 Koe ainutlaatuinen Tahoe-loma tässä aivan uudessa ylellisyystilassa. Kiinteistössä on kaikki lomakeskuksen mukavuudet, sisäuima-allas, sauna, höyryhuone, mediahuone, poreallas biljardipöytä foosball ja hissi liikkumisen helpottamiseksi tässä suuressa kartanossa. Ja voit käydä paljain jaloin kartanon ympärillä lattiat lämmitettäessä hydraulisesti.

Kävele portaita ylös tai siirry hissillä tilavaan suureen huoneeseen, joka on maalattu viileällä minttu- ja laventelinvärillä, ja huokoisilla ikkunoilla on näkymät taivaallisten vuoristojen rinteille.


Soita pianoa tässä jättiläisessä hienossa huoneessa, jossa on massiivinen kivitakka. Tai nauti biljardipöytä ja katsele suurta 52 "taulutelevisiota

Käänny olohuoneesta kohti suurta keittiön aluetta ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettujen applikoiden kanssa. Tämä keittiö, jossa on 5 polttoliesi, on varustettu kaikilla tarvikkeilla, joita haluat tehdä poissa kotoa.

Nauti vuoristomaisemista omalta parvekkeelta tilavassa pääkuningashuoneessa. Tässä sviitissä on suuri kuningatar vuodesohva rentoutuakseen. Kaksipuolinen takka antaa ylimääräistä lämpöä ja tunnelmaa sekä makuuhuoneessa että kylpyhuoneessa. Kylpyhuoneessa on iso erillinen suihku ja poreallas sekä vaatehuone.


Yhden hengen sviitti on toinen sviitti, jossa on 2 queen-vuodetta ja pyörätuolilla varustettu kylpyhuone isoäitille.

Loput 5 makuuhuonetta ja 3 kylpyhuonetta ovat ylimmässä kerroksessa. Hissillä on helppo liikkua tähän kerrokseen. Kaikissa huoneissa on taulu-tv DVD-soittimella. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on myös oma lämmittimen termostaatti.

Pohjakerroksessa on liuskekivillä kaakeloitu ja myös vesilämmityksen lämmittämä uima-allashuone, jossa on suuri 20 x 24 sisäuima-allas, sauna ja höyrysuihku ja puoli kylpy. Suuri 7 miehen kylpytynnyri sijaitsee aivan uima-altaan huoneen ulkopuolella kannella, joka johtaa myös keittiöön / ruokailutilaan.

Allasalueelta kävele alaspäin sitten media perhehuoneeseen, jossa on märkä baari, takka ja 106 "elokuvanäyttö. Huoneen keskellä on täysikokoinen biljardipöytä. Nauti elokuvista 11 lepotuolissa. Tämä voi toimia myös esitysten kannalta, jos suunnittelet yrityksen vetäytymistä etuoikeutetuille ryhmille tai videoesityksiä perheen yhdistämisten aikana.

Easter vacation

Overall our stay at this location was great! The house is roomy for everyone! The house needed some cleaning. Not sure if it was because not enough time for cleaning but it seemed like things were definitely missed. The kitchen area lack some needed items so we went out and bought some tea towels, and other essentials. Other than that, we loved are stay and would stay here again.

Beautiful House to have a good time

We rented this house for our annual family reunion, Very spacious, many bathrooms and rooms, our teenagers loved the movie theater, large kitchen with the basics to cook, plenty of places to sit to eat, many stairs, a little tired when you don't have condition or for the elderly, has an elevator, large pool with clean water, I would have liked the jacuzzi to be inside, the house is "clean" I think those who clean can put a little more attention to small details; communication with the owner is fabulous he explains in detail everything you occupy to know, with patience, quickly responds, we hope to return soon

Disappointed Stay: Unheated Pool and Maintenance Issues

We recently stayed at this property in Tahoe and were quite disappointed with our experience. One of the main reasons we chose this house was the advertised indoor heated pool, and sauna but to our surprise, neither was not heated during our stay. This was extremely frustrating as it was a key feature we were looking forward to. Additionally, several thermostats in the house were not working initially, which made it difficult to regulate the temperature in some areas. Although the issue was eventually resolved by changing the batteries, this was another inconvenience we hadn't anticipated. Overall, the lack of a functioning heated pool and the thermostat issues overshadowed our stay. It felt like the property wasn’t properly maintained to meet the expectations set by the listing. We hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

FUN, huge, clean, convenient, and beautiful!

The house was big enough for our family reunion. It had plenty of gathering spaces, inside and out, a great kitchen with everything you'd need, and seven fantastic bedrooms with bathrooms attached. The indoor pool was perfect for anyone but mostly the children used it -- just one more thing to do at the house! If we weren't at the house, Pope Beach is 10 minutes away with convenient parking which was a big deal since we had lots of little ones and the water itself is steps away from the lot. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in communicating with Dennis. He was prompt, thorough, and clear which made for a smooth renting experience. I rent every summer for our big group from various homes and Dennis has provided the easiest line of communication. I didn't have many questions and there were no issues while staying at his place, but it was nice knowing he'd be available if anything did pop up. I highly recommend this home. I look forward to staying again sometime very soon! The amenities themselves are worth the stay, the roominess is awesome, and the location is fantastic.

Great location, a little rough around the edges

This is an amazing location for exploring south Tahoe. There are trails everywhere, even right from the house. It is a large house and well set up for large groups: lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, and a nice big dining room table. This rental has tons of potential but seems to be falling in disrepair. For instance, their blinds have been breaking and they seem to have decided to just *remove* the broken ones and not replace them. This, plus the fact that they do not have fans for every bedroom means the house *cooks* when there is any sort of heatwave. No A/C, which I get given that it is usually temperate in this area. But being unwilling to purchase enough fans for every bedroom and the living room is a little uncool.

I sent pictures to owners about the conditions I was dissatisfied with. Owner advised us not to put anything larger than a "grain of rice" in sink garbage disposal. Icemaker was frozen solid and remained inoperable during6-day stay. Decks were covered with forest debris. Deck chairs expelled rust colored water onto pants.Fireplace pilot light was left on resulting in hot glass. Overall cleanliness was lacking. No fans in each room as promised. Some had broken base. MB room lamp broken. Window screens were torn or separating,

The perfect property for the perfect weekend!

Dealing with the owner Dennis was a breeze. We spoke on the phone prior to check-in to run through the home. He was very professional and was there to help with anything we needed. The property was perfect and suited us well. I highly recommend it!

The homes is full of amenities such as suana, hot tub, heated pool, pool table, theater and elevator. Owner was very responsive to needs. Large family suited for stay. Love that there’s a hill on side of house that kids can play, sleds, build snowman right outside! No need to go to snow park although there’s a tubing place within 10 mins. Place could use updated beds, sheets as it’s a little smelly. Bring your linens if staying awhile. Kitchen silverware needs to be restocked. Overall it’s great if you don’t expect perfection. I would use again if we have another extended family getaway.

Best Stay in Tahoe so far

My family and I visit Tahoe every year and pick a different house each time we stay. This was by far the best and we'll be here again next year. Communication with Dennis was very easy, check-in was really easy. The grocery and other stores are only a 10 minute drive away. Door dash and Instacart are readily available. 2 sets of washer and dryers, 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. The adults enjoyed the pool table and kids enjoyed the heated pool. Everyone enjoyed the Theatre room. The heated floors was the chef's kiss. Thanks Dennis, we'll be back.

The house worked very well for our family. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The biggest hit was the pool table so much fun! The carpets needed to be cleaned and I ended up washing the one bedspread.

South Tahoe Family and Friend Time

We came up for the weekend and had a wonderful time at the property. Cabin was spacious and the kids had plenty of options to keep them entertained all weekend. I would stay at this property again for future trips. Host was easy to contact, very responsive, and polite.

First the elevator- this was a critical reason why we chose this house, and the fact that it didn’t go to the first floor without someone running downstairs to call it, combined with the fact that there were no lights in the elevator, made it extremely uncomfortable for our FOUR elderly guests over the age of 70. This was a critical problem with our stay, and our relatives risked injury on the stairs often, rather than use the dark, inconvenient elevator. This was most disappointing. 2. Many windows do not have screens. The lack of AC turned out to be ok, so long as we could open the windows at night. But we couldn’t open all the windows. For this reason, screens are critical. 3. We replaced the non-working flame starters with a new one, and left it for your next renters. 4. The dishwashers were incredibly difficult to load, and constantly tipped over as you tried to load them. The rollers/ tracks did not work at all, and the silverware trays fell over constantly. 5. The stove and grill lighters did not work. We had to constantly light each burner with a flame starter each time. In short, this is not a good vacation property

Large open space

Large open space, good for large gathering. Home was not in very good condition and not as described in photos. Owner shared pool table felt was recently torn, but usable. It was not usable, and the felt in very bad condition. Foosball table in pool area was very rusty and dirty, unusable. Carpet in home is very stained and worn. Entry Mat had holes in it and wood furniture worn. Not a great first impression. Drapes were removed with paint where hardware was not touched up. Owner shared Stove top didn’t light unless you had a lighter. Owner shared garbage hadn’t been picked up yet. Still wasn’t picked up after we left. With all that said, the home is great for those who want to have a party and don’t care how clean it is. Owner was very nice and communicated as we needed him. While he shared some of the issues, it was much worse than he described. There should be a reduced price based on the condition of the home. Beautiful setting in a very private neighborhood. We would recommend if some of these items were attended to.

Large Home with Parking for 7 Cars

Nice home with plenty of room for all. Had a few questions and owner ( Dennis) was quick to respond and help us out. Our family loves Sand Harbor and other beaches along the lake so we were gone most the day. Nights were pleasant with use if fans thru out the home. Kitchen stocked with all thats necessary and huge table to seat all.
