Umpqua 3 on upea yhden tason koti, jossa avoin pohjaratkaisu on helppo viihdyttää kotona ja 10 rajoittamatonta SHARC-kulkua Sunriverin aikuisille täynnä aurinkoisia päiviä! Tämä moderni, päivitetty, neljän makuuhuoneen, Sunriver Lomakoti on kaksi kauniisti nimetty King Master Suites jokaisella on oma kylpyhuone, Queen makuuhuone ja kerrossänky huone joukko log täysikokoinen kerrossänky, joka olisi täydellinen useita perheitä. Kerrossängyssä on oma taulutelevisio, joka on varustettu videopeleillä, VHS: llä ja DVD: llä. Vuodepaikkoja on lisäksi kaksi vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Nuoremmille perheenjäsenille Umpqua 3 on varustettu syöttötuolilla, pinnasängyllä ja vauvanvaunullisella perävaunulla. Puhuessaan polkupyöristä Umpqua 3: llä on koko laivasto, jossa maantiepyörät, risteilijät ja lasten polkupyörät ovat valmiina Sunriverin 33 + mailin päällystetyille pyöräilyreiteille. This was the perfect place for our family to stay for a large family reunion. It was clean and stocked with everything we could have wanted. A huge selection of bicycles for every age, very child and pet friendly and a cook’s delight! We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home needs new cleaning crew.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was beautiful, and perfect for our needs. It was almost as far as you can get from the Village, but that’s no big deal to us. It’s a close walk to the river with walking trails. The deck had a good mix of sun and shade throughout the day. We took a wet paper towel to clean a spill on the kitchen floor and were amazed at how black the paper towel came up. Spot checking in other hard flooring areas we learned that this place needs a severe cleaning of the hard surfaces. Seems like an occasional Swiffer would do the trick. We realize his is not the home owner’s fault, but the issue should be addressed with the cleaning crew. Otherwise, loved the stay.

Just what we hoped for in a rental house,!

Umpqua 3 was just the right house for our multigenerational family visit. One story, plenty of room, a bbq that worked, hot tub, quiet cul d sac, ping pong table and lots of bikes. We would stay here again.

Great one level for family with seniors

We chose this house because our elderly in-laws were joining us. Having a one level with two masters was SO great. The only thing I'd suggest is adding a grab bar to one of the showers. The house is really well supplied with tons of dishes, bikes, and linens. I wish it were a little closer to the village/SHARC, but it just means you get to ride your bike longer. We will definitely come back.

Nice Family get away

Property was very nice, comfortable and clean. Quiet neighborhood. about 2 miles from Sunriver Marketplace center. Plenty of bikes for all sizes and ping pong table in garage. fully equipped kitchen. Really liked the deck with patio table and BBQ, but since it was rainy and chilly the gas fire place in the living room was where we tended to hang out.

Great house.

Loved the house, it was clean when we arrived. Nice variety of bikes. Lots of dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable and a lot of extra bedding in cabinets. Lots of hot tub towels but would have liked a few more bath towels. The lights in the hot tub did not seem to work correctly, they seemed like a strobe light so we had to leave them off which made the area dark but over all hot tub great. One lamp in front master bedroom didn’t work. Back deck was great. I would definitely stay at this house again. We had a great time. Thank you.

It is VERY quiet, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The kitchen is good, though you need to bring everything you need foodwise. It is well equipped with cooking equipment and utensils. This was a really well laid out house, and we would definitely come back here, even with a smaller group.

Reviewer Comments: We recently took a short weekend trip to Sunriver and stayed in Umpqua 3 - we LOVED this house! it was perfect for the 3 families that came all together and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better home. the location was perfect and all amenities were exactly what we could have asked for. we enjoyed the bikes, the SHARC passes and who wouldn't love the view from the back deck of the countless stars above. our vacation was TOO short and we WILL be back - and will definitely rent again through VRBO!

Perfect Winter Holiday Getaway

We arrived on Christmas eve to a beautifully decorated house and several feet of snow. It's a great location for getting to the ski slopes at Mt Bachelor and restaurants, the Ale Trail, etc. in Bend. And for non-skiers, lots of walking trails. And amazing views of the Milky Way! The house is very comfortable. It easily accommodated 3 couples. And the kitchen is well-equipped. We cooked almost every meal there, including Christmas dinner. We had a problem with the water heater one morning, which was fixed promptly.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Umpqua 3 in Sunriver. We have stayed there several times in the past. as we really enjoy the quiet location, and the backyard deck for relaxing and meals. However, the one issue we experienced was the gas barbecue was unusable. The ignitor didn't work, and had to drive to store to buy a lighter, only to then find out only 1 of the 3 burners would light - which did not generate enough heat to barbecue meat or chicken. We had many family members over for a barbecue, and we had to change plans and menus at last minute, and then had to cancel future barbecue and dinner plans that week - very disappointing. Since you can get bigger, newer, and working gas barbecues for as little as $200 now at Home Depot or Lowes - that is relatively inexpensive compared to the nightly rate of the property. Other than that one issue, the property was very clean, and we enjoyed our stay there. We would also plan to stay there again - but would confirm first that there is a new working barbecue available.
