Sayan Beach, uusi rakennus meren äärellä keskellä romantiikan Zone, vain muutaman askeleen päässä (tai lyhyt taksimatkan) yhdestä kauneimmista ja suosituimmista rannoista, useita ravintoloita, oleskelutiloja ja baareja vanhassakaupungissa, Puerto Vallarta.

Yksikkö on ammattimaisesti sisustettu ja sisältää viihtyisä king size vuodetta kussakin 3 makuuhuonetta, viihtyisä olohuone / ruokailutila, oma pesukone / kuivuri, satelliitti-tv sekä olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa, ja langaton internetyhteys kaikkialla. Ulkoterassilla on varustettu ruokailu ja oleskelutilat, täydellinen nauttia aamukahvia, illallisen tai päättyy yön cocktaileja. Keittiö on täysin varustettu ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet, garburator, mikroaaltouuni, astianpesukone, graniittitasoilla, ja sisältää kaiken mitä tarvitsee korjata minkäänlaista ateriaa. Rakennus tarjoaa myös vedenpuhdistus järjestelmä eli voit käyttää jääpalakone jääkaapissa.

Absolute Paradise – Stunning Views, Perfect Pools, and Incredible Hospitality

From the moment we arrived, this property exceeded every expectation. The beachfront views are truly breathtaking – waking up to the sound of waves and panoramic ocean scenery was a dream. Whether sipping coffee on the balcony or enjoying sunsets from the loungers, the location couldn’t be more perfect.The swimming pools were immaculate and beautifully designed, with options for lounging in the sun or relaxing in shaded areas. We especially loved the infinity pool overlooking the beach – it felt like something out of a luxury travel magazine.Inside, the home was just as impressive. Spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated, with every comfort you could ask for. The on property restaurant made delicious meals and wonderful cocktails.Our only complaint was the thermostat. It is locked so you can cool the living room or bedrooms room to a desired cool temperature. We all slept warmer that we would of liked. I woke up many times unable to sleep in the heat and humidity even after we asked the temperature to be lowered. The hosts were attentive, welcoming, and made everything effortless from check-in to checkout. This stay was nothing short of perfect – a true luxury retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Adult Family Getaway

John's property is great! What a view from the moment you step in. Very comfortable furnishings throughout the condo. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans. Each bedroom had a king size bed with its own bathroom attached. The master bedroom has a slider out to the patio and a huge closet/bathroom.Also, there is an automatic lock on the front door and a code is provided. Very helpful and convenient.The staff at the building was great- friendly, helpful.We took Uber most places. It was quite cheap for a ride and fast. There is a path over the beach area to the downtown area.The pool area was beautiful and look forward to another visit where we can use the rooftop pool. The sunset from there is spectacular. We had a wonderful, relaxing time at the condo and were very happy with our decision!

Wonderful family vacation spot

I recently stayed at this condo in Puerto Vallarta with my family and was very impressed. The condo was exactly as described—beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. The owner communicated promptly and clearly, which made our stay even more pleasant. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant, especially the shrimp tacos, which were delicious and fairly priced. Service throughout the property was consistently friendly and efficient. The pool is stunning and the beach is lovely, with both inexpensive rides to town and a pleasant walk along the shore. Overall, a great experience.

Second time and looking forward to the next.

This is our second time at this beautiful property and it did not disappoint. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food and beverages at the building is delicious. The views are stunning. And the hosts are gracious and communicative. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it was more than enough space for the three couples in our party. We look forward to our next trip!

Christmas Season Trip

We stayed at Sayan Residences for 5 nights. Since I was traveling with my father who has mobility issues, it was essential all areas were accessible for him. The Sayan Residences were an excellent choice, close enough to town and far away to give me and the rest of our family the nature filled environment I was looking for. The restaurant's food is excellent, everyone who works in this building is friendly & professional and I can't say enough about how exquisite and comfortable this home is. I'm so glad we chose this residence, my dad and the rest of our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed the areas sitting around, chatting, watching whales from the balcony. EXCELLENT ACCOMODATIONS!

Wonderful Stay!

This place was the perfect stay for our first visit to PV. My family and I came here for a wedding, and the condo's staff made us feel most welcome. In between family activities and excursions, the condo was a perfect place to rest and relax. With 2 infinity pools overlooking the ocean, the friendly staff and food, the condo was as much part of our vacation as everything else. The condo was clean, secure and quiet. We felt very at home. Thank you for sharing this place with us!

Amazing

Sayan Beach is an amazing place to stay. We were there for a week and it wasn’t long enough. Unit 1A is gorgeous. So close to the beach and there are several pools and hot tubs including our favorite rooftop pool. The food and bars were great and the staff was always so friendly and helpful with anything. This was our second stay in this unit because we loved it so much. The second time was just as good as the first time

Unforgettable Stay!

My family and I had an unforgettable stay at this luxurious vacation rental in Puerto Vallarta! The building itself is stunning, with modern design and top-notch amenities. We were particularly blown away by the two infinity pools—one on the rooftop with absolutely breathtaking views of the ocean and city. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of Puerto Vallarta. The service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, serving delicious meals with a great variety of options that pleased both adults and kids. The rooftop area was our favorite, offering the best views in the city, especially at sunset. It truly made our trip memorable, and we felt like we were in a little slice of paradise. A Friendly Paradise

It’s difficult to overstate how amazing our stay was. From the incredibly beautiful condo with stunning views to the friendly and helpful staff and delicious food at the on-site restaurants while lounging in the infinity pools, this was the perfect vacation destination for three besties. The owner and condo manager were always responsive and friendly. Their five star rating is well deserved. For a relaxing private boat tour and snorkeling down the southern beaches to Yelapa and back, ask Mel at the front desk to connect you with Captain Ricki of the Indita Mia.

A signature property of Vallarta

We’ve been coming to PV for over 25 years and have stayed at hotels, condos and villas like Villa Tita. The Sayan beach property has to be one of the very best in Puerto Vallarta, and this property and stay were spectacular. Watch the sunset from the infinity pool on the roof, or watch rays glide past from the private beach just steps away. We’ll definitely come back.

My stay here was beyond 10/10!!! John, Mercedes and the staff are amazing. Very helpful and respectful. The condo is gorgeous, my party of 6 and I enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The condo view is beautiful, overlooking the pool and beach area. I’m going to recommend this condo to friends and family visiting Puerto Vallarta. I would definitely book here again, can’t wait to be back!

John’s property is incredible everything until the last detail is perfect. The pictures on the app look good but in real life is way better. Also the view is to die for and you can see the best sundown in PV. Lastly the whole property is amazing, all the amenities are incredible and the staff are friendly and so helpful. Will come back soon 😀

Heaven in Puerto Vallarta

We have stayed at the beautiful Sayan Beach condos for the last 3 summers. There are many reasons we keep coming back. First the owner, John, and his property manager, Mercedes, are amazing to work with. They have arranged transport to/from airport for a reasonable fee and are very responsive in answering questions or solving problems if needed. Second the location is beautiful! There are two pools, one on the ground floor overlooking the ocean and a rooftop pool with the most beautiful views of Banderas Bay. The staff is very attentive, kind, and helpful. They can arrange any adventures in the area for a reasonable price. There are two restaurants on site that serve delicious food and drinks, again for a very reasonable price. We often found ourselves spending several days just staying on the property and enjoying the amazing pools, views, and food/drinks. Third the condo is very spacious, well decorated, and has every amenity you would need. Lastly the location of the building is a 5 minute inexpensive Uber ride to the romantic zone which has great restaurants and shopping if you decide to venture out. Don’t hesitate to book this condo, you will love it! We can’t wait until we can return again. Thank you John and team for another memorable stay.

We spend a good deal of time in PV and this was one of our favourite stays. The condo is beautiful, the building, facilities and staff are lovely and the location is just far enough away to feel private while being a 7 minute walk along the beach to the middle of the action. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo & Great Service

The Condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Every person working at the property was very concerned with providing exceptional customer service. We felt very safe but a little isolated. But by the end of our stay we realized there was a stairway to the Malecon from Sayan. It was a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.
