Tervetuloa Better Nowiin ... aivan kuten etuportaan, talon nimi on järkevää.  Se on viihtyisä ja mukava.   Tämä kuisti on turvattu sängyn keinuineen ja runsaasti istumapaikkoja lukemiseen, rentoutumiseen, korttien pelaamiseen tai perheen ja ystävien kanssa.



Anna etuovi ja osaksi olohuone on suuri, avoin pohjaratkaisu runsaasti luonnonvaloa monta ikkunaa. Tässä kauniisti sisustetussa olohuoneessa on mukavat istuimet ja suuri taulutelevisio.  Ruokapöytä istuimet 11 extra istumatilaa 3 keittiön baarissa. Upeasale-keittiössä on ainutlaatuinen laatta, ruostumattomat laitteet, graniittilaskurit ja runsaasti säilytystilaa.



Löydät yhden kahdesta master-sviitistä tässä kerroksessa.  Tässä huoneessa on king-size-vuode, suuri vaatekaappi ja taulu-tv.  Omassa kylpyhuoneessa on lasiovisuihku, seprate-amme, kauniit laatatyöt ja graniitti-laskurit.



Toisessa kerroksessa portaita pitkin on laskeutumisalue, jossa on täysikokoinen vuodesohva, taulutelevisio ja Xbox 360.  Kerrossänkyhuone, queen-huone ja parvella 2. kerroksessa on täysi kylpyamme.  



Toinen master-sviitti on tässä kerroksessa, jossa on oma parveke ja istuimet.  Tässä huoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on seisova suihku, kaksinkertainen turhamaisuus ja kylpyamme.

On 2 olympiakokoista uima-allasta yhteisössä, kilometrejä luontopolkuja, minuutin päässä WaterColorista ja Seasideesta. Yhteisön kokoontumispaikassa on tulipalo, poreallas, leikkipaikka ja viihdyttävä baari.



NatureWalk at Seagrove on 155 eekkerin, mestari suunniteltu yhteisö ympäröi Point Washington State Forest ja sijaitsee pitkin Scenic Highway 30A käytävällä. House not clean

The location of the property was amazing, a short walk to the pool and a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. The property needs more attention with the cleanliness. The house had roaches, especially in the master bedroom upstairs. Also, the family that stayed in the master bedroom upstairs had bed big bites. For the amount of money that is charged guest shouldn’t have to experience these type of issues. We had a costly dermatologist bill to treat the bites. Overall, if the house is cleaner and free of bugs we would give a 5 star rating.

Disappointing visit—buyer beware!

Our first impression was a garage full of beach supplies left in an unsightly, disorganized heap. Even though there were many nice beach ‘toys’ included, my husband spent two hours sorting through the chaos to make them accessible. We went on to find several specific areas inside the house that called its overall cleanliness into question. Management corrected some of these issues and others we tried to overlook, such as a dirty kitchen floor mat, a dishwasher not safely bolted into the cabinet, several pans that should be replaced, etc. Although the house is well decorated and supplied with extras for families with small children, we encourage the owners to review it with an attention to detail. Unfortunately, we were quickly confronted with a major problem—a refrigerator ‘on the blink’ went on to dominate our holiday experience. We lost much of our initial supply of groceries before we realized that the refrigerator wasn’t cooling properly. The management company was considerate and responsive in sending out repairmen (eventually providing a mini fridge) but, each time, we had to wait another day or two to determine if the repair had worked. Meanwhile, we were constantly trying to hold food in iced coolers and a small fridge. FIVE repair visits failed to solve the problem so we spent 15 nights struggling to keep our food safe. It proved a very expensive holiday of ‘camping out’ food wise. Added to that, we woke up to no hot water one morning. That problem was remedied in a few hours’ time, but just one more frustrating issue. To our request for compensation, we received only a 10% refund. This was totally inadequate to address the loss of food and inconvenience that dominated our entire stay but we were told nothing more could be done. Apparently, the rental agreement is designed to protect the owner’s interests more so than the guest’s. We have rented various properties along 30A for over 30 years and have never encountered anything close to this level of inconvenience. We can only alert others to the potential for ‘Better Now’ to become ‘Worst Nightmare.’ - [ ]

Family Get A Way

This property was perfect for our family of 8 adults. We did use the available bikes. It was easy using the trail to get to the beach. The trail ended into a street that takes you to San Juan beach access. It is about 10-15 minutes by bike. We also rented a golf cart that made trips into to town and to the beach easy also. The proximity to Publix Supermarket was great. It was walking distance for us. We also like the amenities of the neighborhood. We used the public firepit and grill for a wonderful evening away from our rental. Family also used the basketball court to break up the day of activities.

We enjoyed our stay at Better Now. Property was clean and having the four bikes helped us explore the 30a efficiently. Lots of space and the daybed on the porch was a great place to read. Lots of games stashed in the living room drawers for rainy days. Thanks!

Spring Break & Birthday Celebration

2 families (7 people) stayed in this cozy house. The neighborhood is so cute and is a beautiful place for a walk and a bike ride. Our families enjoyed the community volleyball courts, the basketball hoops, the pickleball courts and the pool. It is close to a local grocery store which is so convenient and close enough to bike to the beach. We did this using the included bikes. Check-in was very easy. Upon first glance the house seems a bit smaller than the pictures show. The living room furniture needs updating and the pull-out sofa bed in the landing is a really just a toddler sized trundle bed but the 7 of us were comfortable and cozy for the week. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. The beds in the bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and very nice. We appreciated the plentiful supply of towels and the use of the updated washer and dryer. Overall, we were happy with our stay! Highly recommend renting a golf cart and hiring "The Polished Chef," Nathan, for a gourmet meal right in your own rental.

Lovely getaway

This house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The homeowners are generous in their allowance of washer and dryer and beach toys. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. We were there in October and it was beginning to get dark around 7:30pm or so. It may be a consideration for families or groups who plan to bike to the beach or to the strip that the neighborhood has dark spots once you get off the main road and we used the flashlights on our phone. It's a trek to get to 30A but we enjoyed the exercise.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property and would recommend it to all. The house is decorated beautifully, well equipped, and spacious. The golf cart we rented was worth every penny. It added some adventure to our beach lazing, leisurely days. The rental company was very responsive, and check-in was easy, breezy. We’ll be back!

Amazing Stay During Labor Day weekend

We had a great time at the property. The house is well equipped for all the fun we need. Right from the games for fun to utensils for cooking and celebrating, you have it all here. With close proximity to the beach this place should be a no brained choice for your stay further.

Very unclean property!

The property was very unclean. We had to clean alot of areas in the home. Very frustrating when we have a pandemic. Someone was supposed to come and clean the stove and noone showed up. Very upsetting since we had to pay for the cleaning. We will not be using this rental company again.

So nice, I planned a sea side proposal to my future wife this weekend. The front porch at the “Better Now” property was so perfect I ended up making my proposal there, with the help of our 11 month old son. It was perfect!! Love our experience and will be back for many anniversaries to come!!

Great Place for a Great Price

Enjoyed the property and the location. Everything is pretty much exactly what you expect from the reviews. Only thing I’m still not used to with any VRBO is being some coffee filters and laundry/dish soap from home if driving to make life easier. :) Lots of beach goodies available for you to borrow as well. We had a great week and would definitely return to this house again.

Fantastic family getaway

We loved our stay at Better Now. The home was just as lovely as the pictures show - and the NatureWalk community is the perfect place for both relaxation and family fun time. Very nice home!

Loved being at this home. Had our annual girl's weekend here with 6 of us and it was plenty of room. Unfortunately, it was cool and rainy why we were there, but we made the most of it playing cards. If you like to play games, I would suggest you bring your own for rainy days. We rented a 6 seater golf cart when I rented the house and it was delivered and picked up and we didn't have to do a thing! I was happy it was road worthy and allowed us to go into town. We did have a problem with coughing when we went into town because there was a red tide. Thankfully, this home was just far enough from the sea that we didn't get any breathing issues - Yeah! We all went to the beautiful pool area instead that has two pools and a hot tub on site. I was happy one pool was heated because it was very cool that day. The owner mentioned we may not have wi-fi or cable because of Hurricane Michael, but everything was fine. We loved the porch with the bed and stayed out there drinking coffee and reading books for hours. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone staying in this area.

Second time in Naturewalk. We live location and space in homes. Loved the screened porch for baby and all enjoyed sleeping swing on porch. This house has tons of baby items that came in handy for our 10 week old. Thank you House neat, clean and everything worked great.

Lovely home in Santa Rosa

We truly enjoyed our stay at Better Now over the week of July 4th! The home was beautifully decorated and comfortable for our group. We rented a golf cart to get to the beach and around Santa Rosa. The bikes were nice, but if you are carrying more than a small bag to the beach, it would be difficult. The community and pool were great and very well maintained! Would definitely come back.

Well equipped home. Spacious and well appointed. We would certainly return.
