We were bringing newborn babies, so one of the main reasons we reserved this house, despite the high cost, was the hot tub and the nice backyard. When we checked in, the hot tub water was green with white and black particles floating. The host said it was cleaned 9 days ago and never sent the technician to address the issue. The backyard was also very unkempt, not like the pictures, so we couldn’t use the area. There was also an issue with the thermostat (possibly preprogrammed on the Nest app), and the house was freezing cold one night and uncomfortably hot the next. Rest of the house was clean and spacious.

Nice sized property. Good for groups/families. Lots of amenities. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, utensils etc. Big dining area for family meals. Some differences between the listing and details section. Only 7 bedrooms not 8 bedrooms. Many pull-out couches and bunk beds if people are willing to share. My group didn't see the massaging chair advertised in one of the pictures. Wifi router and password were different than what was listed on the check-in page. Host responded to messages in a timely manner.

Family Memorial Visit

This house was the perfect house for our visit to the DC area to have a memorial for my mother. We were an extended family group whose ages ranged from 95 to 25 with one toddler. After visiting Arlington National Cemetery we were able to have a home cooked family dinner at the rather impressive large table with all of my Mom's favorite foods as well as presenting a slideshow on one of the large flat panel TVs. There was plenty of space in the house for everyone to have their own rooms as well as cozy seating for quiet conversation. We very much enjoyed one of our group members on the piano filling the space with music. We were a little concerned about our 95 year old Aunt and all the stairs, but she handled them surprisingly well. The location has easy access to main thoroughfares, grocery stores, and restaurants. It was a great trip and I would recommend this house for large groups visiting the area.

True Luxury

We came with a group of high school students. The house had a ton of room for a large group like ours. The host was very attentive if I had a need or question, it was answered immediately and very helpful. The house is beautiful, first class all the way, fresh, clean throughout. Our group will definitely book this again next year for our trip. This house is also very close to bud stop, fast food, and many other amenities. I give it a 10 of 10!

Reunion

This place accommodated my 5 siblings and their families beautifully! Lots of space for everyone to spread out in without feeling on top of each other. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths on the top level were perfect for the adults. The bottom level was amazing and perfect for the 2 year old. Was able to take hjs naps/bedtime routine without being disturbed,or for that matter wake up the rest of the house. Large well equipped kitchen,plenty of space in the dining room to have 16 of us sit down for meals. Lots of parking in the driveway, we were able to fit 5 cars easily. The pictures and description of the house are spot on. Easy drive from both DC airports. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Home Away From Home (for the Wedding)

We live in Germany and our family lives all over the US, so it was fortunate to find a place for us all to stay for my daughter's wedding. My son said it looked like a castle when he walked in.The location was ideal and Nemeh was always attentive and helpful.Everyone had a comfortable and lovely time.

Perfect Place for a Family Gathering

My family — spouse, kids and grandkids — gathered for a week at this property for Thanksgiving — a total of 19 of us — and it was a great house that served us well! Plenty of room and beds, lots of space for people of all ages. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was perfect for a large gathering. There were actually 2 kitchens which made it easy for us to store all the food and beverages we needed for a wonderful Thanksgiving feast! Easy to get to and close to stores. And only about 25 minutes to DC, which made it simple for us to sightsee for multiple days during our stay. I definitely recommend this house!

Perfect family reunion

We just stayed here for an extended weekend, and I can’t say enough good things about this property. The neighborhood is quiet, grocery and restaurants are close and convenient, access to highway/tourist attractions was simple and easy. The house is incredibly well stocked with anything you might need as a family, including baby items and simple toys which we really appreciated as we all traveled from across the country to have our reunion. It is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and we had the best time. So much that we decided to forego seeing city sites and spend the day on the house together instead just relaxing and enjoying the comfort of the home. I would definitely book this again. Thank you to the hosts for their top notch hospitality!

This house has now been a perfect stay for the 2nd time! I will continue to seek this location out when in DC with a group. Nemah is great to work with and is up front in his listing and with postings for guidelines while in the house.

Plenty of Space

This house works fantastic for a large group. There are plenty of rooms for everyone and several different areas for people to hang out in. There is driveway parking for multiple cars, which was nice. We used Dunn Loring as the metro stop closest, plenty of inexpensive parking (by DC standards) and about 10 minutes to get to by car. This house worked as a great home base to explore the DC area. Close to shopping and Safeway and we found several fantastic restaurants nearby. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans and spices. I also appreciated the little extra things, like having a few pens and pieces of paper in the kitchen, extra dishwasher tabs, and garbage bags. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would absolutely stay again.

Love This House!

We have stayed at this location for three years now. Annually, I bring students and some of their parents as part of our school's 8th grade DC trip. Although it's a bit further from DC, the house is ideally located just a few feet from the bus stop, which is then an easy trip to the Metro. Also, the house's location is perfect in that McDonald's is right there for late-night ice cream, and just down the street from Safeway for those forgotten groceries. The house, itself, is beautiful (more than students deserve, lol) and is perfect for sleeping girls on one floor and boys two floors away. The kitchen is completely stocked and huge, and the large eating area allows for all of us to cook and share in the meals. The students and adults have plenty of space to hang together or find a quiet corner to read. As a host, Nemeh is WONDERFUL. He checks in regularly and is always available to answer questions and give suggestions. He's a super, accommodating host who has even rearranged furniture ahead of our arrival to suit our needs. I cannot say enough good things about this house. We plan on returning again and again.

Perect for extended family getaway

This home was immaculate. Everything was clean. Furniture was definitely high end, & my son absolutely loved the Steinway piano. We have never stayed in a rental that was this nice. Communication with the owner was prompt, although we had no problems that needed his response other than the wifi password. It was close to plenty of places to eat, grocery stores, etc. Plenty of room for all 16 of us to have our own space & the kids could hang out in the basement while the adults were upstairs. Subway was a 10-15 minute drive away for us to enjoy DC without having to find parking in the city. We would definitely stay again!

Worth it for large groups

This home exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it enough justice. I had friends and family coming from different states for a retirement celebration and dinner and this home was crucial for centralizing everyone in one location for the event. The home was spacious enough for multiple families and friends to include plenty of parking. The owner made checking in easy and the home owner was also readily available/quick to react to any of my questions and concerns. The home was beautiful; was surprisingly stocked with all the cooking utensils, bowls, and flatware you'd need; cleaning supplies and towels were readily available; washers and dryers were available for use; and the house even had a very large dinner table(s) that was able to seat 18 that was totally amazing. The only knocks I have on the house were that the refrigerator and ice maker were broken by the previous renters and the hot tub was turned off and would've taken over half a day to start back up. However, to be fair the home owner was working on fixing both situations and I'm sure future guests will be able to enjoy them for their stay. The home owner was extremely nice, apologetic, and wanted to make the situation right. But honestly none of that ruined my trip and the rest of the house was amazing enough to help forget about them. If I'm ever back in the DC/Arlington area and need a huge space I wouldn't hesitate to try to rent this house again.

Family Reunion

The house is perfect for family reunions. Multiple families with kids can stay comfortably. They had cribs and other baby stuff that was super helpful. The kitchen is big enough for multiple people to use at the same time. The beds and pillows were definitely good quality. I felt comfortable putting kids and babies to sleep.

Christmas 2023

The property worked perfectly for us. It was decorated for Christmas throughout. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of pots, pans, trays, silverware, everything we needed to cook large meals for 12 adults and 5 children. It was easy to communicate with the owner. We enjoyed it! Thanks

Family going to Arlington

The property was awesome. We had 20 people in our group and there was nothing we needed. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. We had plenty of room and could of fit more. I am very happy with my selection. Arlington was about 30 minutes away and very easy to navigate. Thank you

Family Reunion

I hosted a family reunion here for a weekend and was absolutely fantastic! The house is beautiful, the yard is perfect for hanging out, and the house has everything you need! Communication with the host was also great, I reached out a few times during my stay and received prompt responses. I would rent this property again and highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

We love the house. It is a very beautiful property, very spacious with a total space of over 7000 square feet. You will feel like you are in a palace.

Its close to everything and Is in a great central location for getting on all the freeways. Makes commute short especially in the Washington D.C. are where there is ton's of traffic.
