Home Away From Home

I don't think there was one thing that was not provided in this property. We loved our trip to Nashville and this VRBO just made it that much more enjoyable. We used Lyft a few times to get downtown, quick and cheap compared to paying for parking. And its a quick ride to the airport. You can't go wrong staying here.

This was a nice place to stay. Everything was as described, except for the bed. It slopes to the middle. But we enjoyed everything else and had no other complaints. We would consider coming back here.

Great Stay For a Visit to Nashville!

This property was perfect for our 4 night stay while visiting all the Nashville sites. A nice clean well equipped space to retreat to at the end of our long crazy days. So nice and quiet, the cricket sounds at twilight were the loudest thing around! Super easy access to the Opryland area, restaurants and amenities. Only 15 min up the freeway to Downtown. We really appreciated the comfortable bed and bedding and that shower had fantastic pressure. Our host was awesome and checked in with us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. She let us know on our second night that traffic around Opryland might be heavy due to a show at the Opry featuring Garth Brooks. We were so excited and quickly managed to get last minute tickets thanks to her tip! We feel very fortunate to have found this great place - we will definitely return for any future visits. Thanks again Tammy!!

Quiet and comfortable

We have never used HomeAway before - so we were not quite sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised. Quiet, clean, nice amenities, comfortable bed - everything we needed, you thought of every detail a traveler might need, right down to the little condiments in the fridge!. Nice little kitchen that suited all our needs. Very easy access to Briley Parkway. Only suggestion for improvement would be to raise the shower head. I am 5'6" and I had to duck slightly to rinse my hair. My husband is 6'7" and it hit him chest high. I think if you raised it as high as it would go, or perhaps went with a rain head - it would offer a little more room and be more comfortable for taller people. Overall, great stay, great experience. We would stay there again.

Would definitely go back!

My husband and I have stayed in several vacation rentals over the years, but this one, by far, was one of the nicest. The only items that could have been better was the shower head being too low (I'm 5'4") and the mattress might be considered too soft for some people, but these were so minor compared to how well the property is decorated and kept up. Not only were the necessities provided for, but Tammy pays attention to the details and seems to treat her guests as she would want to be treated when she travels. Before even arriving, we appreciated how smoothly the booking went, the promptness of answers to our questions, and the information that was provided on the area ranging from places to eat and hear live music, to grocery and drugstores. The rental was super clean and on entering the rental, we were greeted with water bottles, granola bars, and yogurt to get us started until we could get to the grocery store. The neighborhood was quiet but with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. We would love to stay here again the next time we're in Nashville. Tammy, thanks for making our stay so wonderful that we didn't want to leave!

The property was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. We didn’t use the laundry although it was available to us. The kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t cook much but it was nice to know it was available to us if we wanted to do more. The bathroom is a good size and there were lots of towels. There was soap, shampoo and conditioner provided as well as some toilet paper.Tammy is an amazing host. She truly wanted us to be as comfortable as possible right from the beginning, even before we arrived. Communication with her was easy. We loved all the little touches throughout.

This is a perfect place to stay for a single person or a couple. It's close to everything without being too close to the congested and expensive downtown area. It was quiet and I liked that there is a private outside area to relax if the weather is nice, or enjoy a meal if you want to. The host of this property is very kind, responds quickly if you have questions, and takes extra care to address any special needs you might have if possible. The bed (mattress) is very comfortable and the room has natural light, or the option to keep it in more of a room darkening mode if that is your preference.

Excellent Place to Stay!

This property was just right for my wife and me. Great location for the areas of Nashville we wanted to get to (it is not super far from anywhere really). Tammy was a fine host and had the place ready for us and very clean. We wanted a place with the highest rating - found this property and stayed at it - and will give the same high rating. We will plan to stay again in the future. It isn't huge - but fine for the two of us. Good neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Perfect!

What a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is perfect for 2 people, and has everything anyone could possibly need. It is beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The laundry room, covered patio and parking are incredibly convenient, and no steps is a huge bonus! It’s in the suburbs, but close to the highway and a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Tammy is an amazing hostess. She clearly cares about her property and her visitors. We loved taking with her and highly recommend this apartment!

Stay was wonderful. Private, comfy bed, all the conveniences. Tammy is wonderful and we had some great talks on the porch overlooking the backyard. I would recommend. BTW VRBO does not let you look at all words you type in this section on cell so not sure how this will come out. recommend. overloo backyard

Traveling with the band was hard we would get so tired of not having comforts of home.
When I travel I need a comfortable bed and good pillows.
I want quiet walls, windows and ceilings .

I don’t want to be charged for snacks, water, coffee /tea, tums, bandaids or a can of soup etc. because I am a “guest” not the owners ATM.

A good guest always takes care of everything from the towels to the floors. If an accident happens it’s ok, tell me. I’m reasonable.

Close to biketrail 2.5 miles. Rent and peddle the Greenway to Downtown or just walk
