We enjoyed the house. It was in a safe, quiet neighborhood that was in a convenient location. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The bonus room had a tv and dart board that I used. Also, a ping pong table, which wasn't used. We wish we could have stayed another week. It was our first VRBO stay, but will not be our last.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Kelly and Tom’s vacation home. The location was great for our purposes and the kids loved the pool and games room. Jessica was amazing - she helped ensure everything was smooth and we were settled in.

Great House

We enjoyed our stay in Palm Springs. The house was very nice, and we appreciated the pool and hot tub after a day of hiking. We also had fun in the game room with ping pong, space invaders and darts.

Easy and livable

Deja View is a very homey and comfortable place to stay! We loved relaxing outside and being able to find sunshine in the yard all through the day. The game room was great for an evening movie. The kitchen is stocked with absolutely everything you may need to cook up a quick meal. A quick drive to a variety of grocery stores and other shopping. The backyard always felt like a private oasis. Thanks for opening your property to us!

DejaView is a great rental with everything needed to make yourself at home...comfy bedding, well-stocked kitchen, open living space. The backyard and pool/hot tub complete the experience! We had such an enjoyable week here, and would stay again.

Great location!

Close to the airport and to downtown Palm Springs. Nice clean house. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool; garage is full of fun games too. Jessica, the property manager, was awesome to work with. Would definitely suggest it to others.

Absolutely perfect weekend getaway!

The house is awesome, enough space to relax, cook, and play games in the converted garage
but that backyard was PERFECTION!!!! Enough seating, shade, pool toys, and towels for our entire group of 6 adults and one teenager (who loved the futon in the game room!) Thanks for everything! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great Place to Recuperate

The property was very well prepared. Everything worked well. Ron was able to get the rest required for his recent surgery. We found the location to be convenient to everything. The neighborhood was quiet and the planes flew by infrequently.

Perfect home for our first visit to Palm Springs for a special family wedding. The beautiful, extensive outdoor living space was our favorite feature of this beautiful home. The view of the surrounding mountains was stunning. Location ideal for all activities in downtown Palm Springs. We would love to visit PS again and would love to stay here again! :)

Lovely home in a great location!

We loved our stay in this clean, modern one-level home. The décor is beautiful and the layout makes it feel very spacious. The backyard is gorgeous, with its pool, hot tub and firepit, as well as the outdoor dining area. We liked the location of this house, as it was on the Palm Springs end of the desert, so closer to LA, the Outlets, and Joshua Tree National Park, where we spent a lot of our time. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and the house had pretty much everything we needed. We loved our week here and would definitely stay again!

A Week to Remember - March 18 - 25, 2021

After not seeing my son and wife in over a year due to Covid, this vacation home (with an Oasis of a backyard as described by my son) was the perfect getaway. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed this little piece of paradise! Kelly and Tom were very responsive during our pre-vacation stay and set us up with Jesus to take care of us when we arrived. A virtual check-in made things so easy and safe and the property did not disappoint. We will definitely be back to make more memories! Deb, Lydia and Jay

Great stay!

Each year after Christmas my family comes to Palm Springs for a week. We generally stay at different properties each year. This place was a wonderful place to stay. The house was well kept, clean, organized and decorated nicely. All the furniture was in good condition. In the kitchen, everything was clean and all the appliances worked. The pool was heated properly, so we were able to do lots of swimming and the hot tub worked whenever we turned it on. Our vacations are so much more pleasurable when everything at the property we are renting works and is maintained properly. The only minor problem was a glitch with the television, but that eventually corrected itself. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Palm Springs.

Fun in the Sun

The main area of the home is beautifully decorated (updated and modern). Fans in each room which was so nice! The 2 additional bedrooms/2nd bathroom are quite small and the linens (sheets/towels) are a bit tired. Primary bedroom and bathroom are lovely and updated. There is very little storage for any non-fridge items (food, snacks) as all shelves are taken up by the owners snacks and dishes, etc. The property grounds were not completely clean (pillows blown around, dust covering everything) due to the significant wind that we experienced daily, leaving the pool filled with leaves no matter how many times a day we tried to clean it. It is a comfortable place for a weekend away. The manager Jessica was absolutely delightful!

Comfortable with Amenities

This is a great home with several amenities. Clear instructions for check in and using things throughout the home. Close to grocery store. If you haven't stayed in Palm Springs using a VRBO before beware. There is a no noise ordinance for rental properties that clients needs to sign. While this isn't mandated by the homeowner, it did make us feel like we couldn't utilize the outdoor space to its full potential. If you are looking to spend a lot of time in the pool or enjoying the outdoor fire this is something to take into consideration. You cannot have any music etc playing at all no exceptions outside. Other than this city ordinance it is a great rental property.

Not as expected

They say don't judge a property by the pictures or the rating. The photos must have been taken many, many years ago. The poor flamingos in the front yard are now faded and rusty. The sofa is very low and worn, the carpet in all the bedrooms are wavy and stained in the master bedroom. The sheets in the master bedroom was riddled with holes. (I did call Jessica, she was very apologetic and offered to send someone over or there was extra sheets in the closet which we could change ourselves). The small kitchen was well stocked. I was somewhat prepared for the planes but not at 6:00am. Not sure why the owners had pictures of themselves around the house, that's a first for me. The backyard was just as pictured (beautiful) but not much else.

Awesome family vacation home

We made so many great memories here! This was our first family vacation since the pandemic and we couldn't have picked a better location to escape for a week! Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable (thanks to my kids, I got to test them all). Our kids are 6 and 8 and lived in the pool & hot tub and we spent a ton of time hanging in the yard. We took full advantage of all the of amenities including swimming and relaxing on provided pool floats, laying poolside with a mountain view, eating outdoors on the patio, evening spa/hot tub, propane firepit under string lighting and starry nights, grilled steaks and family-fun games of bags and ping pong. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to chef up meals (although, we couldn't find a pizza cutter or pan?). We had instacart deliver groceries from Albertsons to the house upon arrival which worked out great! It's a quiet neighborhood and close proximity to downtown (10 min). We loved exploring all of the local attractions including the Living Desert Zoo, Boomers mini-golf, downtown (we ate at Bongo Johny's and Fishermans Market), a quick roadside stop and pic at the Cabazon Dinosaurs, a hike up the South Lykken Trailhead overlooking town (the Tahquitz Canyon Loop / waterfall was at capacity when we arrived, but this trailhead is right there, was not busy and offered beautiful panoramic views which was a bonus because we also missed the boat on scoring tickets to the Aerial Tram). Our big outing was to Joshua Tree National Park which was about a 45 minute drive and totally worth it. This national park exceeded my expectations and is great for smaller children because there are tons of rocks to climb, the hikes are short, the landscape is diverse and there are opportunities to spot critters like lizards! We had some issues with the pool/spa heating, but the property manager Jesus was on top of it and quickly helped us troubleshoot and resolve with only a brief disruption. The owners had an electrician scheduled upon our departure to resolve. All in all, we really loved Palm Springs and our kids said it was the best vacation [yet]!
