Uncorked Cottage on Rosemary Beachin pyhäkkö, joka täyttää korkeimmat odotuksesi täydellisestä rantalomasta! Ammattimaisesti sisustettu lattiasta kattoon, tämä ominaisuus tarjoaa eleganssia ja luokkaa. Löydät vaaleita värejä ja moderneja rannan aksentteja, kuten ajopuuta, korkkia ja merikeltoja.

Uncorked-mökissä on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 3. 5 kylpyhuonetta, joihin mahtuu 8 henkeä. Perfect in every way!

This was perfect for our family of 5. We lived on the front porch. Coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. The office nook in the master was the perfect quiet spot for my high school Senior to take her 3 hour ACT practice exam.

Very nice Rosemary property with great location

We enjoyed this property which is our third stay in Rosemary. The green space in front is great with a superb front porch for relaxing. The one space in the garage was nice too in keeping the car out of the hot sun. 8 minute walk to the beach and 2-3 minutes from all the Rosemary shops and restaurants. Would like to have seen certain drawers and knobs in the kitchen in better repair.

Beautiful Home - Tiny Hiccups

The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and well outfitted. There were a few hiccups - the electronic bolt didn't work on the front door, so we could only use the back door - and this prevented us from getting in the house by about an hour.A few of the appliances need to be updated - the coffee maker is just about ready to go and required finese and patience to operate, there is only one "very old" hair dryer in the 4 bedroom house, and just 5 hangers in the entire house.There are no beach towels on property - which is odd given this a a vacation beach house. Travel with huge towels is inconvenient.A normal car is difficult to park in the garage with extremely narrow door opening, and the second parking slot is unusable as loaded with storage from the house. No remote garage door opener provided, so someone always needed to jump out, run around the house to open the garage door. When other guests arrived for carriage rental, they blocked us in by simply parking on the pad outside the two garage doors.When I offered these suggestions to the management company, they responded that we should have called to let the company know while we were there. I say, you should have the house ready for guests before they arrive. (Come on, reviews going back years have the same comments and complaints).Don't be deterred from renting this wonderful home, just set expectations properly with the management company right away. (They were very prompt to respond).

Cute spot and fun time in Rosemary.

The house is very cute and looks like the pictures. Loved the wood paneled walls in the bedrooms and neutral decor. Like all rental properties, a little wear and tear. We arrived to learn the master shower pan was leaking but the owners/ property manager were great to communicate with and helped resolve the issue as best they could on short notice which was appreciated. We’d stay here again. Great set up for two families with kids on the top floor. Love the Sonos - a nice bonus.

A couple of issues we had with the house were:The front/back door handle really hurts when you open them. They need to find a different kind of handle. Every single person hurt their hand when opening the doors. Second, more installation needs to be added to hide noise. We could hear evert footstep in the house. Other than that it was fabulous!!

Beautiful cottage with great furnishings and fantastic location. Rental company responded promptly to our calls concerning the hot water. Unfortunately all they could do was turn up the temp on the hot water heater. It was just 2 staying and we barely got through 2 QUICK showers a night. Hopefully the owners will address this as this is the only reason we would not return...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house itself, room sizes, and location were great. There are things that are broken from wear and tear that I think property management needs to fix and update. The kitchen sink faucet completely fell apart at first use, all kitchen cabinet hinges are very loose and are about to fall off, and one actually did in the middle of the night. There was a missing cabinet front for the pull-out trash, just general maintenance issues. It is also time for the kitchen and bathrooms to be updated. The master suite was a good size and the porch was lovely. Awesome Girls’ Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a cute home! My 3 daughters and I had a great experience for our Girls’ getaway to celebrate my oldest daughter's 40th birthday. The location was perfect for us to walk to restaurants, the beach, shopping and the spa. Location was important because we flew in and did not even need a rental car. We used the bikes at the house to go to Alys Beach (and beyond) or took an Uber. We’ve stayed in Rosemary several times and just love the “vibe” here. The house was so clean and the king beds were very comfortable. A couple of the bathrooms could use some updating and not quite enough silverware but we ate out at the fabulous restaurants so cooking wasn’t really involved much with this trip. Overall the house was perfect for us and I would definitely recommend the “Uncorked Cottage”. Their management staff was “spot on” with everything. They assisted us with getting beach chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach and we’re very helpful with other requests as well. They were great! Can’t wait to plan our next trip to Rosemary!

Lovely Rosemary Home

We have stayed in many homes in Rosemary and this one didn’t disappoint. Was nice have two bedrooms with king beds on the second floor. Master bedroom is great with tons of space, storage and big closet. The second master has less storage with small closet and dresser but it worked. The bunk room is on the 3rd floor. Super spacious with 4 twin beds. It has its own mini split AC which was running a little got the first night but the repair guy came first thing in the morning and it worked great after that. It was nice having a house with AC in the summer as it can be a little humid. Appreciated having 4 bikes available to us. It would be helpful to have a keypad on the garage or an opener so someone doesn’t have to jump out and open it every time you come and go but not a huge deal. Only negative I will say is the 9am check out. Little too early in my opinion. The cleaners arrived at 830am and we had tell them we would be out at 9am, which we were. This is a beautiful home! Nice quieter location in RM but close to everything. Home is well stocked with starter supplies. Love the decor and love the flag on the front porch! Would definitely rent this home again! Thank you for sharing it with our family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect getaway! The host were so friendly and accommodating. Actually I feel like they went above and beyond. We arrived early from the airport with several large suitcases.. We had several hours before check-in and the host not only let us keep our luggage at the office, but they even drove it to the house so that our luggage would be there when we were ready to check in. The house was so beautiful and the area was perfect! Everything was clean and inviting. I couldn’t get over how charming and grand the house felt. The architecture was like a mixture of New Orlenas, European. It was just a short walk to all the restaurants and boutiques. We took advantage of the bicycles and enjoyed exploring all around. There were plenty of swimming pools available and I think we tried every one of them! We hired a mobile message therapist to come to the home and she set her table up on the covered porch upstairs. This was a perfect location! The therapist had calming music playing in the backgroud and the entire expierence left us in a state of serenity. During our stay we took an Airboat adventure tour. This too was well worth the expierence. The scenery was breathtaking and we were able to see an alligator and a dolphin. We were dying to try some crab cakes and heard lot’s of great reviews from a nearby place. During our stay the place was not open and we were so disapointed. We called to see if they would be opened at all during our short stay and the owner came to open it just for us to get their famous crab cakes! Unbelievable! The crab cakes were AMAZING! Trust me! We honestly felt so pampered by everyone from the moment we arrived. This was a vacation that we will not forget and I highly recommend it to everyone!
