Tämä koti sijaitsee täydellisessä loma-asunnon vuokrauspaikassa, ei ajoneuvoa tarvita, vaikka käytettävissä on kahden auton autotalli. Vain muutaman askeleen päässä etuovesta löydät kauniin Tyynenmeren. Rentoudu rannalla samalla, kun et koskaan eksy liian kaukana omasta rantakodistasi. Lähellä on myös Mission Beach-jännitys. Tämä alue tarjoaa lukuisia ravintoloita, baareja ja kauppoja. Kaikille ikäryhmille ihanteellisia viihdettä varten Belmont Parkissa on puinen vuoristorata, minigolf, arcade ja aaltorakennus. Tämän kolmen tason kaupunkikodin toinen kerros on perheen kokoontumisalue. Avoin pohjaratkaisu tarjoaa saumattomia viihdyttäviä mahdollisuuksia. Keittiössä on kolme istuinta tiskillä, kun taas ruokapöydässä on neljä paikkaa ja pitkä penkki. Lisäksi olohuoneessa on cocktailpöytä, jossa on kaksi paikkaa. Kolmas kerros on uskomattoman mukava isäntäsviitti, oma kotisi tasolla täysin kaukana muista makuuhuoneista. Kaksi kattoikkunaa sängyn yläpuolella ovat avoinna, jotta päästäisiin paljon luonnollista valoa ja viileää merituuletta. Kylpyhuoneessa on suuri sadesuihku. Tässä kerroksessa on myös oma parveke, josta on paras näkymä kotona. Katso vasemmalle ja näet viileän sinisen valtameren, katso suoraan ja näet ikonin rannan puoleisen puisen vuoristoradan.

Pysäköinti tällä alueella on erittäin rajallista, mutta 722 Isthmus Courtilla on kahden auton tandem-autotalli. Autotallen mitat ovat noin 6. 5 'H x 8' L x 24 'L. Varmista, että ajoneuvosi mahtuu näihin mittoihin, koska SDVR ei ole vastuussa vaihtoehtoisten pysäköintimajoitusten löytämisestä.

Not For Us

Just wasn't what we had hoped for & expected for a family birthday celebration. Issues: Had to take multiple photos in and around the property to memorialize previous & existing damage. Pre-existing kitchen sink leak (resolved during stay by the property management company) Construction material in garage resulted in personal property damage. Neighbor parked motorcycle in from of entry blocking property ingress & egress. As far as cleanliness - dated feel may have contributed to the rating. Carpet and rug long past expiration date. Overall maintenance seemed lacking. Overall experience: Honda value at a Mercedes price. Property shows much better online. Lesson learned and will choose hotel over VRBO in the future.

Mission Beach Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I and three kiddos (ages 13, 11, 7) and au pair stayed over Memorial Day weekend. It was our first time to SD. The house itself is fine . . . three bedrooms, two baths, and clean. I was not able to park the rental mini-van in the garage. Too tight. So kind of annoying having to search for parking all the time. Unlike every other VRBO I've done, there were no supplies in the kitchen - it was clear and empty. This isn't a home - it's a party house. The real issue is this is NOT a family area. Mission Beach on the ocean side is a total party scene with thousands upon thousands of young partygoers. While everyone was respectful and quiet after 9PM, it's just a dirty, grimy, party scene with drinking and loud music. So it's not fair to bash this house - it was fine - just the neighborhood it is in. All rentals. All young partygoers. At least for the 5 days we were there. If you're looking for classy, avoid Mission Beach.

Central Mission Beach

Convenient location just steps from beach walk, beach, Belmont Amusement Park, stores and restaurants. Beach house is spacious and comfortable with garage parking for one car. House is three levels so mobility is important. Street and park parking is close by for visitors. The immediate area can be quite busy and noisy throughout the day and evening. A ten pm noise ordinance is closely followed. The Beach house could use some maintenance as aged and missing cook ware, burned out light bulbs, damaged furniture and exterior doors with faulty locks detract from overall guest satisfaction. We recommend this rental if maintenance and security items noted are taken care of. Chuck and Marsha

The perfect getaway!

This has been by far the best spot we’ve stayed at yet!! Very clean home with all you need for your stay. Perfect location if you want to stay at the beach or go to San Diego popular touristy places such as zoo. The only part that was little disappointing is the limited parking, if you have more than one car you might need to find parking on the streets because even though this rental has a 2-car garage, the owner’s bikes are lined up and locked together inconveniently taking up half of the space that you wouldn’t fit another car there. Other than that, our trip was a success renting this home. Loved it. Would definitely rent and recommend this place again!

Perfect Location!

Rented beach house for a special occasion. Family loved the house. Few blocks from Belmont and steps to the beach. House came fully equipped and was very clean. Would definitely rent again.

Awesome house with a great location plus the property management team were very responsive. San diego has ran down hill but this property has been kept up good.

Great location steps to the beach. Only complaint is owners leave all their bikes there that you can’t use but takes up space that another car can be parked. (Wish we could’ve used the bikes or they weren’t there). The place needs so deep cleaning and touch up work done but overall great stay

Relaxing week on the beach

We rented this place and it was all as described. Easy check in and hassle free. Very close to the water and also close to Belmont Park. I have high school age kids so it worked out perfectly. 3 bedrooms is a plus. We stay again

August Beach Vacation

Great beachfront property. The interior is huge with plenty of room for cooking, eating and ya gong out. Checking in with door/garage codes was a breeze. We had a great stay and I’d recommend this beach house to anyone.

Summer vacation

Comfortable clean house that has AC in every bedroom. Great location with everything you need around, ocean view from the balcony. Living room has lots of board games. Our Toyota Sienna fits in the garage perfectly. Will definitely come back

Perfect beach house!

This house was perfect for my family! It was close to beach and bay! Walking to dinner at Cannonball was great! Eating breakfast on the porch was convenient! Porch only has a cement Bench so we brought our on cozy chairs! Loved this house and location! Would stay again!❤️

Thanksgiving at Mission Beach

Other than the rain and wind on Thanksgiving, we had a wonderful time. We all enjoyed the house, it was very comfortable and our family had the best time!

Great location if you want to be close to beach and walking distance to market, food, bar etc.

Property is in a great location for accessing beach, boardwalk and entertainment. Conveniently located small market as well just in case you need something like paper towels etc. Just be ready for loud parties at night as that is part of the natural habitat.

Family function

Property was clean and tidy upon arrival, garage code was missing a number but a quick call to rental company resolved it quickly. Garage was good size, our Landcruiser fit fine. Liked the overall layout of the condo. Kids were all on the bottom floor with main living area and kitchen on the middle floor and master on the top level. Close to the beach and far enough away from Mission Blvd. to be quiet. Had a good stay at this rental.

House on Isthmus Court

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, we love this area (Mission Beach and the bay area). The property was in a great location, about 4-5 houses from Mission Beach and the boardwalk. The property is older and needs some maintenance. The carpets were filthy and inside needs to be painted. It was somewhat clean when we arrived. This property is a good property but does need to be updated and renovated, in my opinion. We had a good time and tried to not let these issues interfere with our vacation. Also, we were gone a lot. The area is safe along the court. We were there over a holiday week. The issues that we experienced were: No washcloths at all. No bikes and chairs to use. Light bulbs out in many areas - 5-6 areas. Blind in the master had many slats missing. So, when closing, light shows through. Not good for night sleeping. Mold in the master shower. No Kuerig coffee machine. Highly recommend buying one. Bedding was thin and used. Not the comfiest. Mattress on bunk bed was thin (for an adult to sleep on). Garage code did not work at all. The main side door had issues with the keypad lock the whole week. We had problems with it daily. We emailed the prop mgmt co on Tues. and did not get a call or email back while we were there. I emailed again and called after I was home. We did get our security/cleaning deposit back and 1 nights refund. After fixing the above, I would stay again. However, not until then. We experienced the beach, the bay, the Boardwalk and rode scooters 3 times We went to the Draft Restaurant, Crystal Pier, Konos Restaurant & Coffee, Olive Cafe, Olive Bakery, Woody's Burgers, shops along the beach and boardwalk. We used the services at the Mission Bay Sportscenter at Santa Clara Point. Also, we went to Seaport Village, The Fish Market Rest, took a cruise (wonderful). Also, we went to Balboa Park for the day and went to 3

Two bedrooms on bottom floor was nice; provided parents some privacy on 3rd floor. Overall the property is what I expected. A tinge of smell which can be expected with moisture and being so close to the beach; recommend removing carpet with next upgrade. A few blinds missing on window coverings which tamper with privacy just a bit. I would surely stay here again! Can't beat the location!
