Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is wonderful. It was clean and everything we needed for our family of 6. I just want to say if you are looking for a large sandy beach front this is not your place however it is very quiet and private which I liked. There is a small beach but not enough to lay out on. They do have an area above the beach by the pool to hang out which we enjoyed. You could always stay here and drive or walk down a few resorts and get a lot more sand. Still worth the stay and great location for food and stores.

Overall the experience was great, but the unit we stayed in needs updated badly. I felt like I was staying in a hotel from the 90's. The beds were all awful and the condo complex needs to do something about the roosters waking you up at 4:30 a.m. every day. Hotels in the area take care of this situation, it was annoying at best. In addition, the couches in the living area were old and gross. While we had a great time, I would not recommend this specific unit.

Perfectly sized/situated complex

This place is special. The condos vary in updates/condition, but the location is perfect. Close to a variety of restaurants, grocery store, etc. The beach has diminished in the last few years, but is still gorgeous.

Nice place

Really nice place that is close to most activities. Beach was pretty small but believe they are working to improve. Unit had all necessary utensils and supplies and the property manager was super nice and helpful.

Cayman Escape..

We rented this property for a week in August for our family of 5 (3 kids). We specifically booked this property because the listing mentioned a King Size bed in the master and the bunk beds fir the kids in the second bedroom. When we arrived, the Master Bedroom was only a queen. When we contacted the listing manager she said that the property management sight was correct and she does not have anything to do with VRBO. The listing agent took no responsibility for the misrepresentation on VRBO however they have since updated the listing on VRBO to be accurate. Other than this, which we have no resolution on, our stay was good. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything our family needed for a home away from home. The condo is alittle dated and can use so updating, but this didn't take away from our stay. Yes, the beach is eroded and is very minimal, but there are 7 miles of beach on the island if you want to go elsewhere if you want more sand. The water and proximity to the Marriott bar and grill and water sports was also a plus. Swimming was excellent and the ocean was very beautiful. Overall, we had a great stay at the Regal Beach but would recommend confirming the accuracy of the listings before you book.

The property needs some updating. The room is old and needs renovation. My friend stayed in room 114 which was renovated. Her room was nice and updated. She also had housekeeping everyday. Our room was never cleaned during our stay.

Next to the Marriott so were able to enjoy their outdoor bar for great Pina Coladas! Private pool. Able to watch beautiful sunsets at the beach. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The condo itself was a little older but clean. We had some minor issues which were quickly resolved by the management staff. The Master bedroom mattress was extremely comfortable a bit high but we were able to resolve that issue too. Highly recommend for couples or families.

Love the Caymans

The unit was very clean, but a lot of things were broken and didn’t work. The unit we stayed in Definitely needs to be remodeled There were only 5 umbrellas on the beach which made for a very hot day. Other then that the management was awesome and the staff. We would stay there again but in another unit.

May 2019 Stay

Perfect for our trip which included three teenage boys. We have been to Cayman in the past and love the location of this condo. Love walking to Camana Bay for dining and shopping along with the Wreck of the Cali for snorkeling. Pools were never crowded and condo provided everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to visiting again.

Great condo on 7 mile beach

We had an amazing stay at Regal Beach Club on 7 Mile Beach! The condo was spacious, comfortable and clean and the property is truly right on the beach. We could walk out our door and be at the pool or on the beach right away. The pool area was nicely kept up and mostly quiet - not too loud - and the beach area is amazing with chairs and umbrellas to relax on without the crowded hotel scene. Cayman Villas were excellent property managers and very helpful throughout our stay!

Great option for the Seven Mike Beach. Beautiful beach with great sand. Units is a little dated but otherwise clean and nice. Cleaning service leaves a little to be desired and you don’t get enough beach towels as they don’t ever change them out or replace them.

Great location and nicely maintained, a little quieter but next to all the best areas

The property is well-maintained and the staff is excellent. The beach is a bit eroded in front of the facility however you are an easy walking distance to the wider and more stable Beach areas. The location is perfectly convenient and next to several good restaurants and has access to the Marriott right next door
