Kauniisti suunniteltu, kolmen kerroksen koti, jossa on upeat mukavuudet, täydellinen paikka toimia kotisi perustana Tahoe-järvellä. Suuressa huoneessa on upea parkettilattia, jota täydentävät useita ranskalaisia ovia. Tämä koti on loistava viihdyttämiseen kostealla baarilla, kahdella viinikapteenilla ja keggeratorilla + oluthanalla.

Mökki sisältää kaikki mukavuudet, jotka haluat viettää aikaa Tahoessa ystävien ja perheen kanssa. Takapiha on sekä täysin aidattu että valtava (12 000 neliömetriä paljon), joten se on loistava sekä lapsille että koirille. Takaapäin on suuri puinen kansi, heiluva loveseat-tuoli, 6 hengen kylpytynnyri, valtava 7-polttimen Weber BBQ ja tupakoitsija, ulkona oleva ruokapöytä, jossa 6 tuolia ja maissinreiän ja tikkaapallon sarjat (pelit). Kauniit korkeat mäntypuut osoittavat myös takapihan. Usein kesällä, huolimatta kaikesta Tahoen tarjonnasta, voimme rentoutua ja pelata takapihalla koko viikonlopun.

Siellä on myös kahden auton autotalli, joka on helppo lastata / purkaa.

Jos haluat päästä eroon tekniikasta, se on helppoa. Mutta jos haluat kodin mukavuudet, siellä on uusi 41 tuuman taulutelevisio, jossa on Netflix ja HBO Go, Nest-termostaatti ja nopea Wifi nopeudella 100mb / s Apple Extreme -reitittimen kautta (jopa 802. 11ac / n). Apple TV on kytketty olohuoneen stereoihin, joten suoratoista musiikkia langattomasti mistä tahansa iOS-laitteesta kaiuttimiin tai liitä laite aux-kaapeliin soittaaksesi musiikkia muulla kuin iOS-laitteella.

Amazing location and property

We had such a great trip with our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and be together. It was a great location - close to everything - and a beautiful house. The host was amazing and very helpful as well! It is the perfect spot to stay.

Short family trip

The house offered more than we expected. Every person in the 15-person group and dog had a comfortable sleeping arrangement. The house had full accommodations for our 2 nights stay. It was snowing and we stayed in the whole time except for grocery run which was very close. We loved it!

Outstanding Long Weekend Getaway

Chose Tahoe for my bachelor party. Everything about this VRBO rental added to our memorable trip. Latitude 39 is clean, spacious, cozy, and perfect for any large group. The backyard and great room are second to none. The location is great, walkable to plenty in South Lake Tahoe. Would definitely stay here again someday.

Extremely convenient location, exactly as described

We were two families of four (plus two dogs) meeting after Christmas to ski. Loved how close it was to restaurants, groceries, and to Heavenly. It was also plenty big for three teens, one elementary schooler, and four adults. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to cook in. The backyard was lovely and quiet, the hot tub was in good condition, and we loved the Galanter & Jones heated furniture.Communication was terrific; we appreciated the signage at the house and the helpful guide to the area from the owners.I really appreciate how careful and exact the description was. Nothing was a surprise, and everything was honestly just a bit nicer than we expected. Would return.

Fantastic house we loved staying in during the Blizzard of 2024! Spacious well appointed and spotless with tons of room for our group of 11 friends! Friendly host and enjoyed every minute of the 5 feet of snow!

Overall this was a very nice property. However, it was not air conditioned and we happened to pick a week when the weather was unusually very hot (in the 90's) which made it very uncomfortable for sleeping. The kids enjoyed the bocci court and the bags game and were able to run around in the fenced yard to their hearts content.

I rented for my daughters 30th birthday. The property was amazing for everyone including children and grandparents. Everyone had something to do here. It’s set up great for entertaining and the back yard was great for outdoor games and fun!!!

Yard was great. Great room was spacious. Having the trailer park across the street was odd. Good location from our venue. House was well stocked When asked to check in an hour early the rate was $75/hour. Wow

Exceptional Property in SLT

Latitude 39 was the perfect decision for our group of 12 spending July 4th on the lake. The property is more spacious than the photos make it out to be, and everything is set up perfectly for hanging out both indoors and in the backyard. Its location is ideal for boat rentals, beach access, proximity to bars and cafes, and getting to the trails. Can't recommend it enough!

Family reunion

This property is ideal for large groups/large families. There were 13 of us, and everyone had a bed. We loved the great room with the large dining table. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you can possibly imagine. And, the backyard is fabulous with the fire pit, heated chairs and games to play. The owner, Evan, was very accommodating and easy to work with. We would definitely rent this property again.

Family ski trip

We chose this property to bring our family together for a wonderful family ski trip. Three generations from four states and this setting allowed ample parking, sleeping, has a wonderful kitchen for cooking, and a cozy den for early morning coffee. The great room was perfect to watch movies, play trivial pursuit, games of any kind, and just hang out. We were only 15 minutes from heavenly ski and there are lots of great eateries nearby. The host was attentive to my questions and has set up a perfect place for enjoying Tahoe. Highly recommend! Thanks again

Easter weekend

Our arrival came early, which for a fee we were given early access. There were nine of us and a dog. Exploring all the rooms and sleeping options was a fun task. All the amenities were great, had everything we needed in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Evan and Marti were attentive and very nice. The only downside was that the amount of snow made the backyard inaccessible, which was a huge reason for choosing the place. We were looking forward for the dog and all of us to have a place to play outside. The bocce ball, corn hole, jacuzzi, grill and deck would have been lots of fun. We would absolutely book this lovely home again in a heartbeat.

It was a nice big place that accommodated us

Even was great, not as responsive to VRBO messages but did respond quickly to phone calls. The property was spacious and evething you needed for the stay was provided. The BBQ was not cleaned, or the utensils for the BBQ, that was unpleasant, because our plan was to have burgers the first night. Also first morning for breakfast and having coffee we need to re wash most coffee mugs and many of the plates. This was a bit disappointing being we were required to pay a high cleaning fee. It's close to the main road and to shopping etc. The house is beautiful, well equipped with everything you need, games, towels, washers and dryers, kitchen has everything you will need, spices, oils, etc. that's a nice feature. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice big house with lots of rooms and awesome backyard!

We rented this place for our wedding with family. Overall was great! Really nice big house and the backyard is what sold us on it. The owner is really nice. HIs property managers not so much. I would just be aware that it is across the street from a trailer park which to be fair didn't cause us any problems but it is there. Also, the check in and check out times weren't very accommodating for our group. So be aware of those. Lastly lots of rules in this place. Some might be city ordinances and some owner request. Again, nice place and great backyard but just a few little tidbits to be aware of.

A great girls getaway

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO‘s over the past few years and I have to say this was one of the best. First of all the overall cleanliness of this house was amazing. From walking around on hardwood and carpet floors barefooted to the cleanliness of the bathrooms to the bedding. You just felt like the cleaning crew does an amazing job as we had just checked in hours after some other group had checked out. It is a great location and easy access to so many wonderful places to eat. Barely 8 minutes from the Beacon which is an absolute must for the view and great cocktails! Any concerns we had regarding the house were answered quickly from our wonderful host Evan. The house is cozy, the backyard is absolutely awesome, the fireplaces are so nice to have (both gas), the beds were so comfy, the kitchen was great to have more than one cook in (Although Except for breakfast we ate out almost every meal). The sound system was easy enough to connect to and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The rules may seem a little strict but we were so busy that by the end of every day we were more than ready to be indoors for quiet time by 10 PM LOL! The house is across the street from a mobile home park but it should be noted that it in no way takes away from the beauty and coziness of this house. First of all when you’re in the house all you notice is the amazing backyard view, all the trees, and the beauty of the great room that we spent most of our time in. There were nine of us women and the bedroom situation seem to fit perfectly for all of us plus there are so many different ways to accommodate any extras and yet we all still had privacy. We will definitely return to Lake Tahoe and stay at this property again. Evan puts together an itinerary for different types of groups that are staying at his property and while we didn’t follow everything in the girls weekend itinerar considering the time of year that we were there we did enjoy a vintage boat wine cruise on Lake Tahoe, an escape room, The Pourhouse, Breakfast at the Red Hut, dinner at the Riva Grill, drinks and appetizers at Azul, a little bit of gambling at Harrah’s and definitely cocktails in the restaurant on the top of Harvey’s for a great view of the lake. And last but not least a hike to Vikingsholm castle with a beautiful view of Emerald Bay. Also just a quick note this property is just minutes away from a TJ Maxx should you buy so much stuff you need to get an extra bag to get it all home 😊 as we did.

House nice . Too many warnings regarding fines associated with the property. Couldn’t use the fire pit as remote looked very damaged and didn’t want to get blamed for it . Patio door sticks very hard to secure. TV remote locked up so we couldn’t use the TV on the last day,

Perfect Location and Space!

My friends and I were so happy with this house for our trip to Tahoe! Great location and it looks even better in person. It had all of the amenities we could want.

After 4 seasons of renting this cabin for the entire ski season, I grew to love the place so much that, in 2014, I purchased it for myself! I love Lake Tahoe and spend much of the winters there, when I'm not in San Francisco. I hope you'll grow to love the place too.

We rented this home every winter for 5 years before purchasing it, and we've spent much of the years since vacationing in the home ourselves. Throughout that time, we've meticulously and thoughtfully taken note of every way the home could be improved for visitors, and overhauled nearly every detail of the home as a result.

We strive to make it the perfect place for any group of family, friends or coworkers to visit Tahoe, and once you step inside, you'll agree.

My property is the perfect place for a large group. It's large and can accommodate big groups, without being an enormous maze of rooms that feel isolating. It's quiet and has a relaxing backyard, but amenities, restaurants, bars and stores are mere steps from the front door. And it's been kept up well and outfitted with all the best finishings and home technology to make your stay as classy and fun as possible.
