Kodin mukavuudet ovat sinun nauttia tässä hyvin varustetussa 2 bdr / 2 1/2 ba rantahotellissa. Vain 40 askeleen päässä asunnosta, olet hiekalla ja 400 metrin päässä yhdestä 7 Mile Beachin parhaista osista. (Kun yritys valitsi rannan Tom Cruisesin rannalle, se oli monimutkaisemme edessä. Ja kun Sports Illustrated tuli Grand Caymaniin, he ampuivat rannallamme. Ei ole ranta ruohoa, ei lohkareita tai rauta rantaa liikkumiseen ..... vain kaunis valkoinen hiekka. ! Vain 45 asunnon kanssa jakaa tämä koskematon 400 metrin päässä rannasta, joten nautit harvinaisesta ylellisyydestä, joka on matalatiheysinen vieras ranta-alueelle. Paljon varjoa, lepotuoleja ja henkilökohtaista rantatilaa! Huoneistossamme on 2 erittäin tilavaa makuuhuonetta holvikattoineen, 2 kylpyhuonetta, 1 puoli kylpyamme, olohuone ruokailutilalla, erittäin hyvin varusteltu keittiö, kaapeli-TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix ja HBO. Tontit ovat kauniisti hoidettu upea lämmitetty uima-allas ja söpö uima-allas Cabana kanssa pingispöytä, lainauskirjasto ja kaupallinen jääkone. Sijainti on upea. 15 minuutin rantamatkan päässä The Ritzistä, Westinistä ja upouudesta Kimpton Seafire Resortista; kaikissa on paljon ruokailutila. Vain pohjoiseen on hauska rantabaari, Calico Jacks, jossa on saaren parhaat Pina Coladas ja Mud Slides. Voit myös kävellä useisiin ruokailupaikkoihin. Ole hyvä ja nauti condo kuin saari kotona poissa kotoa. Ennen saapumistasi huoneistoomme, lähetän saarelle tarkoitetun laukun, jossa on paljon Cayman-tietoja, jotka on työnnetty sisäpuolelle .. joka varmasti herättää jännitystä tulevasta lomasta. Perfect spot!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The owners sent us a kit to help prepare us for our stay. Everyone was so easy to communicate with and very helpful. The place has a gorgeous view of the beach as well as the well manicured grounds. It is not too crowded but there were several families throughout our stay that the kids played with. The location is easy to get to and close to all the things we wanted to do. Definitely would stay again!

Very nice beachfront condo

The place is nice and well equipped. The beach is great and there are private beach chairs and umbrellas. Great place to stay when visiting Grand Caymon.

Mother Daughter Girls Trip

2 moms getting away with their 13 year old daughters for Spring Break. The condo feels like a home! Location is great. Enjoyed being able to walk right out to the beach. Owners very responsive! My daughter so loved the primary room, she wants to redecorate her room when we get home!

Great location and condo

If you are looking for a quiet place with the best beach, you have come to the right place! The condo is steps from the water and the beach is uncrowded. The owners were a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. The condo is fully stoked and well appointed. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Spacious unit, well appointed with essentials. View and location were amazing! Pool was great and warm. If you like close to action, but private and not crazy busy like the large hotels- this is a great choice!

Great Condo & Great Location

This condo was an amazing stay for our family. The location and accommodations were fantastic. Owners sent us a packet of information and goodies to improve our stay. Beach was amazing and pool was awesome. I would recommend new cookware, the Teflon pans were a bit iffy. Otherwise everything else was perfect, and we had everything we needed.

Just amazing

This gem of a place was well situated on the west bay. It is clean and actually larger than the pictures. Jon and Carol are excellent hosts and even sent us a package of tips and tricks of the trade only a local could know. We loved our time In the caymans and this lovely condo was a big reason why — steps to a heated pool and a white sand beach! With little kids, this was essential!

Best Spot On The Island!

Everything about our stay was five stars. The condo was immaculate, stocked with every comfort of home and then some, the location perfect, close to everything but still felt like a private paradise. We are already planning a trip back and no question this will be where we stay. Thank you Jon and Carol for all the extra touches, like mailing a welcome packet several weeks before our trip, your excellent recommendations for things to do on the island and closet full of beach gear. Our trip was nothing short of magical.

There is only one place to stay in the Caymans...

...and it's here. My wife and I with our 3 1/2-year-old and seven month old kids stayed here for a week. We had plans to drive all over the island and see all the sights, but we ended up staying here on 7 mile beach and this condo pretty much the whole time. There really is no need to go anywhere because everything you need is right here. The most pristine beach you've ever seen is steps away, and when or if you get tired of that, there is a pool right behind you. If you get tired of that, there is a Cayman sea turtle center 5 mins up the road, restaurants up and down the beach, and shopping five and 10 minutes away in Camana Bay and Georgetown. There really isn't enough to say about the place other than it's perfect and we're gonna be back next year.

True Paradise

This condo is very clean and tastefully decorated. Our children loved to admire all of the carefully chosen decorations in the bedrooms. The kitchen had plenty of glasses, plates, and other items to cook with during our stay. We loved the location on this beautiful part of 7 mile beach. Our time at the beach in front of the condo was always quiet and never too crowded. It was a very short distance from the condo to the sand which makes the walk a lot easier with small children. There were even some sand and pool toys for our children to borrow during our stay. The pool area is also very clean and the grounds are well maintained. We really appreciated the owners sending us a packet of information about the island before our arrival. They took the time to give suggestions about restaurants, activities and sites to visit. They even contacted us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend Harbour Heights and especially this condo!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Stayed here with my husband and 2 boys (ages 14 and 11). This property was perfect for us - plenty of room for us to spread out. Nicely decorated and very clean. Exactly as pictured! Beds were very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and the ac worked well. Kitchen had everything we needed (plastic cups for the beach/pool, blender, etc). There was even a cooler available to use! Jon and Carol were super helpful with suggestions of places to eat and things to do. We loved the welcome pack then sent us prior to our arrival! We did the stingray tour and the kayak tour of Bio Bay (really amazing). We found the beach to be absolutely beautiful. It was amazing to see so many fish and we even saw a turtle one day. Most of the time we had the beach to ourselves, but it did get a little busy with the public beach next door when the cruise ships came in for the mornings. (Harbour Heights has their own private seating, so it didn't affect us too much). Grocery store (Fosters) was conveniently located nearby - we pre-ordered stuff for breakfast and snacks prior to arrival and then picked up on our way in from the airport. Really liked the food truck (Murph's kitchen) next door too. Would call to order than walk over to get and bring back. Very convenient for lunch and food was great. All in all we had a wonderful time and highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to return in the future!

Just Lovely!

We had the most wonderful time in the Cayman Islands!!!! Your place was exceptional. Everything we needed, we had. The beach was beautiful and the privacy we had was just phenomenal. I think there were just a couple of other families that we met and friended while there. You definitely get spoiled not having to share the beach with hundreds of other vacationers. We were reminded of this every time we took our walks down the beach and saw just how many people stayed at the "big resorts". Why would anyone want to do that when you can have Harbour Heights!!! We did use the kitchen often but definitely tried to consume as much local foods as well. Kaibo barefoot beach bar b cue was a fun experience. We decided to take the cayman ferries across to dinner. We all enjoyed the boat ride. The food was good and our kiddos enjoyed the band during dinner. We also enjoyed lunch at Macabuca oceanfront tiki bar that was just a short drive away. One of our favorite dinners was take out from Chicken Chicken! When we go back, this will be dinner for us again! Absolutely delish! AND, I can not forget the best drink I had down the beach while eating at Coccoloba (restaurant at SeaFire Kimpton Hotel)....the Coccoslide. Must try;) The food here was very good as well. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. From the front office staff to the kind security guard on the property, everyone was just as pleasant as could be. And did I mention how clean your condo was!!!! We look forward to returning soon!!!!! -a family of four from Colorado

A Perfect Stay in Paradise

Let me first start off by saying that I am pretty well traveling throughout the Caribbean. I generally do not stay at all inclusive resorts and stay clear of overly crowed hotels. Therefore, I did have high expectations with my first trip to Grand Cayman. After many hours spent researching the internet, I made the correct decision of booking Jon and Carol's condo, room #25. The condo was just perfect. Clean, organized, properly working AC, all home amenities that you could ask for. To me, there is something special about being on vacation, and NOT waiting for a hotel elevator to take you up to your floor. The grounds were very well kept. Very tropical with all the palm trees, lawn and flowers in perfect order. The place really was maintained nicely. The beach.....well lets just say nothing short of awesome. The blue water with the white sand, did not disappoint. Being a beach snob, I don't like swimming in seaweed, or having to maneuver around coral or rocks. The conditions were perfect. Not to mentioned, what a nice relief knowing that whenever you choose to hit the beach, a lounger awaits. NO need to get up at 6am, just to secure your chair with a towel or magazine. - Oh, did I mention the beach is private for the condo users only, patrolled by condo security. Again, very nice knowing you never had to fight for space, or the perfect spot. Spent a little time in the heated pool. Again, very clean, deep and well maintained. The pool house has a ping pong table for the guests to use. It was actually a big hit and provided a lot of fun when you just wanted a break from the sun. In summary, I have nothing negative to report back with. The restaurants were great too. Carol or a member of her team will provide recommendations on dining, etc. All were spot on. I look forward to returning again.

Great place!

We loved this condo! It’s the perfect location on the beach and lots of space on the beach so you’re not crowded in like the hotels. The public beach access is right next door, but the cruise ship people stay on the public beach side. My kids loved having a pool right by the beach and played ping pong in the pool house. We rented jet skis next door at the Kimtpon and ate at the Cocoloba there for lunch which was nice and easy! The condo is clean and all we needed! The only negatives were the matresses were all pretty squeaky and we did not shower in the master bathroom shower. There was no water pressure so we had to all use the other bathroom. All in all we had a lovely stay and would come back!

Excellent condo with great owners

We just completed our stay at Jon and Carol's condo and had a great time. The 2nd bedroom was perfect for 4 teenagers and everything else in the condo is exactly as described. This is also a great location on 7 mile beach that has not been affected by erosion as some other areas south. We would 100% recommend this unit if you are having a difficult time deciding.

Grand Cayman and our complex has so much to offer! One of the best deep sand beach location on 7 mile beach with no boulders , iron shore or beach erosion Just a beautiful sand entrance to the water!
