Kaunis 2 makuuhuoneen 2 kylpy huoneisto. Sijaitsee aivan keskustassa, lähellä ostosmahdollisuuksia ja ravintoloita. Huoneistossa on oma venevetolaite ja se sijaitsee rauhallisella laella. Erinomainen viikonloppumatkoihin tai viikon rentoutumiseen. Suuri kannella / patio, jossa grilli. Kaksi katettua pysäköintialuetta, kaapelitelevisio ja upeat näkymät auringonlaskuun. Kaikki yhdellä tasolla. Makuuhuoneessa on kiinnitetty kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on 2 queen-size-vuodetta ja täysikokoinen kylpyhuone. Olohuoneen sohva on myös piilopaikka. Paljon muita hienoja ominaisuuksia.

Amazing lakeside condo!

Great weekend stay, condo was clean and ready for check-in and excellent communication with host! Inside—so spacious and well decorated! Our group of 6 had plenty of room, slept well and very much enjoyed peaceful evenings outside on the lakeside patio. So tranquil, and loved the visits from the geese family. Host was so great, we will be back when in the area.

Beautiful views, restful deck

We really enjoyed our stay here. Sitting out on the deck was so very peaceful as we listened to the geese and watched the ducks and turtles. Everything was well stocked and so comfortable. The property was very accommodating to our son in his wheelchair. Thank you for this delightful and restful getaway!

Beautiful view of lake. Because of unusually cold weather we couldn't enjoy the lake, but this was warm and comfortable after a day of sightseeing.

Thanksgiving by the water

The master bed is so comfortable! We sunk into luxury every night! Listening to the Canada snow geese in the morning and watching the sunrise was wonderful!

Weekend Lake Getaway

Space, amenities great. Had trouble with code given. Wasn’t set until I called owner. Master bathroom was not clean, but had cleaner there. Overall great experience.

A Quick Three Night Get-A-Way

My wife and I stayed here for three nights. We came to Hot Springs to celebrate our anniversary. We had a great time, ... the place is larger than we expected, ... the deck is huge and offers a fantastic view of the lake, ... and we really enjoyed our time here.

Labor Day on Lake Hamilton

This condo was perfect for our family Labor Day weekend get-away. It is beautifully furnished and decorated and has a spacious and well stocked kitchen. The added bonus…it is pet friendly, so our Goldendoddle was able to be with us, as well. We would definitely rent again!

Harper Family Vacation

Our family came to Hot Springs for a quick four-day vacation. We did all of the family attractions in downtown Hot Springs, but it was the most rewarding experience to come back to this lake house after our busy days. It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect end of every day. The big deck was perfect for our family breakfasts and dinners. Our kids loved feeding the geese and fishing off the dock. We even swam a couple times off the dock, however, it was a bit shallow and kind of mossy. Our kids didn’t mind at all, though! LOL. The lake house was perfectly clean and well equipped with everything we needed to cook all of our family meals. I absolutely loved our trip and this house! We look forward to returning very soon!

Loving the Lake!

This was an excellent experience! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped. The check-in process was easier than anywhere I’ve ever stayed. Check-out was easy too. The driveways are SUPER steep so if you travel in winter, snow or ice would trap you in, which might be really enjoyable. Lol. We had a herd of elephants above us so the room where my teenage boys stayed was a bit loud. But all in all, I’d stay here again. It was wonderful!

Great location and amenities

I booked this condo because I needed a pet-friendly, two bedroom, 2 bath place for myself and a friend. We came to Hot Springs to be in the path of totality of the April 8, 2024 eclipse of the sun. Thankfully the weather cooperated and it was spectacular! The condo was fully equipped for our 5-night stay. Our deck looked over the water with a gate to the stairs leading to the dock. I’m not a boater but this place has its own slip. You can also walk from the back of the condo to either a concrete walkway or wood stairs. The walkway was great because my dog is a senior and it was much easier for her. The environment was very tranquil. The lake geese visited us daily. Harp’s grocery store is very close, making trips for supplies a breeze. It’s about a 10-minute drive to downtown Hot Springs for the tourist area. The one caveat I have is the concrete driveway on the left leading from the street to the condo below…it was STEEP. I’m not used to hills so this was especially startling when I first arrived at night after a 9-hour drive. There are two drives; I recommend the asphalt one on the right…it has a less dramatic slope. Other than that, the only issue was the first time we tried to enter our lock code, it wouldn’t work. I called the owner and she reprogrammed it right away. So be sure you have her phone number. I highly recommend you book this condo. It has plenty of room. It was more than enough for two. I would think even six people would be comfortable.

Very smooth process the property was spacious and clean, master bedroom and kitchen/dining area gets👍🏾👍🏾. It had everything we needed my family really enjoyed the home away from home feel.We all love the view to bad the water was down.I would definitely stay there again!

Great Owner, Shallow slip

The slip is very shallow even during full lake levels. Our wakeboard boat caught on its propeller trying to dock. As long as you come in straight and do not pull all the way in, you should be ok. Do not try to come up to the dock at all, just the slip. The owner offered a different slip a couple of miles down the road but what’s the point if you have to shuttle people back and forth. The reserved parking could not accommodate our long trailer but the owner arranged for us to park beside the condo. A one ton truck might fit in the parking but I wasn’t going to try. The master bedroom outside door did not work but it wasn’t a big issue. Our code did not work when checking in but the owner answered the phone within 5 minutes of us calling and was able to get the right code to us. The couch was absolutely terrible. The cushions would not stay put. We brought an air mattress so it wasn’t that big of a deal. The owner said she will have the slip dug out this winter. Lake Hamilton does not mark its low spots so pull up google maps so you don’t run aground in your boat. Loved the cow and goat rug. Loved the first floor easy access to our boat. Thank goodness our expensive wakeboard boat didn’t sustain damage. Thank goodness for a good accommodating owner. Great location. My kids cleaned up the trash floating in front of the condo but that’s everywhere on Lake Hamilton. I hope they clean up the floating debri in the water this winter. Plenty of pots and pans. Overall a great stay as long as you don’t expect perfection.
