KORJAUS KESÄKUUSSA 2019!

TÀssÀ kauniissa Pawleys Island -kodissa on kuistilla varustettu valtameren edessÀ oleva yksityinen purotelakka, joka on vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ etuovesta. PÀÀtasossa on tÀysin varustettu keittiö ja ruokailutila sekÀ mukava asuintila. Keittiön ja oleskelutilan lisÀksi on kaksi makuuhuonetta, joissa on yksi kuningas ja yksi kuningatar, ja jotka jakavat ÀskettÀin pÀivitetyn kylpyhuoneen, jossa esitetÀÀn suihku. YlÀkerrassa toisella tasolla on viisi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta, joissa iso Carolina-huone merinÀköalalla. Carolina-huoneessa on kaksi queen-size-vuodesohvaa ja parivuode. YhdessÀ makuuhuoneessa on kaksi kaksoset kanssa vyötÀrö, makuuhuoneessa kaksi on yksi kuningatar, makuuhuone kolmessa on yksi kuningas ja makuuhuoneessa neljÀ on kuningas.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our fifth time at Sandcastle and Hurricane Ian did not stop Tidelife from making our vacation enjoyable. Sandcastle was completely ready for us and like always in perfect condition. Ian did change the fishing holes off the dock and did make it better. We caught over 100 fish (Spot tail bass, Sheephead, Sea trout, Spot, Pinfish, Croaker, Black Drum and a huge Stingray) from Sandcastle fishing dock. Thanks again Tidelife for a wonderful vacation.

The furniture was filthy. Stains and drooping. We covered everything with blankets and had to assemble a new vacuum to sweep the floors. Under the furniture has not been cleaned in a very long time.We were very leery of our bed linens after seeing how not even a spill was ever cleaned on the couch. We were tempted to wash the slipcovers and line up the piping. The owner needs to freshen this place up. Other than that, the location and house were great.

Fantastic Beach House - So Fun!

It is a beautiful place with an amazing view and well suited for large groups. We spent 4 nights here with family while a friend was getting married nearby. We were able to bring our dog and she loved playing on the beach and in the waves. Sandcastle has more than enough room capable of accommodating many people. Two balconies, a screened in porch, and a second story living area overlooking the ocean provided plenty of areas to enjoy the gorgeous surroundings. We were the first guests at Sandcastle after it had many upgrades this fall. Parts of the home feel brand new! The management team was extremely helpful in assisting with the transition and showing us the new amenities. The team (thanks Max!) was very attentive and responsive. The whole renting process and logistics were seamless. Sandcastle is thoughtfully designed to feel very comfortable. Our favorite part of the house is that it is directly on the sand. There is a large screened in porch as well as an additional patio right on the sand. You can watch your friends and family enjoying the beach from the many windows in the kitchen, patio and living area. I would definitely recommend this house for large families or a big group of friends. It's a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Pet friendly and a perfect setting. We hope to return if ever in the area.

Sandcastle with Family

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the Sandcastle with three families of 4 and one family of 5 for our cousin reunion. It was great to be right on the beach and also have the creek dock for floating, paddle boarding and crabbing. We have been coming to Pawleys for years and this was our first experience renting with Tidelife. They were pleasant and provided a smooth rental process. The only recommendation that I would make to them would be to get a more thorough cleaning service. When we checked in, sheets were missing from a couple of beds, there was still sand on the floor and we found some trash left behind in a few spots. The Sandcastle is appropriately named as we kidded around that it was hard to keep sand out of the house. There is no concrete under the house (which is unusual), so you're parking and walking on sand. I think this contributes to it being hard to keep the sand out of the main house. From the pictures, I was a bit concerned that there wasn't enough lounging and kitchen space, but this was NOT a problem. It was wonderful to sit at the kitchen table and enjoy the ocean views. We all loved the old wood, classic Pawleys feel of the house. Our two boys loved sleeping on the 2nd floor "sleeping porch", which has two sleeper sofas. The trundle bed set-up in one of the rooms was also nice for families. Regarding the wifi, it's nearly useless. We reset it a number of times each day and suspect it can really only handle 1-2 devices at a time. If you have any need to really be online, you'll need to head to Starbucks or bring your hot spot. We had a great week at the Sandcastle.

Nowhere else on Pawleys can you catch all the different types of fish (Flounder/Spot/Sun or Pin/Croaker/Spotted Trout/Puffers/and many more) from the Sandcastle dock and also fish in front from the ocean (Whiting). Tidelife has the best program for renting (check them out before you finalize with any other rental company) Thanks for a wonderful fishing vacation!

The grandkids start talking about “next year’s “ beach trip on the way home! We’ve been clients of Tidelife from the beginning of its existence and clients of Suzanne before that! The Tidelife management team are always eager to accommodate any request or maintenance issue quickly and efficiently! Looking forward to many more PI and Sandcastle visits!

Lots of upgrades, also TV was down, but Tidelife as always responded quickly with a new 70 inch! WOW! Fishing was great, as always, caught the largest Flounder from Sandcastle dock, 30 inches, WOW!Thanks again for another great vacation! as ALWAYS!

needs a few updates

Reviewer Comments: The house was fine for space and location and we plan to return, we had to call to get the sand off the porch and replace burned out bulbs. The cookware needs to be updated as it is no longer nonstick. Having two fridges was great with 4 families. The closeness of the dock was nice. several cabinet doors in the kitchen needed to have the hinges replaced according to maintenance.

Well located, roomy house on the beach

The closeness of the beach, the creek side dock to fish from, and the layout of the house were wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the flow of the house worked for the 9 of us. Tidelife Vacation Rentals was very responsive to the few problems we had. Overall, we had a very positive experience.
