Tämä koti sijaitsee ahneilla "rannan puolella Butler Ave" ja on neljäs koti merestä. Se on alle 250 metrin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta! Se on täysin yläkerrassa ja alakerrassa keittiöt, vuodepaikkoja 14 ja pysäköinti 8 autolle. Koti sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla Tybeessa, ja mukava kävely lähes kaikkialla saarella! Toisessa kerroksessa on kaunis kuistilla varustettu kuisti ja katto-musiikkijärjestelmä. Alakerrassa on yksinäinen seulotaan kuistilla yhdessä jääpalakone ja pingispöytä. Jos sinulla on suuri perhe, joka haluaa "leviää" loman aikana, tämä on paikka sinulle!

Wonderful family time

We loved our stay in this house! It's just a few minutes' walk from the beach, and it had all the toys our kids could want—balls, beach toys, boogie boards, and more. The kitchen was also very well stocked.

Our new favorite beach house

This house is by far the best beach rental we’ve had in our 20+ years of renting. The layout was super conducive to our multi-generational family as we were able to give the kids their own level while the parents & grandparents took the upper level. Great furnishings, very well appointed. I’d book this again just for the gorgeous hardwood floors. Make no mistake, this is a very well built house, not some random DIY rookie flip house that you see all too often. Quality through & through. .

Tybee Family Trip 2024

This is the third year in a row we’ve stayed at this property. For our family’s needs this is the best property on the island. We’re looking forward to Tybee Family Trip 2025!

great house

This house had everything you need for a great beach stay including 2 full kitchens, towels and linens (including beach towels) and lots of living space. They also provided a great big cart and 6 beach chairs and 5-6 boogie boards and 5 bikes, etc. It was our first trip to Tybee and we all loved it. The layout of the house provided quiet for a 2 year old, hangout space for a few in their early 20s and chill space for the full adults. We will definately be coming back in the future. The only constructive criticism I have is that there were too many decorative items around that, although pretty, had to be moved to make room to cook in the kitchen and eat at the dining table. But that's really minor in the grand scheme of things!

Beautiful home in a quiet area

We had 11 family members stay including 3 children. The two kitchens were used and both were well equipped. The porch area had a nice play area and all the beach toys we could ask for. There's a large beach cart perfect for hauling our stuff to the beach and even bicycles for us to use! The beach area is not near any hotels so it was never crowded. The YMCA and public park with playgrounds are just a block away. So... great house, great location.

Great house for more than one family. My grandson did have an allergic reaction to something in an upstairs bedroom…treated with Benadryl. Plenty of space and lots of entertainment

Amazing House

This was our 2nd year staying here and it was as great as the first! House was well appointed and clean, the amoint of beach supplies and a wagon are incredible, and access down 6th St is an easy walk. Owner was quick to respond and resolve the one request I had. Great place to stay!

Our summer vacation

The property is lovely. The accommodation were perfect for a family of 10. We were disappointed with some amenities. For example: 1 hotel size bar soap in each br for a week?, 1 extra toilet tissue roll per bath ,Very small shampoo tube. Limited kitchen essentials. Unexpected based on previous rentals.

Great gathering place close to beach

Great house for multi-generation family gathering. Close to the beach, chairs, umbrellas, beach bikes provided. Ping pong table in an outside alcove. Great house. Bedrooms are arranged for kids to be together with parents, and grandparents upstairs. Sunroom, porch, extra spaces so enough room for everyone. Kitchen upstairs and downstairs so early morning kids can get breakfast without waking everyone.

Tybee get away!

We loved this home! We and four other couples stayed and had plenty of room! Our favorite place to gather was the screened in porch for early morning coffee and late evening cocktails. It was an easy walk to the beach, and we made use of the beach chairs and wagon. I hope to stay here again!

This Beach house is AMAZING!!

I will try to keep it brief, but I could talk all day about how wonderful this property is!! My family and friends stayed here for my son’s wedding. It was awesome!! Everyone had their own private space but when it was time to gather, the porch was perfect!! There is EVERYTHING that you need here…only bring your clothes and food. I have never stayed where everything was furnished. The house has such a relaxing atmosphere, we felt right at home. The ice machine was a huge plus as were the beach chairs. Top of the line appliances and amenities. The decor is darling and classy at the same time. Love the beach look! This house has it all!!! I would give it 10 stars!!!

Location was great. Space was great. Having beach chairs and a cart for the beach was a huge help. Also. The ice machine was great for taking coolers down to the beach.

Awesome house!

This is a phenomenal house! Nice space for the whole family to spread out. The kitchen was well appointed and there's a bunch of beach equipment available to borrow. The walk up Butler and down to the 6th Street boardwalk is an easy walk, especially with the beach buggy at the house. Our family loved it and will consider booking again next summer.

Amazing home on Tybee

This home was beautiful and well equipped. Walking distance to the ocean was great. The screened porch was our favorite gathering place at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean.

Fun filled time

The property was amazing. Lots of space to spread out. Ping pong and the bikes were a hit. The beach equipment was helpful. The amount of kitchen equipment was unbelievable. There was prompt response from Pat the property manager. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Family trip, 3 generations

This home was absolutely perfect for our needs. Plenty of room for everyone, the screened in porch was our main gathering place. Great ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms! And loved having the two sets of washer and dryers. Also, kitchen is stocked with all dishes, pots etc you would need. We had a large family of 7 adults and 4 kids, every family had their own room(s). Lots of great toys, bikes, ping pong table to entertain the kids and take to the beach, which was a quick walk! Awesome home, thank you!

Family vacation

Can’t say enough good things about this location. House was perfect for our week vacation. All the extra items came in so handy. Patrick was attentive and responded very timely, would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this location. Short walk to the beach and close to all things you would need for a house vacation. Derek’s dolphin tour, Crab Shack and black river brewery highly recommend. See you next time Tybee/Savannah.

We loved the abundance of bathrooms (8 women!) We loved the easy beach access! And the porch was our hang out every morning and every evening! Excellent accommodations for a large group.

Great family spot

Just walk to the end of the street and you are on the sand. Tons of beach toys, cooler, cart, chairs, and umbrellas are at the house. There are 3 bikes if you want to go for a ride, and everything on the island is 1-2 miles away. Plenty of bathrooms, one for each bedroom, so you can all have your space. Tons of kitchen items and staples like spices, so you can easily eat in if you don't want to ever leave the amazing screened in porch. Owners were very responsive when the wi-fi went out. Would recommend this house to any large group!

Great location.

Perfect accommodations for family vacation. We had three generations from age 18 to 79. Plenty of room to spread out and have privacy. The bikes were an added plus and the kids loved exploring the island and the beach.

Beachside Christmas

The property is a classic Tybee family home and makes a fantastic location to enjoy the island. Private access to the beach, short walk to the island supermarket, just a little further to restaurants. Plenty of room for family members to sit together, or enjoy their own secluded spot in the home. Screened porch, sunroom, two kitchens, all in a small package. The home has great character and the host always attentive. Our family has stayed twice with a group of 7 and loved it. Hope you do too.

Thanksgiving extravaganza

We had a phenomenal time in Tybee we biked we played games and ate lot of food ! The beach house was perfect for our two families to put together a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner! We are planning another trip for next year

Wonderful house!

Comfortable , lots of room for our children and their families. We had stayed in several homes in the North Beach and Mid Beach areas over the years and truly enjoyed this home.

The owners are a retired couple who enjoy spending time with their family and friends. They spent half the year at this beach up to a year or so ago and now are slowing down a bit and live less than an hour away full-time.

This property is not your normal rental property. We have kept all of our family photos on the walls because our children and grandchildren love to spend time at the beach house when it is not rented. There have been many proms, birthdays, anniversaries celebrated at this property by our children and grandchildren. Our children hosted a surprise 50th wedding anniversary party at this house for us.
