Sundrop Villa

Kalenterimme päivitetään reaaliajassa ja öiset hinnat näkyvät oikein. Syötä vain haluamasi päivämäärät ja napsauta "Varaa nyt!"

Älä pakota itseäsi käsittelemään äänekkaita hotelleja ja vilkkaita väkijoukkoja - viettämällä hauskan päivän Maagisessa valtakunnassa, tule kotiin yksityiseen uima-altaaseen, lastenaiheisiin sisustuksiin ja helppoon pääsyyn kaikille!

Pelkkä korttelin päässä moottoritieltä, se on vain 14 mailin ajomatkan päässä täältä Disney Worldiin. Naapurustossa on rauhallinen ja hiljainen, täydellinen rentoutumiseen ympäröimänä jännitystä koko päivän.

Kaikilla yhdellä tasolla kenenkään ei tarvitse huolehtia portaikkojen kipeistä nivelistä. Olohuoneessa on kaapeli-TV ja DVD-soitin, jossa kirjasto ja stereot. Pelihuoneessa on paljon viihdyttämistä lapsille - Playstation 3, kirjoja, lautapelejä ja jopa biljardipöytä. Kaikissa huoneissa on WiFi.

Kun tunnet piikkisyyttä, mene keittiöön piiskaamaan jotain. Kaikkien tavanomaisten keittovälineiden lisäksi mukana on tehosekoitin, kahvinkeitin ja astianpesukone. Syö ruokapöydän ympärillä (siellä on syöttötuoli nuorimmille!) tai ulkopuolella katetulla terassilla - siellä on jopa kattotuuletin lämpimän ilman liikuttamiseksi.

Yksityinen, katettu uima-allas on sinulle, sadetta tai paistaa. Katso lasten roiskeita kun rentoudut kytketyssä porealtaassa.

Kahdeksan onnellista vierasta voi majoittua neljään makuuhuoneeseen. Kaksi makuuhuonetta ovat lapsille, joissa kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja Disney-aiheinen sisustus; toisissa makuuhuoneissa on king-vuode ja queen-vuode aikuisille. Siinä on kolme kylpyhuonetta ja pesukone / kuivausrumpu, joten on helppo pitää kaikki siistinä ja siisteinä.

Vietä päivät Disney World -retkillä tai ihmettele ilotulitteita Epcot-teemapuistossa. Älä kuitenkaan viettää koko aikaa ratsasteille - varaa hetki Epcotin delfiinien kanssa tai oppia sukeltamaan Epcot DiveQuest -sivustolla!

Disney Vacation

The property is beautiful. The distance to Disney is perfect! The pool was perfect for the kids! The master bath was perfect for me!! The home was super clean and beautifully decorated! I would stay forever if we could. 100 percent recommend!

Clean, well stocked & great communication!

This was a great property for our family (3 generations). The kids loved the pool & game room and the adults loved having a shared and private area. It’s centrally located to everything. The team was very responsive & easy to work with.

Great location!

Our family loved our 10 day stay at Stonebridge Palms. It was very clean inside and outside, the layout is great with multigenerational families and there is everything we needed to make your stay comfortable (e.g., lots of towels, kitchen appliances, pool toys etc.). Our kids loved the pool and the water table. It was a nice quiet area with close access to the highway. We will be back!

Perfect home!!

The house was perfect for our vacation!! The house is super close to Disney and lots of other amenities which was very convenient for our trip. Great Vacation Home for Families

We loved this house for our family vacation. The kids were in the pool as soon as we arrived and loved playing games in the garage. There was lots of space for a family and having 3 bathrooms with a shower//tub was handy for getting out the door early for our trips to Disney! Everything was clean and in good order when we arrived and the owner answered any questions that we had very quickly. I would highly recommend this house to friends.

Inaccurate listening description

We chose this house to have a hot tub and to be close to disney. In the liating it says you have to pay the fee to heat the pool...ok cool...closer to your trip you get more descriptive emails saying you have to pay more than 3 days ahead of your stay because it take a certain amount of time to kick in so i go ahead and rea h out to pay before i forget.They then tell me you have to stay a minimum of three nights to even pay the fee i only stayed two nights prior to knowing this amd still wouldve paid the fee for the extra night just so my kids could enjoy it. But they said that wasnt an option. So it gets closer to my vacation and i get more emails with different info its maybe five day before my vacation and it then states the pool amd hot tub run off the same heat which isnt in the listing details or i would've chose a different home to rent so i wasted over 700 for two nights to not be able to use.Got no where when i reached out with getting some sort of refund or anything it was a nice house but we wanted to swim and use the spa

Perfect Vacation Spot

The perfect place for my family to stay while we were on vacation! The location is close to both Walt Disney world as well as Legoland. As well as being surrounded by plenty of beautiful golf courses. The kids loved playing and swimming in the beautiful pool. The house was meticulously maintained as well as extremely clean. We will definitely be rebooking here for our next vacation. Would highly recommend staying here for the perfect family vacation!

Great weekend!

Would definitely recommend this place. Great weekend getaway. Place was clean and loved that it was pet friendly. It was a great centralized location for my family with us being in South Florida and my kids in college in North Florida. If you are looking for a place to relax all weekend this is it. Beautiful Publix store for all your grocery needs across the street and the hibachi place in that plaza was pretty good too. This is definitely on our list of places to stay at again.

Fantastic Rental

This vacation rental is the perfect choice for families with children. It has everything a family could want - spacious living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and best of all, plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. The property has a great swimming pool, and a variety of games and toys to keep the kids busy. The host was also very accommodating, providing us with recommendations for nearby attractions and kid-friendly restaurants. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property to families looking for a fun and relaxing vacation.

It was a really nice stay me and my friends had a nice time, Only thing is there were 3 roaches that appeared in our stay that we simply took care of but maybe could be something looked into since it is summer bugs do tend to come out more Rooms were nice, living space was nice Beautiful kitchen and love the laundry room I also do suggest there be in some kind of written bold text of where it could specify the rules of the heater because as I booked it just said pool/heater and no where did it say I had to ask 24 hours in advance again not upset just pointing out a few things that could help this place tune out better for other guests Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed it very much Thank you :)

Amazing family vacation!

The best family vacation in this home!!! The location was quiet, family friendly, close to groceries, restaurants, and shopping centre, and about 20-30 minutes to Disney. The pool area had great privacy, and my kiddos had a blast with the bin of water toys, floaties, goggles and lifejackets. The home was clean, and we loved that it had 2 wings of the house, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom at the front of the home, and then 2 bedrooms with en suites at the back of the home which gives great space and privacy when traveling with another family. The hosts were lovely, and always replied in a prompt manner to any questions we had. We will definitely be booking this home for all of our future Florida trips!

Beautiful spot

We loved staying here for our visit to Florida. The home was clean and was decorated tastefully which made it feel like a home away from home. We were very comfortable here. The convenience of the pool right in our backyard was great and our 3 children were in it every single day. W The location was ideal as it offered close proximity to any day trips we wanted to take such as Disney, Legoland, etc. while offering peace and quiet from the neighborhood itself that we could relax when we were not checking out the attractions. We will be back!

Home away from home!

I loved my vacation at this wonderful home in Davenport! Very clean, and nicely decorated! Perfect for a large family (4 bedrooms!) or two couples with kids! I love how the master and one room with bunks (both with ensuite bathrooms), is separated from the other 2 bedrooms that share their own common bath. Gives everyone space to relax! The pool was fantastic and we made great use of it. It was a relaxing home away from home - so close to Disney and tons of shopping! I would definitely recommend a vacation stay here.

Super clean, great location!

We loved our stay in this super clean and updated house! It is close to many amenities, Disney especially, which our kids loved. The house had pool toys, a water table and everything we needed to entertain our kids. The pool heat was perfect and we could swim night or day. The kitchen had new appliances and was extremely clean. The bed linens were also updated and we loved how modern and bright the house was. We look forward to a return visit!

Wonderful Vacation Home

I really wanted to give this home a 5-star rating. The home is so clean and is fully stocked for your vacation. There is no need to bring anything with you for preparing meals. They literally have everything you need. The neighborhood is very quiet, aside from a bit of noise from contractors working on the home next door, which honestly was minimal and kept to daytime hours. I was really impressed and the owners definitely deserve kudos. They have done an incredible job with their home. Vacasa was also amazing to deal with. Having never booked through this company, I was pleasantly surprised. Their communication was great from the start and it was nice that they have an app to manage your reservation as well. The only reason for my 4-star rating is because we did have an issue where when we arrived one of the toilets had a broken handle and it was not dealt with during our stay. Even though Vacasa itself is great, the local team fell short in this situation. I'm sad, as truly this home and Vacasa deserve a 5-star. Hopefully this is just an anomaly and not representative of what normally happens. We would definitely stay at this home again.

One to Miss

We have been renting vacation properties every year in Florida for the past 10 years and this was the first time we have rented from a corporate owner. And it will be the last. From the start they were unable to give clear and precise instructions on entry into the house, we had to work it out from what they gave us. The furnishings were in poor condition; inside the breakfast table had 3 of the 4 legs supported by drink mats and the glass coffee table only had 3 of the 4 legs in contact with the floor - an accident waiting to happen! One of the bar stools was broken and could not be used. The sliding doors to the lanai were blocked with dirty 4 inch x 2 inch pieces of timber. The blinds at the windows have not been maintained and either failed to operate as they should or were very difficult to use. Outside, the small pool side table was covered with algae as were 2 of the sun loungers and could not be used. The house had only been superficially cleaned as there was a lot of dirt around the skirting boards, behind the TVs and the windows were filthy. Our experience has been that owners provide leaflets or brochures on places of interest or places to go; here there was nothing. The alarm system became an annoyance as it beeped every time an outside door was opened, and the full alarm went off if the door was left open for more than a minute. While this may be a safety feature with families with children it was contradicted by the risks inside of the glass table, breakfast table and bar stool.
