Rauhallinen, rantahotelli, jossa on telakka, joka on sisustettu puoli hehtaarin verran ja cedar metsä Davison Head on luonnollinen kauneus ja rauhallisuus. Cedar-kannelta, josta on näkymät eristäytyneelle Neil-lahdelle, voit kuulla kaljujen kotkien, sinisten haikaroiden ja kuninkaallisten äänet. Miellyttävä 15 minuutin kävelymatka vie sinut Roche Harborin satamaan ja lentokentälle, jossa voit nauttia ruokakaupasta, ostosmahdollisuuksista ja palkitusta ruokailusta. Talo on 20 minuutin ajomatkan päässä lauttasatamasta perjantaina.

Tilavassa päivänvalon kellarissa on pelihuone, jossa on biljardipöytä / pingispöytä, kortti- ja foosball-pöytä. Aivan ulkopuolella on polku yksityiseen kelluvaan telakkaan, jossa voi nauttia runsaasti vesiurheilumahdollisuuksia, kuten melontaa, melontaa ja standup-meloa.

Viimeistele päiväsi ihastuttavalla setri-kannella, josta on näkymät Neil Baylle. Merilinnut ja villieläimet tulevat varmasti helpottamaan rentouttavaa saaren elämäntapaa.

Wonderful Vacation House

The property management team was very responsive. Such an enjoyable stay, we will come back again!

This was place just as advertised and was great for our group. I will say the biggest downfall was that in the master bedroom there aren’t blinds for the windows above the bed which made it really hard for us to sleep because we’re sensitive to light in the morning. But aside from that I would absolutely recommend the place!

Truly a Paradise

Customer service was excellent. We enjoyed canoeing and kayaking off the dock (with our own boats), biking and walking into Roche Harbor and down to the isthmus for sunsets. Hikes at English and American Camps, Mt. Grant, and Mt. Finlayson were highlights. We recommend this property highly.

Thanksgiving celebrations

Thanksgiving is a special time in our family. We not only celebrate Thanksgiving, but two birthdays and a wedding anniversary as well. We have made the Roche Harbor area of San Juan Island a tradition over the past five years and normally it’s just our family of three, but this year we brought along three others, hence the need for a larger home. What a thrill it was to find this wonderful home available. We immediately felt relaxed and at home the moment we stepped inside. For a larger space than we are used to staying in, it was SO cozy. Communications with the property manager were very clear. Instructions were easy to follow and understand. The home was spotless and the amenities were as advertised. I would definitely recommend this for a party of six as we had.

Great Place to Relax and Enjoy the Island

We loved the personality of the home: the artwork, the wood floors and ceilings, the quality of everything that made it feel like we were staying with friends who trusted us with their home. It felt very private, but the views were lovely. There was plenty of room for us to spread out--even those who had to take a few work calls. We loved the outdoor deck and saw bioluminescence from the dock. All in all, a five-star experience!

Fun Weekend in the San Juans

This house was a lot bigger than I expected. The layout was perfect for our 4 couples. We were able to all have our own bathroom which is such a bonus when traveling. Kitchen was equipped for us to cook our meals. Thank you!

The best

This was our second time staying at this property, and it hopefully won’t be our last. Our family had the best time. The location is ideal (quiet, but still close to the harbor) and the home is spacious and quite comfortable. Owners are the sweetest people too. Love this place.

September Sibling Reunion

What fun we had in such a lovely environment! Our four-night stay consisted of a sibling/spouse get-together, including seven members of my family, mostly from the mid-west. The house was beautiful and perfect to allow plenty of time for varied interactions and also space for privacy. The grounds were attractive and the dock was fun. We were able to watch sunsets from the community beach and walk the pleasant neighborhood.

Loved our stay!

The house was perfect for us… We loved the clean, private, cozy house! The house had everything we needed. The dock was great too! We were able to catch fish and go for relaxing boat rides. We just might be back!

Perfect for Our Stay

Great place for our needs. The house was well maintained and worked very well for 3 adult couples. Very close to Roche which was part of what we were looking for. We were able to use the dock for our boat at the appropriate tides. Had a fabulous stay, including the deer in the yard!

Island journey

Overall we were delighted with the property and the ease of dealing with any minor issue. The management company was very responsive and prompt in resounding. It was a bonus to have a game room with ping pong, pool and fuse ball. Our suggestion is that there be fold up beach chairs or light weight chairs that could be taken to the dock to socialize and enjoy the view. Also, the kitchen could use more plastic, leftover containers and measuring utensils. Otherwise, it's a perfect place!

Wonderful San Juan Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kingfisher was a great place for the three couples in our group. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is a generous size and we had plenty of room to maneuver there to cook group meals. The only drawback for our group was the steep stairs down to the water and we decided against trying to get kayaks down to the dock to launch. But there was an area not far away available to park and launch from there. I highly recommend San Juan Property Management and the Kingfisher property. We'd love to go back!
