Tässä kauniissa kodissa on kaikki! 3 makuuhuoneessa voi nukkua 7-8 mukavasti yhdistetyn king-vuoteen, queen-vuode, yhden hengen sohva ja täysin / yhden kerrossänky-yksikön kanssa.

Vain yhden mailin päässä historiallisesta keskustasta ja lyhyen 3 korttelin kävelymatkan päässä Fisherman's Villagesta, saarilla ei ole parempaa sijaintia! Olet lähellä kaikkea, ja silti hiljainen umpikujamme tuntuu täysin yksityiseltä. Punta Gorda Trails -pyörä- ja kävelyreitti on vain yhden korttelin päässä, ja kävelyetäisyydellä on useita puistoja. Punta Gordan kirjasto on vain 0,5 mailin päässä, kun taas Publix ja CVS ovat vain 1. 3 mailin päässä. Nauti yksityisestä laituristasi ja kalasta päiväsi jälkeen, ota kanoottiretki tai tuo omalla veneelläsi ja vie retki Boca Grandeen - erinomaisella paikallamme olet satamassa vain viidessä minuutissa.

Kaunis uima-allas ja Lanai-hotellissa on räätälöity ulkobaari ja sisäänrakennettu grilli. Sen avulla voit rentoutua ja katsella auringonlaskua toivotun länteen päin olevan Lanai-hotellin kanssa. Täysin uusittu keittiö, jossa on graniittia ja ruostumattomia ruokia, antaa sinun valmistaa omia ateriasi ylellisyydessä. Jokaisessa kolmessa suuressa makuuhuoneessa on korkealaatuiset patjat, joissa on ylelliset 400 säikeiden arkkia.

Avoimessa olohuoneessa on taulutelevisio sekä DVD-projektori, joka tarjoaa elokuvateatterikokemuksen kodin mukavuudesta. Siellä on myös hyvin varusteltu kirjasto, jossa on suuri valikoima kirjoja - kaikkea "chick lit" - klassisesta kirjallisuudesta, samoin kuin paljon lastenkirjoja. Kirjastossa on myös täysi valikoima lauta- ja korttipelejä sekä lapsille että aikuisille.

Mutta se ei ole kaikki! Mukavassa perheystävällisessä kodissamme on myös räätälöity 2-kerroksinen "salainen klubitalo", jota kaiken ikäiset lapset rakastavat! Koirat ovat tervetulleita takuumaksulla, jota ei palauteta. Tässä kodissa on kaikki ja se saa sinut muuttamaan Lounais-Floridaen!

Another great stay

Once again Chuck was a great host. His house is perfect for hosting family and friends. The grandkids loved the pool. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of paths for dog walking and playground for kids.

The property is exactly as advertised, good location relative to Fisherman's Village. The Kitchen is well stocked, the house was clean and the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Outstanding home, host, and location

This was the best experience in our many years of booking vacation homes. Chuck was a great host. He welcomed us upon arrival and gave a great overview of the home and location. His home was outstanding as advertised. It has comfortable beds and great layout. Grandkids especially enjoyed the pool. Location offers plenty of options within walking distance to Fisherman’s Village and downtown. Already looking forward to next year.

Desirable location & comfortable home

We spent three weeks here exploring the area. We were pleasantly pleased with our findings. The location was within walking distance to the dog park. The trails around that area were all great for walking and biking. There was an abundance of boating opportunities from the dock. We enjoyed the proximity to Fishermen’s Village and the many dining options. Chuck was very friendly and a great host. We would definitely rent this property again in the future.

Great location in Punta Gorda

Chuck responded to my initial inquiry extremely fast and answered all my questions. We knew right away with his communication his place was going to be a great fit. The western facing pool was hit by the sun most of the daytime during our stay and was where we spent most of our time at the house. Very relaxing and the pool was very easy to operate. When not at the house fisherman’s village was a short walk or drive away. Great location in PG for us get around. We were all extremely happy and would book again

Clean, great location and amenities

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. It was incredibly clean and had an amazing location close to everything in Punta Gorda. We could walk/bike to nearly everything or hop in the car for a quick drive to nearby attractions like the Peace River Wildlife Center or the many nearby restaurants. The listing information is completely accurate and the house itself was wonderful. The pool/outdoor area was a favorite of our family’s. We enjoyed being able to heat the pool, eat meals poolside, look out over the waterways and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The house was ready for us and had more than what we needed to be completely comfortable during our stay. The kitchen is completely stocked with appliances/supplies, and a Publix grocery store is very close by. Our family loved the reading library and the many games. The wifi was great and the Smart TV was well equipped. Beds were comfortable and everything was neat, tidy and organized. The neighborhood is also wonderful with friendly neighbors and a cul-de-sac at the end of the street, so there is little to no traffic. Truly a great stay with wonderful, friendly owners who go out of their way to make sure you’re happy with your visit. We were sad to leave and already want to plan another trip back. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home.

The house was amazing! We all truly felt at home, the house had everything we needed! Chuck was great and so helpful! Fisherman’s village was such a short walk that we were able to go there several days of our stay. Wonderful Property and Location!

Where to begin? This property exceeded our expeditions in every way. We’ve been visiting Punta Gorda for 10 years now, and have not had a cleaner or stress free stay as we did at Chuck's property. Chuck himself, is a very attentive and personable guy who gives you the freedom to make you feel just at home. The property itself had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, that was the first thing we acknowledged, which is very high up on our priority list. The furnishings and amenities within in the property were all in working order and clean. The master bed was very soft, however, it was insanely comfortable. The pool area was excellent and having control of the heating of the pool and hot tub was a game changer for us, particularly with our young daughter who could enjoy the pool all day long. I could go on forever talking about how great Chuck and his property is, however, I shan’t go on for too long, as all I can say is, look no further and enjoy your vacation here! SB, England

Amazing. Had everything you could ask for, and more.

We loved the house, pool, location, the library, everything about it. The house was beautifully decorated, functional, clean and comfortable; the neighborhood quiet. The master bedroom bed is very soft. Very close to Fishermans Village and the Harbor Walk. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Would book again.

Amazing location and amenities!

What a lovely house in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to Fisherman’s Village, the harbor walk, and downtown Punta Gorda! Chuck, our host, was extremely friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very well equipped, the pool and spa were lovely (and well used), and even our bed was quite comfortable (we are pretty picky about mattresses but this one didn’t disappoint). Overall an outstanding experience; we will definitely rent here again if our travels bring us back to town! Thank you, Chuck!

Family Vacation

Great home!

Fantastic time at Chuck's home. It was everything advertised and more. We loved the Punta Gorda area. There is a wonderful pickleball facility not far from the house (Pickleplex). The pool and hot tub were so nice and we usd them everyday.

My family and I had a great experience staying here on our vacation. The home was clean, comfortable and had more amenities than we needed. Everything we hoped and more

Went to beautiful Florida for a much needed rest. Chuck met us there to go over everything with us including places to eat we might enjoy~ Immaculate and well stocked with cooking utensils and with a variety of appliances for cooking. We could tell great thought and effort was put into this beautiful home for comfort and relaxation. The pool and hot tub became our “spot” for most of the vacation. Chuck was attentive to any questions or needs. We are already planning a return trip in 2022.
