It was ok. Getting the codes to the room would help.

Comfy bed, plentiful towels, nice shower (hot and good shower pressure).view was nice, but not worth the mark up in price. Just don’t like being g locked out of a room I paid quite a lot to stay in.

Great Family Vacation

My family and I had a fantastic stay. The bunk beds and a pull out sofa make it perfect for our family of five. The location is excellent. We are close to town, just a few steps to the lake and there is also a shared pool/hot tub you have access to. I highly recommend stayed here! Thank you for such a great experience.

Great Place!

This is one of the best places to stay in the Chelan area in the winter. Unit is well stocked, pool is warm youll have the building pretty much all to yourself!

Great Condo close to Everything!

The location of the condo was great and close to so many things (downtown, wineries, coffee shops etc.) Check in process was a little clunky to start out the trip but overall we enjoyed our stay

Quiet and comfortable

Loved the large windows, the pool, and the full kitchen! The bed was very comfortable. Definitely could have been cleaner, but nothing terrible in that area.

Rent some where else

The condition of this condo unfortunately fell significantly below the standards we expected and typically associate with Vacasa rentals. Our arrival was marred by several issues impacting cleanliness and overall livability. The condo was demonstrably unclean. Specifically, we found significant dirt and crumbs on the floors, stained and soiled bed linens in the master bedroom (containing food particles and hair), a broken living room blind creating insufficient lighting, and hair in the bathroom. Furthermore, we discovered dead insects on the windowsills and a considerable accumulation of dust throughout, particularly in the master bedroom and on the bed frame. The lack of adequate storage space also proved problematic. Only one closet was available for our use, and it was largely unusable due to two large storage bins occupying most of the space. This severely hampered our ability to unpack and comfortably settle into the property. These issues collectively created a deeply unsatisfactory start to our vacation and significantly detracted from our overall experience. This is especially disappointing given our positive past experiences with Vacasa properties. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the prompt and professional assistance we received from Stephanie at Vacasa. Her immediate and effective response to our concerns helped to mitigate the negative impact of the property's condition. Her dedication to customer service is truly commendable. However, to ensure future guests have a more positive experience, I feel it's important to bring these maintenance and cleanliness concerns to your attention. Addressing the numerous issues we encountered requires significant improvements to the property, and I would strongly urge the owner to invest in thorough cleaning, repairs, and potentially a reassessment of the property's suitability for vacation rentals. Thanks to the assistance of Vacasa staff, we were thankfully relocated to a different, impeccably maintained property. This positive experience underscores the high standards Vacasa can maintain, making the contrast with this particular condo even more stark. Therefore, while I cannot recommend this particular condo, I would readily recommend other Vacasa properties.

Location location

Nice property steps from beautiful park, lake with small beaches and playground. There is an indoor swimming pool which we had to ourselves daily. The condo itself has everything we need. It was clean on arrival and the partial lake view was beautiful. The management company had sent details instructions for checking in so the process was easy. If we had to nitpick, the mattress on the bunk beds were lumpy. Also, if you happen to arrive on a busy weekend like we did (Memorial Day), it can get rowdy and we could hear a lot of noise from outside the condo. Once the crowd left, it was quite peaceful.

Weekend trip.

We had a weekend trip and chose this room for four adults. When we arrived the room was not what I would consider “clean” for the amount of cleaning fee I was charged. The floors were not swept/vacuumed from what I could tell, the kitchen towels were either not washed or stained with something and I’m unsure when the last time anything was dusted. There were markings on the walls, large gapes in the flooring, the furniture had chunks missing from the wood and the pull out couch was broken and not functional. It was very disappointing for the amount of money spent and I would not book at this condo ever again for these reasons. I gave two stars because the beds were at least comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked.

Elevator was broken most of the weekend. Half the cups leaked. Toaster didn't work. Dryer didn't work and unit was short on bath towels. Windows and patio door extremely difficult to open/close. They did send someone to address some of the issues about a day after first reported and they were unable to make any repairs. On top of that, was double charged for booking fees (not the nightly fee) and that still hasn't been resolved.

Cute but could be better/cleaner

The room could have been cleaner. We found a coffee cup that still had coffee in it left in the room, a charger that was left in the room, which made us feel like the room was not thoroughly cleaned. Bedsheet on the pull-out couch had a brown stain on it. When we arrived someone was parked in our parking spot, which made us worry that the last tenant hadn't left yet, given the things/dirty sheets we found in the room. Also, we need to mention that the gate gave us so much trouble and took awhile for the gate code to work again, and be able to find someone to confirm the gate code. Multiple residents coming in at the same time we did were also having trouble with it and we had to wait outside for a bit. In the middle of the night one of the alarm/CO2 detector monitor ran out of battery and alarmed in the middle of the night and woke us all up. On top of that the bunk beds creaked so loud. It was a lovely set up, just wished it was a cleaner and more restful experience. For how much we paid for this we expected it to be cleaned thoroughly.

Three nights in Chelan

We have been going to Lake Chelan for 47 years, seen lots of changes. We have stayed at Chelan resort suites on and off for 20 years. This room was well appointed with nice decorations. The queen bed we felt was very comfortable, the sofa in the living room also comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, we feel the most stocked kitchen we have ever had in a condo unit! It has a nice view of the lake over roof tops. The floors have not mopped recently they were dirty, the louver doors had a collection of dust particles along with the return air grate on the heating and cooling system indicating no deep cleaning lately. We contacted Vacasa they said they would send someone over to take care of the issues, they did not! In general we caught great weather in Chelan, that is what we were going for, and we had a great time.

I had messaged the property and never got a response. The check-in process was okay but not very specific on how to get into the property. The pictures made it seem nicer than it was. There was no welcome packet with information for us for checkin/checkout procedures, I actually had to ask other guests what was required of us to not get charged. No iron like the listing said. The TV was hard to work, multiple remotes, Roku remote but no connection to tv. It was fine overall but I have stayed at much nicer places for WAY less money. I can tell they didn’t take time to really clean but did some things to make it tolerable.

Everything we were looking for

We loved this condo. The kitchen is well equipped. It was very clean. We loved the views through the floor to ceiling windows. The location was great- just a short walk through the property to the park and beach area.

This is a nice one bedroom condo. Location was great. and served a couple very well. TV was difficult to figure out as no instructions were left and both tv's were using different inputs. Would be nice to have an information sheet regarding the tv's. We would stay again. Four star only because the pans and cooking utensils were worn and cooking difficult as eggs etc. all went to outside of the pans.

Fun in the Sun

Condo is upto date, clean and modern, Bedroom and Balcony overlook the main road into Chelan, so fairly noisy. Nice beach and park within easy walking distance.

So-So, Probably Wouldn’t Stay Again

This unit was probably best for a couple, not a family with kids. There was no deadbolt for the front door so the kids could open the door at any time. Also the bunk beds were right next to the front door so it seemed unsafe to have to kids stay in there. The floor was FILTHY. My kids had a bath as soon as we checked into the unit and within an hour the bottoms of their feet were black from running around the apartment. The light outside the unit was burned out and the unit was tucked back in a dark corner so seeing the key pad was a challenge. The view was nice, the proximity to the lake and park was great, the unit seemed nicely furnished and overall comfortable although not great for a family with kids.
