Kaikki uusi ja kaunis.

Kaunis mökki West Grand Traverse -lahdella, aivan Suttons Bayn ulkopuolella ja 18 kilometrin päässä Traverse Citystä. 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 kylpyhuonetta, vuodepaikkoja 6 (mutta voi tehdä jopa 8). Ilmastointi. Puu lattiat koko paitsi Makuuhuone (uusi matto) ja kylpyhuoneet (laatta) Upea mökki ja kaikki uudet (mukaan lukien keittiö, jossa välipalabaari, kauniit kalusteet, televisiot kaapelilla, vuodevaatteet ja laitteet) metsäisellä, kauniilla, 1. 5 hehtaarin verran yksityisissä tiloissa, 150 metrin päässä rannasta. Tutustu Leelanau-niemimaan upeisiin erilaisiin ravintoloihin (rento ja hieno), kirsikkapuistoihin, viinitiloihin, erinomaisiin ostosmahdollisuuksiin, pyöräilyyn, uimiseen, veneilyyn, kasinoihin, mäkiä tai maailmanluokan konserttiin Interlochenissa. Yhteensä rentoutumista!

Nauti viehättävä kylä Suttons Bay erinomaiset ravintolat, kaupat, elokuvateatteri, pankit, ja kirkkoja. Älä missaa Hop Lotia ja Martan eurooppalaista kahvilaa Suttons Bayssä. Leland (Fishtown) lyhyesti 15 minuutin ajomatka. Myös lähellä Northport ja Village järven Leelanau. Noin 35 minuutin ajomatkan päässä kaunis Sleeping Bear Dunes. 20 minuuttia ihana Traverse kaupungin kaikkia sen suuren keskustan ostosmahdollisuuksia ja ravintoloita. Piirakka Trail (kivetty pyöräilyreitti) alkaa Suttons Bay menee Traverse City. Plus Heritage Bike Trail Glen Arbor Sleeping Bear Dunes (tällä hetkellä, se on laajenemassa pohjoiseen kohti Leland).

Lovely, well managed lakefront property

Beautiful sunrises at this well furnished home. Everything you will need for a peaceful lake getaway. About 25 minutes to Traverse City and less than 10 minutes to Sutton Bay. Great options for foodies - Modern Bird and Wren.

Lovely house on the bay

This is the second time we have stayed at this special property. Quiet, with a lovely view of Grand Traverse Bay West. We like that it is fairly close to Sutton's Bay with all the fun, boutique-like shops. The house was impeccably clean and appointed to make a fresh, relaxing environment. A lot of love has gone into the house and grounds. Debbie is a wonderful, host--always helpful and accessible. Very upbeat, helpful, positive and cheerful in all her communications. I highly recommend with property for a truly relaxing, beautiful visit.

Paradise in Suttons Bay!

This is the most incredible home with an unmatched location on the bay. We had an amazing time enjoying every amenity it had to offer - lakeside bonfires, the game room, the sunrises, the proximity to the wineries, and so much more! The home is perfectly appointed with absolutely everything you need. Every detail is perfect!

Perfect location in Leelanau County

This house is fantastic. It has recently been renovated and is very nice. Everything you need is provided. The view is spectacular. Easy access to everything including TC. would definitely come back.

Absolutely, hands down an amazing place to stay. Everything we needed was right there. Debbie was a wonderful host. The house was spotless- and trust me - we are sticklers for that! We definitely plan on returning!!

Lovely location, perfect place for decompressing. Beautifully decorated home with all the essentials. Appreciated the new guest house with a game room available for renters to use. Debbie was a very attentive host and communicated in a timely manner. This is our second time and we will be back.

LOVED everything!

We truly loved our recent stay at Point Sunnyside Up! The location is beautiful, and we enjoyed exploring surrounding areas! The cottage was very clean, had lots of windows, and had a fresh and lovely decor. My husband and I loved the game room with all the possibilities for entertainment. The host, Deb, was very responsive, kind, and truly wanted to help make our stay enjoyable! She even offered a list of eateries that offered vegan options when we asked if there were planted-based menu items in the area. She's the best! We want to return!

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay. The house and grounds are beautiful. The home is newly remodeled - the best combination of sophisticated, comfortable, and coastal - perfect vacay vibe. The living room, kitchen and dining area are open and have a beautiful view of the water. The game/movie room was fantastic and gave the kids in our group (2 families) a great place to hang out early in the morning when others were sleeping in, and in the evening after being active all day. The house is stocked - lots of nice details and everything works - wood and marshmallow sticks for the fire pit, nice linens including beach towels, kayaks and paddle boards plus life jackets, bikes, board games and yard games. The dock was great too. The amenities make it super easy to enjoy the space. Our host was super responsive. Check in and check out were great. I truly have only good things to say.

Can’t Say Enough Good Things

This place is in a terrific location in a quiet area of Suttons Bay - on the West Bay water, close to Northport, Leland, Traverse City, Leelanau Village, and other points of interest. Everything is set up perfectly and the place is spotless. The owners have made available a propane grill, kayaks and paddleboards, life preservers, other floating toys, well maintained bicycles, and plenty of outdoor furniture. The air conditioning (if needed) works well, but the breezes coming in off the water do a nice job keeping the place comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil imaginable and all appliances are practically new. Can’t say enough good things about this one.

Great property with great host

We booked Memorial Day weekend since 2 people in our party were running the Bayshore Half Marathon. This property and our stay were nearly perfect. The attention to detail of Deb, the host, is amazing. The finishes were well done, furniture comfortable, high end amenities, and the beach/fire pit area had plenty of seating. The kids loved the game room and basically took over that space for the weekend. This was also one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The house is really far back from the road, quiet, private, and has the most amazing view. Kayaks and SUPs were down at the water, and a brand new dock makes using them easy. The only feedback I could provide that isn’t 100% positive is that the full bed is a bit of a tight squeeze for two people. But we made it work and everything else more than made up for it. Thanks, Deb, for an awesome weekend!

Best Summer Vacay Spot in Sutton's Bay

This home exceeded my expectations! It was extremely well kept, clean with all the bells and whistles. I brought a few odd kitchen tools (as I love to cook) but found a well stocked kitchen with glass pie pans, meat tenderizer, insulated lidded wine cups, etc etc as well as beach towels, lake noodles, board games, paperback books, etc. I had to coax my son (age 25) to show his girlfriend some sites of Northern Michigan as they just wanted to hang out on the property. We had the best time playing games at night, boating, reading, lounging on the dock, biking, walking, cooking, etc etc. I loved that I could bike from her home vs other locations (other places I stayed, although lakefront and gorgeous, were off a rural road with speed limits of 55 mph). We went for walks and loved the peace + quiet of the neighborhood. Ideal location! Home owners are attentive and available. I look forward to spending two weeks next year :)

This cottage was everything we were looking for.

We loved our visit to Michigan. This property is newly updated, clean, and conveniently located while at the same time very quiet and private. It was an absolutely perfect fit for us. The cottage is tucked away from the road behind a small wooded area, and is big enough to accommodate families or more than one couple. We were even lucky enough to see a young deer munching on some foliage less than 20 feet from the driveway. We stayed the week after Labor Day so we did not need the heat or newly installed central air conditioning (which is not a given in many other rentals.) It was especially refreshing sleeping with the windows open. The views were amazing, not only from the deck and shore, but also from the picture windows in the living area and master bedroom. There is plenty of comfortable seating both inside and out, and we especially enjoyed the shoreline fire pit in the evenings. There are some cute restaurants and shopping in Sutton's Bay, and even more options for both in Traverse City. Our favorite meal during this trip was brunch at the Red Spire in the Mercato in Traverse City. The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park was beautifully breathtaking and worth every penny of the $25 park admission. While near the Dunes, don't miss the homemade fudgesicles at Grocer's Daughter Chocolates. The property manager, Debbie, did a great job of communicating with us from the initial booking through our stay, check out, and return of deposit. The fresh flowers, welcome basket, and personalized note waiting for us when we arrived is the kind of hospitality that made our stay even more enjoyable and special. We can absolutely recommend this property without hesitation. Thank you Debbie for sharing your home with us!

Serine perfection

I can easily say that this is my favorite house I’ve visited with my family. It not only surpassed my expectations but really increased my standards for rentals. Debbie really went above and beyond to provide an incredible, comfortable, and seamless experience for her guests. The house is stunning - inside and out. It has a beautiful landscape that accentuates the serine waterfront! This waterfront view is absolutely stunning. Has all the “toys” for kids and adults - which we took advantage of every day. The house itself had everything, was so well stocked with kitchenware, linens, games, books, pillows etc. you name it - which really made it easy for our family to just come and relax. The pillows were very comfortable, as were the beds - details like that are important to us, so everyone had a good night sleep (especially the kids). We truly loved our stay. Debbie was an incredible communicator and great host overall! Can’t wait to come back!!

Relaxing, Peaceful Vacation!

Renting this property and the communication with Debbie was flawless. She was incredibly responsive and easy to work with, making a family trip as carefree as possible. It was great to have recommendations of places to go as well. The home was spotless and well taken care of. The bikes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards were used everyday. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. It was great to quickly get to downtown Suttons Bay, Sleeping Bear Dunes and Traverse City. So many options for shopping, breweries and wineries. Excellent 5 Star stay! We hope to come back again soon!!

Beautiful home, beautiful view

The only complaint I have with our time at Point Sunnyside is that it was a little rainy and we had to end it early to get to our daughters soccer tournament 😊 - nothing with the property was out of place or difficult. From early communication all the way through to check out our time was wonderful. The house is just as pictured and all amenities are thought of so you don’t need to worry about anything - beach towels, linens, laundry detergents, dish soaps, even games and dress up costumes for the kids. We had a lovely time during our stay and were able to relax as a family. Point Sunnyside is a great location to explore and enjoy Leelanau Peninsula while still being close enough to get to Traverse City as well. The yard was a great size for kids to play and the driveway was great for riding bikes and big enough to pull in and turn around our boat. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return in the future!

Girls Wine Weekend

Point Sunnyside in Sutton's Bay was perfect for our girls wine weekend getaway. The home is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. Our favorite things were the campfires on the beach and the morning sunrises over the bay. Check this place out you will not be disappointed.

Wonderful Stay!

Our time staying at Point Sunnyside was absolutely fantastic! Beautiful property with perfect view of the bay! The house was super clean and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the waterfront beach and fire pit. Debbie was wonderful to work with and very attentive. We look forward to returning!

Fall wine tour

We stayed at sunny pointe and had the best time. This property is amazing. Adorably decorated with attention to details for the season. The layout is so accommodating for small groups or two families. Very clean and all amenities provided. The view is to die for! The location is just a short drive to downtown Sutton’s Bay. Deb was so helpful and available although we needed for nothing. We plan to return! Thank you Deb. What an amazing property you have!

Beautiful and Charming

We had a lovely girls weekend. The property is stunning; beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, very clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate with and I could tell she cared about the property and our experience. The house is very close to lots of shopping and wineries. Perfect getaway! Thank you!

Family Getaway

My family and I had a wonderful time at Point Sunnyside. The home was beautifully updated just as pictured. The view of the bay was breathtaking. Deb was great to work with and even left us a special welcome gift. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect for family or friends (6 people or three couples)in a fantastic location. Hardwood floors except for bathrooms which have beautiful tile. Peaceful, quiet, inviting, fantastic vacation area, like being at your own private resort with so much or so little to do.
