquet Club and we look forward to visiting again!

It really ended up being completely our style. With the large kitchen table, the kids played cards. The balcony was amazing for coffee in the mornings, watching dolphins swim off shore. The chair service was also a HUGE benefit. Everything about our stay was perfect. Our kids are already planning next years trip back! Not kidding!

Excellent Property & Memorable Stay

Better than expected! Our first visit to Destin surpassed our expectations starting with our rental of this condo. Every detail in this condo was as pictured and accurately described, however the pictures don’t do it justice for every single meticulous detail taken into account to make this condo the perfect stay on the beach. Check-in and check-out were both very easy, there was always plenty of parking, and there are plenty of amenities in this building to make a vacation comfortable for the whole family. It’s just steps from room to the beautiful beach. We absolutely plan to be back and hope to book this very same room again in the future!

The condo was amazing, it was just as pictured and even better. It was well stocked with everything you could possibly need. I do wish the master had a fan, as I'm a hot sleeper. Everything was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was extremely cute! Great views and everyone loved the decor. But it was extremely dusty. I don’t think anyone had dusted in over a month it was that bad. We also found a cockroach in our shower one morning. I almost had a heart attack it was disgusting. This is our 4th time staying at holiday surf and racquet club, we love the location and view of the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the decor and all the different collected pieces, especially the old door from 440 main restaurant in Bowling Green, KY. Very surprised to find a piece of home in the room but loved it. It had all the appliances and everything that you would normally use. Loved the location of the room. Will definitely be back and of course we will have to have room 321. Loved everything, the beach, the staff, all the amenities.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet. This is the only place we stay as long as I can remember when we would come to Destin. It feels like home! The room was very nice and clean, and smelled amazing. We love that the umbrella and chairs are included, and the fact that it is overall pretty quiet. The descriptions were accurate regarding layout and amenities. We had an issue with the key pad but ended up getting a physical key which was taken care of quickly, no issues there. We enjoyed eating at Boshamps, Margaritaville, and the Back Porch, and did mini golf, go carts and the fireworks sailboat excursion. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back-no matter how long we stay it is never long enough!

The only suggestions would be that the bed in the guest room and the kitchen could use some bigger bowls like for a big salad. Maybe a guest book would be cute. But overall it was wonderful and we would definitely stay again! Thank you
