Rentoudu ja rentoudu tÀssÀ 2 Master-sviitissÀ, 3 kylpyhuoneessa ylimitoitetussa, pÀivitetyssÀ ylimmÀn kerroksen yksikössÀ suoraan meressÀ, josta on henkeÀsalpaavat nÀkymÀt jokaisesta ikkunasta! Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, pukeutumistila ja tÀysin pÀivitetty kaunis kylpyhuone, jossa suihkukaappi (valmistunut lokakuussa 2018) sekÀ kolmas tÀysi kylpyamme oleskelutilassa.

Avoin keittiö mahdollistaa upean suoran merinÀköalan, ja koko keittiö ja olohuone pÀivitettiin kokonaan vuonna 2018! Hurrikaani Irma iski rakennukseen voimakkaasti, ja etenkin meillÀ ylimmÀssÀ kerroksessa, kun katto oli vaihdettu, korvasimme kaikki keittiönkaapit, lisÀsimme graniittitasot aamiaisbaarilla, lisÀsimme kaikki uudet lattia- ja olohuonekalusteet. KeittiöstÀ löydÀt uusia ruostumattomasta terÀksestÀ valmistettuja laitteita, jotka tÀydentÀvÀt muita mukavuuksia, kuten Keurig-kahvinkeitin, mikroaaltouuni, leivÀnpaahdin, leivÀnpaahdin, astiat, ruokailuvÀlineet, kattilat, pannut jne.

Voit oleskella seulotulla parvekkeella ja katsella valtamerta tai nÀhdÀ risteilyaluksia suuntautuessaan Port Canaveralista. EhkÀ saat onnekas katsomaan rakettia, joka laukaistaan Cape Canaveralista.

TÀmÀ koti tarjoaa langattoman internetyhteyden, 60 tuuman SMART HDTV: n, jossa on DVR olohuoneessa, 40 tuuman SMART-televisiot jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa, rantatuolit, pyyhkeet, rantavarjot, hiustenkuivaaja, liinavaatteet, kylpypyyhkeet ja paljon muuta! PesuvÀlineet sijaitsevat rakennuksen jokaisessa kerroksessa.

Upea ranta edessÀsi on melkein yksityinen, sillÀ Sandpiper Towers sijaitsee erittÀin hiljaisella rannalla, jossa ei ole vÀkijoukkoja. Auringonnousut ovat upeita parvekkeelta, rannalta tai uima-altaan vieressÀ olevalta yksityiseltÀ rantatieltÀ. Tarjolla on paljon lepotuoleja ja pÀivÀn jÀlkeen rannalla löydÀt suihkut uima-altaan reunalla. Aivan uima-altaan vieressÀ olevan yhteishuoneen sisÀllÀ on pingispöytÀ.

VAIN TUUMATTOMAT VUOKRAUKSET, tÀhÀn sisÀltyy parveke eikÀ lemmikkielÀimiÀ.

TÀmÀ huoneisto sijaitsee muutaman minuutin pÀÀssÀ I-95: stÀ, josta pÀÀsee helposti Orlandoon, Disneyyn, Kennedyn avaruuskeskukseen, Port Canaveraliin, Cocoa Beachille, Daytona Beachille, Palm Beachille tai Miamiin.

Pyrimme mukautumaan tarpeisiisi ja yritÀmme olla joustavia saapumis- ja lÀhtöpÀivien suhteen, joten ota meihin yhteyttÀ ja teemme parhaamme työskennellÀksesi kanssasi ja tehdÀksesi lomastasi upean! KesÀ- ja heinÀkuussa hyvÀksymme vuokrat yleensÀ lauantaista lauantaihin, mutta jos nÀet pÀivÀmÀÀriÀ saatavana, kysy vapaasti poikkeusta.

Very comfortable

Love the spacious living room, very comfortable. Two master suites on either end makes it very private for two couples. Building is older but unit has been updated. Property manager was excellent, very responsive. No complaints!

Beautiful oceanfront getaway

Our family loved our stay here. View of the ocean was spectacular! I loved sitting on the patio every day reading, listening to the soothing waves of the ocean, and just relaxing. Kids loved that the beach was right there. Place had such a cute beachy theme. It was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. They even had beach chairs and boogy boards. Loved, loved, loved this place. We will definitely come back here over the years!

Simply awesome! Actually better than awesome!!! The owner of this property, Joyce, is fabulous, but the property is gorgeous too! The owner has not missed any little detail. Most well equipped rental and perfect for couples

The condo is beautifully decorated with many more updates than the building itself. I have never had a more well equipped rental cheese grater to nail files nothing is missing that you may need. Our visit was as two adult couples. Perfect for that -two equally inviting rooms each with their own bathroom. The owner is wonderful and accommodating. We had a few issues not relating to the condo ,the owner was very helpful and did everything she could to assist. Thank you Joyce

By the beach

We were extremely happy with our condo. It had two masters with a common living room, kitchen and dining area. The condo was very well equipped with anything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The balcony looked out over the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the cruise ships go out to sea and listening to the waves from the ocean. There was construction going on to the building for repairs and updates because of recent hurricane damage. Our host made us well aware of the construction and that the pool was not available for us to use. We had great communication from our host and she was very responsive to our needs and questions. We highly recommend this condo.

Very spacious and well appointed.

We loved the location and condo was very roomy. We were a little disappointed that it was quite a walk to get beach access and there was no pool. The pictures said it was closed for repair but it has been completely removed
they are supposed to put in a new one next year. Once the pool is in and you can have direct beach access it will be a perfect vacation spot.

Sandpiper Towers Condo

The condo was well taken care of and clean and furnished nicely with all the kitchen items needed for a great stay. The location of the condo was nice and a great view of the ocean. Joyce was great to work with and she was very responsive with questions and items that arose. I would recommend this condo. The building grounds are still under construction for the pool area, but the new seawall looks to be very substantial against future possible storms and new stairs to the beach have been built. The future pool construction is on the other side of the building and there should be minimal activity and noise for this condo.

Wonderful stay!!!

This place could not have been better! It has everything you need and more. Joyce is so responsive and helpful. The hubby and I spent 3 weeks here and agreed that we’ve never had a more relaxing vacation. The area is beautiful but just relaxing at the condo was our favorite thing to do. You won’t regret renting this place!!

Satellite Beach anniversary trip

We honeymooned at a nearby condo 35 years ago and were looking for a visit back to a place we so dearly loved. Joyce was the best host making sure we had everything we needed and reminded us about the shuttle on Friday night - we watched from the balcony! Everything was beautiful with breathtaking views from most rooms! Enjoyed every minute! We are most definitely going back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. Joyce was a wonderful hostess and the unit has everything you could possibly need. The only downside was the unavailability of the pool and direct beach access but after a short walk down the street we had a wonderful time at the beach.

Home away from home

This was my first vrbo! Everything here was clean,stocked, and very stylishly decorated. I enjoy the room this condo provided. We were very satisfied with the beds and the bathrooms! I give this place a 9/10, only because the pool area was under construction as well, as other units, and there was alot of construction noise. There is temporary no beach access too. Just in case you have a lifted vehicle; you may not fit in the parking area provided for your unit. The shuttle launch was amazing though! All in all, it was a very clean, comfortable place and when the pool is done, we would come back!

We enjoyed our stay! The location is quiet, outside of super busy areas. The construction was happening but it was not too intrusive. The condo itself is very nice, up to date, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. We would recommend this condo to anyone- families or single individuals as it has everything.

The unit is lovely, well appointed and very well stocked ( kitchen, bathrooms). It was outside of the owners control, but there was construction going on during our entire 2 week stay and it was so noisy, that we needed to leave for hours at a time just to get away from the deafening sounds. Once construction is complete, I’m sure it will be a great place to stay.

We were fleeing the cold north and found this to be a lovely place. Clean, affordable and convenient to excellent eateries. It was under some major updates and renovations, but the workmen went out of their way to be accommodating and pleasant, so it created minimal problems. Highly recommend to anyone coming to this area.

We purchased this condo as our future retirement home, and welcome you to enjoy it until we are ready! We chose Satellite Beach because it's very quiet and relaxed, much different than the beaches of New Jersey where we grew up. We continue to improve our investment by updating the condo and furnishings on a regular basis.

If the view/beach fun isn't enough for you, this property is very convenient to the theme parks in central Florida (Disney/Universal) - only an hour drive and most of this is via the highway. You can also enjoy Kennedy Space Center in about 40 minutes.

Satellite Beach is very different from many areas of Florida, the beaches are quiet and peaceful due to the limited public access. Just north of the location there are nearly 8 miles of protected beaches. In addition to all this, the condo has a beautiful ocean front pool, which is very unusual in this part of Florida. (Note - At this time the pool is closed due to damage from Hurricane Nicole.

This area of Florida is unlike any other location on the east cost. Sandpiper Towers is located directly south of Patrick Air Force Base (less than a .25 mile). The entire beach along the air force base is protected, nearly 8 miles, so it makes for a peaceful and tranquil vacation. You won't find any crowds or cars driving on the beach, so if you are looking for relaxation and quiet, this is the place! At the same time it is conveniently located to local shopping and dining, as well a short 8 mile drive to Cocoa if you want to see some of the local attractions or 7 miles to Melbourne if you want to experience one of the local trendy shopping areas.
