Sijainti: North Hutchinson Island, South Vero Beach tai pohjoiseen Ft. Pierce, HWY US-1-. Kuukausi minimivuokrausaika. Käytettävissä huhtikuu 2016 vain. Se on saatavilla joulukuu 2016 huhtikuuhun 2017 mennessä.
Majoitukset: 2 makuuhuonetta 2 kylpyhuonetta vuodepaikkoja 6 maksimi.

Palvelut: Ilmastointi / lämmitys ja täysin kalustettu asunto, jossa seulotaan kuisti. Suuri lämmitetty uima-allas yksityinen klubi talo on vain muutaman askeleen päässä kotiovellesi. Kävele autiolla rannalla ilman julkista saatavuutta kilometrikaupalla. Park vain oven ulkopuolella, tässä porteilla. Pelata tennistä huoneisto tuomioistuimissa tai nauttia toimintaa omistajille vain kaunis uusi klubitalo. Tai purkaa kiloa tai kuntosali, jossa juoksumatto ja pyörä. Omistajan Profile:

Wonderful time at the beach

Clean, updated property, close to pool and beach. The condo was well stocked with towels, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. enjoyed being in a first level unit, easy to unload car and easy access to beach/pool. Would definitely rent this unit again!

Nice place, great January vacation!

Clean , well equipped condo with everything you could want. Plenty of towels, beach supplies, kitchen well stocked. Everything in good condition. Great area close to Vero beach where we enjoyed great restaurants. Fort Pierce farmers market is a must do! Lots of great stuff , food and music. Beach is nice with soft sand, minimal shells and seaweed. Owners live very close and stopped by a couple of times unexpectedly, which was a new experience for us as VRBO customers. They are both friendly and helpful with suggestions.

Fantastic stay

Lovely time! The condo was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. Art was a gracious host and responded quickly in communication. We have visited beaches up and down the coast, but this private beach was by far our favorite and photographed beautifully! We were delighted by varied experiences each day (shell collecting, watching the boats and roaring waves, quiet walks at sunset, watching the birds soar during beautiful sunrises, overcast lazy days, sunny picnics, and wading in calm waters.). The high-speed Internet at the unit was outstanding for remote work throughout our stay, and we made good use of the workout room and temperature-controlled pool. This first-floor unit was so convenient for coming and going from our car and carting items to and from the pool and beach. Lighter sleepers in the second bedroom may be awakened by trash truck pick up a few mornings a week, but it was not an issue for us and we appreciated easy access to the trash and recycle bins. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beach condo and would definitely come back!

Awesome Place

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was clean. The landlord was very responsive. All the other tenants were very friendly and the condo facilities were well maintained. Really enjoyed everything about stay here.

Paradise!

Paradise is the one word that comes to mind when we describe this condo. The condo was bright, cheerful and welcoming. Recently updated, the decor was exceptional and comfortable all at the same time. It was very clean with new bedding and towels. We enjoyed the pool and access to the beach and found the location very convenient for day trips to Vero Beach and Fort Pierce downtown and Jetty area. Our hosts, Art and Laurianne, greeted us upon arrival and were very friendly. They shared much information on restaurants and activities to do in the area, which we really appreciated. We loved this condo so much that we have booked it to return next year!

Great property hampered by an awful owner

We have had really good luck with VRBO owners in the past. We have noticed a certain quality of character that seems to go hand in hand with a well rated rental. It seems like the key to the whole VRBO experience is that the owner needs to care about the customer and their rating. For this trip we took a chance on a place that looked great and was listed for a good price but didn't have many ratings and one of them was bad. We asked Art (the owner) about this rating and his response was to just blame everything on the customer. This should have been a huge red flag for us (because we would later be blamed for everything that went wrong) but we decided to book the condo anyway. We found some water damage that Art blamed entirely on us. He accused of us "showering with the door open." He was furious. We tried to explain to him that we weren't psychopaths and didn't shower with doors open. He didn't believe us. I texted him telling him I was worried about mold buildup in the condo. My 6 year old has severe mold allergies and two of the workers hired by Art's insurance company had told us that the water damage had been going on for a month or two. He told me that the damage was "very fresh, very new" and he didn't think there was any mold. After this dismissal I called VRBO so that we could find another place just in case the workers found mold. Art came to the condo with another person from his insurance (there were a lot of workers coming in and out of the condo) he told my wife, in front of my 6 year old, that we might be liable for the damage because of "negligence." He yelled at me, "you should have just come to me, you didn't have to call VRBO." He was erratic, hostile and toxic. Of course, just by happenstance the building maintenance worker showed up a day or two later to cut a hole in the drywall to check the moisture levels. He told me he found mold. Art was wrong, the damage wasn't "very fresh" or "very new." He had decided to blame us, he might have even covered up a slight moldy smell with his air fresheners. It was horrible. This would be a great place for families if Art would hire a property manager. He doesn't have the social skills or personality to do this job. My advice to VRBO clients: do not take a chance on low rated rentals. It is NOT worth it. VRBO had us move out of the condo after the mold was found. The vacation could actually begin because Art was not a part of it anymore.

A great getaway

Great. We were met at the property by the owner/manager. The unit was ground floor and beautiful. We will go back there. It has become the property and locatioñ by which we judge all others.

El apartamento está súper bien ubicado y cuenta con todo lo que necesitas tener en la playa: coolers, sombrilla, juegos, etc. El condominio es seguro y tranquilo. Arthur fue súper amable desde el momento de la reserva hasta el check out. Todo súper bien, esperamos volver pronto!

Great rental

What I really enjoyed about this rental was the first-floor accessibility and the wonderful, clean, heated pool. The property is well-maintained, the beach delightfully walkable, and the people are friendly. While we were only two, having two bedrooms and two bathrooms made our stay comfortable. Just before we arrived, a new and lovely tile floor was installed and a new leather recliner arrived shortly after we did. There were many delightful restaurants in the area at all price points. We often went out for dinner but having breakfast and lunch at home was very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped for all our needs. There is also a full-size washer and dryer in the unit. We had a very nice stay.

Ocean front does not mean you can see the ocean

Problems with bites from "no see'ums" in the condo and in general from opening description of the condo. The only view that is available of the ocean is from the walk over ramp at the beach access between the buildings. Unit is clean.

Art and Laurianne are retired and live very close to the condo. They use the condo as their beach cabana during the swimming month. Art likes to fish so they live on the Indian River Lagoon across the from the beach, where he keeps his boat.

Excellent private beach and heated pool. You will meet many people like you escaping the cold weather in the Northern US and Canada. Excellent Restaurants, and Theaters ( Riverside Theater) and Performances (Sunrise Theater). Sun drenched beach with fishing and golfing near by.

Near by Vero Beach is a winter playground for winter visitors and has upscale dining and shopping. Excellent Churches and house of Worship. Many excellent golf courses in the area and major league spring training in some months.
