Villa Belizen mökki muistuttaa Välimeren tyylistä huvilaa, jossa on valkoiset kipsiseinät ja katot altistuneiden hirsirakenteiden yläpuolella. Toscanan takka on tilava alakerran keskipiste - kaikki oleskelu-, ruokailu- ja keittiötilat liittyvät yhteen, ja ne voivat majoittaa useita keskusteluryhmiä samanaikaisesti. Tila ulottuu ulkona katetulle ruokailualueelle, joka näyttää alas suihkulähde-terassille, jota itse ympäröi trooppinen puutarha. Katettu parveke päämakuuhuoneesta yläkerrassa laajentaa koko talon leveyttä ja tarjoaa näkymän puiden reunustamalle rantakadulle itään vihreälle. The beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean and its close proximity to the pool and the beach was perfect. We loved walking to get coffee every morning and dinner in the evening. We were there at such a quiet time of year so the beach was empty and the restaurants didn’t have a wait. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone! The rental company was great to work with as well!

Perfect cozy getaway for five adults and a baby

We spent a week at Belize Cottage in February and couldn’t be happier with our stay. The house is very cozy and homey and is in an ideal location within Rosemary Beach. A very short walk to the beach, the pool, shops, and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave!

The location was excellent, and the home was welcoming. Everything was clean, communication was easy and we were able to get in and out without any trouble. The only thing we would have changed is for the interior lighting to be brighter once it was nighttime. Our family enjoyed staying there!

Great time in a fabulous neighborhood

We were looking for a little getaway where we could do a lot of walking around and riding bikes. Rosemary Beach was the perfect spot for this - especially at the Belize Cottage. Literally steps from a large community pool and beach access, the accommodations are also a few blocks from restaurants, shops, and cafes. Property was extremely clean, well maintained, and comfortable for us 4 (with a 5 y/o and a toddler). We loved the bedroom balcony and large kitchen. It was our first time in the Rosemary Beach area, and would definitely return - especially when Belize Cottage is available.

Great location! Lovely decor! Has a nice outdoor sitting area with a water feature. Appreciate the nice toiletries that were provided! The queen beds in each room could have been a little more comfy and the primary bedroom could use an upgrade to a king size bed. Also, the main bath shower could use a deep clean. Great place and meticulously maintained! Management was organized and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved how it was so close to the beach walkovers, literally steps from Coquina pool, and a leisurely stroll to the town square for dinner and shopping. The kitchen is fully appointed and there was enough dish soap and laundry detergent provided for the whole week. I brought my own, but it wasn’t needed until the last day. The large porch was used most days for meals and to use the porch swing while drinking our evening tea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The trip was perfect! The April weather cooperated nicely, & the grounds are breathtaking. The people were very friendly. The unit was beautiful, comfortable, & fully equipped. We especially enjoyed the large open porch, complete with a swing.

Main complaint would be how THIN the walls are and that the bedrooms are all in a row so you can hear every single sound from every room which makes it feel like there’s no privacy as a couple. If you don’t mind that, then it’s a decent house for a small family. The pullout sofa is worn and not comfortable to sleep on, so I wouldn’t rent if you have more than 6.

Magical !

Surrounded by trees and Lined by patinated antique copper gas lanterns and a large outdoor porch with a dining table , this is the house you want to be at. The inside is filled with high end , carefully curated furniture creating the most cozy ambiance . The location is perfect - close enough to town to walk/bike to the Main Street, but just enough away so that it feels peaceful. Easy beach access from the house. Our favorite house in Rosemary !
