Nyt saatavilla, äskettäin uusittu ja kauniisti kalustettu rannalla huoneisto näkymät rakennusten allas / kuuma-altaan alue ja hiekkarannat ja turkoosi vesillä Meksikonlahdella mahdollistaa upeat auringonlaskun näkymät kaksi puolta tämän kulmayksikköön. Jossa ylisuuria parveke, ihanteellinen aamukahvin ja iltapäivällä cocktaileja kehua päivittäin delfiini havaintoja, tämä kahden makuuhuoneen / kahden kylpyhuoneen Ocean Sands huoneisto tarjoaa loma muistaa. Master kuningas makuuhuoneessa on vaatehuone, oma kylpyhuone, jossa poreallas, televisio, ja suora näkymä hiekkarantoja ja Persianlahden. Kuningatar makuuhuone jakaa tilava vieras kylpy, joka sisältää suuri walk-in joki-rock suihku, ihanteellinen lohdullista jalka hieronta rentoutua milloin tahansa päivä. Nykyaikaiseen tyyliin olohuone tarjoaa laajat rantanäkymät, suora pääsy parvekkeelle, ja on moderni ruokailutila, kaksi sohvaa (yksi joka vetää ulos parivuode ekstra nukkumatilaa), ja laajakuvatelevisio ja DVD-soitin. Keittiö ja pesutupa on suora näköala lahdelle rannat ovat täysin varustettu huoletonta oleskelua. Parveke ylpeilee lounge huonekalut, mukaan lukien 8-hengen pöytä varjostus sateenvarjo ihanteellinen aterioita ulkona ja rentouttava henkeäsalpaavat näkymät. Ravintolat, ruokakaupat, apteekki, ja matkamuistomyymälöitä ovat kävelymatkan päässä ja käyttämällä Suncoast Vaunu joka kulkee edessä rakennuksen säännöllisesti aikataulun väliajoin joka päivä. Nähtävyydet ovat Walt Disney World puistoissa alle 2 tunnin ajomatkan, Busch Gardens alle 30 minuutin ajomatkan. Ammatillinen urheilua kuten NHL, MLB baseball. NFL, ja baseball keväällä koulutus ovat kaikki lähellä. Läheiset lentokentät ovat Tampa International Airport 24 mailia ja St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport 13 mailia. Great Place- Loved it- would stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at the condo. Beautiful ocean views, convenient location to all amenities in the area. Condo is bigger than it appears and the patio views of the ocean are so calming. Would definitely rent this condo again. Didn't want to leave. Check in process was super easy. Host provided all the information to make the check in process so quick and easy.

Condo was beautiful and Charline was great as a host. Everything that you would ever need was provided. If an issue arose, Charline handled it immediately. Hoping to return again next year.

Affordable and comfortable

Very clean condo with a lot of amenities, chairs, umbrella, beach toys and pool inflatables, beach towels, all in great condition. Close by stores, walking distance restaurants and ice cream shops. Condo overlooking pool, Very convenient with kids, great beach. One thing that it's located on a busy intersection, firetrucks, police cars are going by with loud sirens. Other than that, very well kept building.

Great location with great patio and amenities!! Kitchen is well equipped and condo has been remodeled. Host is FANTASTIC and super responsive to ANY needs or concerns. Highly recommend as this was our 2nd year in this space and WILL be back !!

Beautiful unit in outstanding location.

This was our third stay at Ocean Sands and our favorite unit so far. The condo was immaculate and beautifully furnished. Plenty of towels, pillows, kitchen essentials and beach items. We loved the extra wide patio and spent lots of time on it. The corner unit on the first level is right above the office and allows easy access to the pool, beach and all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Very good communication with the property owner even though she was out of the country. Other than an encounter with an office worker who complained there was "a lot of activity" in our unit (yes, 6 people coming and going throughout the day) and an "over the limit" number of guests (no, 4 adults and 2 children, although she insisted we had 4!!) it was perfect. I highly recommend Ocean Sands and this unit in particular.

Great Location

The property was great. New balcony doors and windows were recently installed. The balcony was huge(approx 800 square feet) with an excellent ocean and beach view. The owner was very responsive to any request and excellent to deal with. We have already booked it again.

Great retreat

The condo is newly decorated with newer appliances and furnishings. The location is perfect as it is close to grocery stores and restaurants. Large patio is nice for sitting outside at night and the close proximity tithe ocean can’t be beat. The new umbrellas at the pool were a nice addition this year. Plenty of pool chairs are available for your use..

The view was wonderful. The beds were hard and the linens were itchy. A new coffee pot would make a nice difference the one that is there is very dingy. There was mis-communication when the air conditioning went out and we spent a few days with no air.

Location is great, layout of condo

Layout of the condo is great the oversized balcony was amazing including the walkable location and beach front, easy access to beach. Condo was well equipped from kitchen thru the linens provided. The downside, cleanliness was marginal, beds uncomfortable quite hard, informed owner of issues that we found, acknowledged one time and no further feedback.

love the building,the heated pool,the beautiful beach,nice condo with extra large deck. but,cleaner could do a much better job,floors were not the cleanest,tables sticky, had to replace 4 burnt out bulbs,and only 1 working lounger on padio. the weather was great and we enjoyed our long overdue holiday

Beach getaway

Very cozy condo. Nicely furnished. Great patio overlooking ocean. Ate dinner every night outside watching the sunset. The whole complex was spotless.

Not perfect but, not the worst by a long shot.

This property was great other than the broken sliders and missing blinds. I understand getting somethings there take time but we booked with the ability to have sliders open at night and could not do it. I was told the sliders would be fixed, by the maintance/cleaning guy, and they never were. I did not contact the owner as we had been told a plan that never happened. The owner allowed us to set our stuff on the deck early, which we appreciated. My adult son also cleaned a ton of hair out of the drain in the other bathroom so it would actually drain. Minor fixes would of been very nice. We still had a great time, great location, and I loved the condo layout and balcony.

Issues

Dirty refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cooking utensils, floors, bathroom counters. Had to clean before using. Had to wait one week to address water pressure in second bathroom and kitchen. Water just came out in small drip. Patio doors don't lock. In middle of night in second bedroom fan cord detached from ceiling and started to wrap around fan. Scared us. Maintenance did fix a couple days later. Best part of our stay was the patio deck and ocean view. The unit really needs overall maintenance and thorough cleaning.

Striking vista!

This condo makes you happy to be alive due to the amazing view of the beach and Gulf. You can have your morning coffee on a huge deck. The condo has nicely sized rooms and is quite comfortable. There’s restaurants, shopping and entertainment all within walking distance. The pool and hot tub are very close and the large indoor parking is a bonus. Lastly, the owner is a joy to deal with. We plan to spend time there for many years to come.

Good but old and worn

Great location, clean but old worn furniture and beds, sliding doors and windows original and leaked, furniture too soft, low and deep (uncomfortable), beds too high and soft, had to buy 3way light bulbs to read, dining room fixture had only 40w bulb & 2 empty, toaster did not work, no hot pads, all dining chairs uncomfortable. Needs major update. No electric outlets or charging area, only larger plug, had to buy extension cord to plug in phones and computer.

Excellent view with an Amazing Balcony!

Just back from a 2 week family of 5 adults vacation. The balcony is huge with a table and lots of chairs. The sunsets were amazing. The condo is larger then what the pictures show. Our only complaint would be the sliding door is very difficult to open and close. Would definitely return and recommend to family and friends.

Amazing balcony

We really loved the balcony on this unit. We had issues with the sliding glass doors but they will be replaced in Aug 2019 so that removes the issue. The pool is well maintained and spacious. The only annoyance was that we had to use the fob to get to the beach or pool and back in again. Also we couldn't use the stair to go up to the condo. We had to use the elevator instead.

Relaxing enjoyable 2 weeks at the beach

We had a great time again here at Ocean Sands and the unit was very nice and the beach views are wonderful. Charlene the owner is very nice to work with. Would recommend this property for anyone looking for good rest and relaxation.
