Se sijaitsee vuosisadan lopun duplex-tilassa kaikilla nykyaikaisilla päivityksillä. Se on sekoitus vanhaa ja uutta, jossa on paljon charmia ja luonnetta. Turistit löytäisivät kaikki tarvitsemansa laitteet ja keittiövälineet. 2 suljettua makuuhuonetta (1 queen-size-vuode, 1 parisänky). Pesukone ja kuivaaja. Oma sisäänkäynti. Tupakoitsijoilla on pääsy kahdelle parvekkeelle nauttiakseen (pääsy keittiöstä, toinen makuuhuoneesta). Televisio NETFLIX: llä olohuoneessa. Maksuton pysäköinti kadulla on helppoa, eikä sitä ole tungosta. Asunto on 2-kerroksisen rakennuksen 2. kerroksessa, joten kiivetä varten on pieni portaikko. Ei eläintä. Gite Le Bercy is the Golden Ticket!! The host gets the Golden Buzzer!! Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the subway and grocery store, IGA. This was our first time to Montreal, what a lovely city. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. Everything was just as described in the listing, and it was clear that the host takes great care of the space. The check-in process was smooth and easy, and communication with the host was quick and helpful. We really appreciated the attention to detail and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

First, the apartment is very nice. It is about a block away from a gym that gives day passes, grocery store, Tim Horton’s, McDonalds, and a subway station. Everyone in the area seemed very nice. The reason I gave this 3 stars is because there are 2 bedrooms and a pullout couch, each queen sized but the listing clearly says there are 4 separate rooms. It was too small for my family and my teenage kids had to share beds. I told the owner(who is ver very nice) that we would stay that night and asked if she would refund us for the rest of the stay do we could get a hotel. Her solution was to have one of my children sleep downstairs in her house. I obviously wasn’t comfortable with that so I declined. We spent the remainder of our trip being scrunched into the apartment. If we were a family of 4 this would be 5 stars but I fee it’s misleading to say it has 4 separate bedrooms

This stay was perfect for us! The apartment was warm, welcoming, and everything we needed was well-stocked. Laundry is in-suite, the kitchen comes with plenty of glassware, cutlery, etc, and the host is lovely.Definitely recommend!

Absolutely fantastic place to stay!

We've stayed in several different Vrbo rentals, and this was BY FAR the cleanest, most impressively organized, and charming place we've been! The neighborhood is great - very authentic and vibrant, and quite French. We were able to walk to great restaurants and bakeries and parks. Montreal is a great city to visit! Definitely go to the Botanical Gardens and the Old City.

Lovely place that is accurately described in the listing. My family of 4 enjoyed staying here, the neighborhood is great. Parking was a mild challenge but the host helped us understand the rules and was easy to contact. We would definitely stay here again. Any more than 5 would be a real challenge in the upstairs area.

Family getaway

We had a fantastic time in Montreal and the pinnacle of the stay was the lodgings. The apartment was fantastic! It had everything we needed. It was comfortable and relaxing to spend time there. Once we parked our car, we did not need it again. An easy walk to the grocery store, many restaurants & cafes and the metro. Maria was very easy to communicate with. We look forward to staying again.

Best home away from home experience

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location was fantastic. It was so close to the Metro, grocery store, and a fantastic bakery that was across the street from the Metro. The apartment was beautiful with the most amazing interior decorating. Everything there was high quality and well planned and thoughtful. The bathroom was stunning. I appreciated having a large amt of towels and a really nice washer and dryer. Everything was very clean. The host Marie-Anne was helpful and kind and always available. I will stay here on our next trip to Montreal and highly recommend this apartment.

Great place

Location was great. House was wonderful. The only difficulty is one of the bedrooms is downstairs. My parents who are in their '70s definitely had difficulty with the stairs, and the downstairs bathroom is shared with the host. We did not want to intrude in her personal space

The PERFECT Place in Montreal

My friends and I came here for Montréal Pride and found this place to be quite perfect! The rooms were comfortable and clean, the outside spaces were relaxing, and the host is very friendly and easy to communicate with. It’s also very close to the metro so we were anywhere in the city within 10/15 mins. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. And a big grocery store is a block away! I highly recommend you stay here- we will definitely be returning!

So good in so many ways...

While the property met our needs, there were a few challenges. To be more specific, there was only one bathroom that was in the upstairs portion of the property. This made staying in the lower portion a bit challenging during the night if the use of the bathroom was needed. (Utilizing the 3rd bedroom.) Additionally, parking was a little challenging due to the nature of parking in the city. For while we were informed that we could park in the neighbors parking area, there was an additional charge associated with this if elected. Other than these two points of challenge, the property was well located, quite comfortable, and very welcoming.

A wonderful place to stay and an absolutely wonderful host.

Our family travelled to Montreal to explore the city and attend the Jazz Festival. We were looking for a place to stay and really prefer to stay at a VRBO as opposed to a hotel. More flexibility, more space. This time we decided to stay at this wonderful place. From the minute we booked it , we were contacted by the host and told that whatever we need, just let her know. She was just such a delight to meet and get to know. She was amazing helpful too. My son wanted to find a gym to keep up his workout routine, so the host went and purchased a 5 day pass for him to use at the local community centre which was a block or two away, it was her gift as she said. Then my daughter wanted to go thrift shopping so our host left us a couple coupons for some stores in the montreal area. When we finally met her she was just wonderful. So cheery, friendly, and as mentioned, very helpful.  The place itself was great to stay at. We stayed in the upstairs area which had a separate entrance, two bedrooms plus a small family room with a pull out couch, kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room.. We also were able to use one of the bedrooms downstairs just at the entrance to the host’s lower residence. It was very private because it was just inside the door and had its own tv and fan and such. Lots of space. The place had everything.. washer and dryer, nice bath and shower, a little balcony out the front and another one out the back to have your morning coffee on etc. All the facilities

Great place especially for families with young children!

My spouse, 1.5 year old, and I took a road trip from NYC to Montréal and had the pleasure of staying at this property for 4 nights. Marie-Anne was such a wonderful host and we could tell that she put a lot of thought into accommodating families with young children. We were kindly provided with a pack-n-play, stroller, high chair, and even toddler utensils. The area is nice and quiet and conveniently located next to a park, a grocery store, and the metro. It was very easy to get to downtown Montréal via the Frontenac metro. We had an easy time with parking on the street and felt safe leaving the car. The unit is fully equipped with almost every cooking appliance and coffee appliance you can imagine. From pots and pans, to Nespresso AND espresso machine, the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to cook a meal or stay caffeinated. The TV was connected to Netflix and YouTube which was a huge help when we needed a break from our little one (Miss Rachel/Bluey anyone?) Most importantly to us, the unit was so CLEAN! We were amazed by how clean the entire unit was, particularly the bathroom which had a nice soaking tub and a rainforest shower head. We will definitely plan to stay here again on our next visit to Montréal!

Excellent hostess!

Marie-Anne is a wonderful hostess! Truly one of the more friendly and helpful hosts I’ve been around. The unit is kept quite nice! My parents, aged 70+, were with us and also enjoyed the trip. The one thing that posed a bit of a challenge were the steps up to the unit for my parents. Yet, we knew that going into the stay, as it was well documented in the VRBO post. The location is very close to a grocery store, which we shopped at many times! Also, very close to the metro, which was our primary transportation and worked great! Yet, a big THANK YOU, to Marie-Anne. Thank you for being such a gracious hostess!

Perfect and convenient!

Marie-Anne was a fabulous host! She answered all of our questions and had great suggestions. The apartment is in a quiet, safe neighborhood that is convenient to the Metro, grocery and restaurants. Parking on the street was easy! We did not spend much time in the apartment, but it was perfect for getting a good night’s rest and grabbing breakfast before heading out to explore. The decor captured the qualities of Montreal.

Amazing stay!

We had a lovely time in the apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was so nice. We cooked dinner on the grill one evening. Marie-Anne was great with communication and was very nice. The neighborhood was perfect. It was quiet, but close enough to plenty of things. There are good restaurants and parks very close by. I highly recommend staying here if you visit Montreal.

Nice & quiet apartment

15mn by metro to city center, very quiet. Clean with all you need, even washer and dryer! We very much enjoyed our stay. Good to know, 1 bedroom is opened on the kitchen as it is the living room with a convertible sofa, would be nice to have a curtain to offer some privacy. The owner welcomes you and is attentive to your needs. Very nice place!

Great location, super clean.

Marie Anne was responsive to our questions, worked quickly to fix a problem. We could get everywhere on the metro. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the equipment we could need.

I have been working at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) since 1992. I am a responsible person who fulfills its commitments. I live on the ground floor of the duplex I own. I am available at all times when needed: just text me and you get an almost immediate response. I have furnished Le Bercy with heart so that you feel at home. Nothing has been left to chance, but the photographs do not give the character of the apartment and its beautiful brightness (windows in all rooms and skylights in the bathroom).
