Tämä 1595 neliöjalkaa 3 makuuhuoneen, 3 kylpyhuoneen huoneisto nukkuu 8 ja siinä on oma kattoterassi parvekkeelta, josta on näkymät kyl��än. Kaksi isäntäsviittiä. Päivitetty keittiö ja oma pesula. Ihanteellisella paikalla River Run Villagessa, joten olet vain muutaman askeleen päässä ostosmahdollisuuksista, ravintoloista ja paikallisista juhlista. Lisäksi olet lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä nopealta gondolta.

Sisäänkäynnissä on penkki ja kiinnitetyt koukut avuksesi ja tulossa koko päivän. Tilavassa olohuoneessa on taulutelevisio ja viihtyisät huonekalut, joissa voit lämmetä kauniin kaasutakan edessä. Siellä on pelipöytä sekä valikoima lautapelejä, kirjoja ja DVD-levyjä. Olohuoneen ulkopuolella on oma kattoterassi, josta on kauniit näkymät River Run Villageen ja kaasugrilli.

Täysikokoinen keittiö on varustettu kaikilla välttämättömillä keittiö- ja ruokailuvälineillä, jotka tekevät aterian poissa kotoa, ja siinä on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet. Ruokailutila mahtuu mukavasti kahdeksalle kolmella lisäpaikalla aamiaisbaarissa. Ensimmäinen kolmesta kylpyhuoneesta sijaitsee aivan oleskelutilan ulkopuolella ja siinä on yksi pesuallas-turhamaisuus ja suihku / amme-yhdistelmä. Kaikissa kylpyhuoneissa on pyyhkeet ja ensimmäinen kylpytuotteita. Kaapissa lähellä eteistä on oma pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Avuksesi on toimitettu pyykinpesuaineella.

Ensimmäisessä makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, taulutelevisio ja näkymät kylään. Kylpyhuoneessa on kaksoisallas ja suihku / amme-yhdistelmä porealtaalla. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-size-vuode ja taulutelevisio. Kylpyhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen pesuallas ja tilava suihkukaappi, liukulasiovi. Vierashuoneessa on neljä nukkua kahdella erillisillä kerrossänkyillä.

Great location.

The location of the home is absolutely fantastic. You are in the heart of River Run with all amenities you could want or need. The place needs a spring cleaning and some new mattresses. The rooms are nice but filled old furniture. We had the unfortunate situation of a main line clog in the kitchen but the Property manager acted quickly to resolve it.

Perfect location

We had a great stay- the location is perfect to walk everywhere. We had 4 small children with us and it was kid friendly, quiet at night, and overall, a terrific experience! We would stay again!

Wonderful weekend!

She performed at the Aspen Opera, so we chose this location because it is about halfway between the airport and Aspen. We all loved the accommodations, the restaurants and shops in the square and the surrounding areas. Note: do not make the same mistake I did and take Loveland Pass without knowing what you’re getting into. I was not prepared for that type of white knuckle driving.

Great stay at Keystone

Great location, easy walk to lifts. Apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Didn't have any noise issues. Only negatives: thermostat was not reliable, either hot or cold. Ski storage lockers are small, only fits ~4 skis, smoke detector goes off very easily with cooking.

Amazing experience

The app was very helpful, specifically the list of things to bring, and the check in instructions. Property manager was proactive about ensuring we had a great experience by texting us from a number we could then use to address any issues.

Fantastic getaway

The property was exactly as listed. It was very spacious, impeccably clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee and our afternoon cocktail on the deck. The property management was also very accommodating offering us an extra parking space since the units were not all filled.

The location was fantastic and it was a pretty spacious condo for my family of 6. It had so much room we ended up being able to sleep 8. The living area was large and the balcony was fantastic. Everything we needed was a very short walk.

Great location in the heart of keystone river run village

Great location, good directions to get here, access to everything! Walk 5 min to the slopes, one of the few condos with a nice patio outside. General store and pizza are 10 steps away. Plenty of room for cooking, eating, relaxing. Ample bedroom space, heated underground parking. 2nd floor unit so an easy walk from the parking garage (even though the elevators are broke and 'have been for a while' according to staff). 2 hot tubs, 2 pool tables and rec room right downstairs. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at this unit. It's a tradition to come every summer with the grandkids. This unit has enough room for everyone, three bathrooms, a nice big table to eat and play games, a well stocked kitchen and love that it has a washer dryer in the unit. It has easy access to the stairs and is not far from the pool (which is finally warmer than in years past). Appears to be recently painted and a few new furniture pieces. The windows, screens, and blinds in any of the units we've stayed always need a little work and can be hard to deal with. Summit County folks are always accessable and very friendly. As others have stated setting up all of the TV remotes is a bit annoying but really not much to complain about with this unit.

Really like the underground parking and ski locker. Property was very clean, description was accurate and had all the amenities. We had dinner at several restaurants in the village and did some shopping. I would recommend it to family & friends. LR furniture is showing use and a general complaint for all rental properties - upgrade to cable or satellite and one remote for each tv. No more multiple remotes please. Check in should be no later than 3pm.

Having a bathroom for each room was wonderful although the hair dryers in two of the bathrooms didn't work. Always prefer the wood flooring over carpet. Nice furniture and was finally able to figure out all of the various remotes and ROKU TV. Well stocked kitchen. Perfect location to hop down the stairs and out to the pool, shops, gondola etc. A little noisy with a dumpster right outside of our deck that was emptied early morning however, I've found that if you prefer to sleep in, River Run is not the quiet place you are looking for. We had a few issues and the response was exceptional. Very friendly management team. Seems like a lot of things were out of service for maintenance including the hot tubs for Buffalo Lodge which is a bit annoying, but we enjoyed the community pool and hot tubs which were very well maintained and the pool was heated more than in the past which was a good thing. Would recommend this rental unit.

Disappointed......good location though

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving at the condo, we found out that our keys didn't work. After more than 8 hours in a SUV, this is the last headache I wanted to deal with. However, the company was about 20 minutes out, and we had new keys. However, the gentleman that came, double checked our keys to make sure they didn't work which I thought was a bit offensive. Listen, I am not going to sit in a hallway with my family and two luggage carts cause I want to inconvenience your day. After we get in, the carpet was quite dirty. I get it that we were staying at the tail end of the year, however, I have been in similar units at the same time of year and the carpets have looked great. The biggest issue I think I had was the dishes. Every dish we pulled out, had to be washed prior to us using it. This became annoying....you charge $124.95 for cleaning, I would suggest you make sure that the dishes are clean as well as the rest of the unit. Further, we put in a request for the heater in the bathroom not working, it took a day and a half for someone to come. Our stay was only three days. I was told that someone would be right down the day we arrived.....not so. The unit for the most part was great for location and its atmosphere, however, I feel things could be managed better.
