Elämäsi loma ... NÄKYVÄ NÄKYMÄT, jotka sijaitsevat hiljaisella rannalla turmeltumatonta valkoista hiekkarantaa 30A välillä Destin ja Panama City Beach West. Poissa väkijoukosta ja edelleen keskeisellä paikalla. Nauti erinomaisista ravintoloista ja ostosmahdollisuuksista kävelyetäisyydellä tai hypätä pyöräilyreitille ja ratsastaa kilometrejä pitkin rantaa ja ainutlaatuisten suistoalueiden siltojen yli.

Kaupunkiasunto on umpikujaan, josta on näkymät rauhalliselle merenranta-alueelle ja vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta. Ei kiireisiä kävelyreittejä, rinteitä, hiljaista rantaa, ei liikennevaloja ja turvallinen naapuruus lapsille. Nämä ovat muutamia niistä syistä, miksi olemme valinnut tämän omaisuuden perheelleni. Olemme vain korttelin päässä Rosemary-rannalta.

Townhouse on äärimmäisen näkymät lahdelle asettaa sävy täydellinen loma. Uusittu ja ammattimaisesti sisustettu UUSI vuodevaatteet, liinavaatteet, pyyhkeet, patjat ja huonekalut. Yksikössä on täysin varustettu keittiö, laatta koko, graniitti kylpyhuoneissa ja kattotuuletin luoda ylellinen ja mukavuutta. Kolmannen tason päälliköllä on oma kylpyhuone ja valtava oleskelualue, jossa on oma terassi. Toisessa tasossa on kuningatar makuuhuone ja kerrossänky ja jaettu kylpyhuone. Toisella tasolla on oma katettu kannella, jossa on lisäksi käytävällä pääsy joten ei liikennettä makuuhuonetta! Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on olohuone, ruokailutila, keittiö, pesula ja kylpyamme. Ensimmäinen, toinen tai kolmas taso suuret kannet ovat täydellisiä paikkoja nauttia aamukahvia / teetä ja kauniita auringonlaskuja sekä iltapäiväjuomaa, valmistautua hämmästymään upeilla auringonlaskuilla.
Nauti 52 "HDTV / DVD oleskelutilassa, 32" litteä HDTV / DVD combo on molemmissa 2. kerroksessa makuuhuonetta sekä 42 "HDTV päällikön oleskelualue.

Had a beautiful week

I miss the mornings of taking a walk and having a swim to begin my day! Beach was not ever crowded. The great kitchen and comfortable beds have me wanting to return soon.

Great

My family of 4 stayed here in Oct 2015. The weather was perfect, the accommodations were perfect and homeowner was easy to deal with! If we come back, we now know where to stay. Oh and the proximity to beach and Rosemary is perfect! Also love the front porch for morning coffee and dinners.

Awesome location

We travelled with our sons and the location right by the beach is unbeatable!! It was great to wake up to the sound of the waves and go straight to a perfect beach which was not crowded at all. The house was very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. Communicating with Tracy was very fast and efficient. Can't wait to be come back!

What a location!

We just finished our stay and it was.amazing! First, you can’t be the location. Literally, a 1 min walk to the beach and your there! Second, the owner, Tracy, was very responsive to all of my questions both before and during our stay. Finally, the house was clean and well maintained. We would stay here again for sure!

Best VRBO ever!

We have done quite a few beach vacation rentals over the years, this was by far the best! Everything was comfy, clean, and cute! The place was sparkling clean, had beach chairs and bikes to use, and the owner was extremely helpful and easy to get into contact with. She was very prompt in answering all my questions and gave some wonderful local recommendations. The water and sand here are absolutely gorgeous, and the neighborhood is less crowded than some other areas. We had a wonderful stay!

Spring break 2023

Beautiful home right across the road from a wonderful beach area! Tracy is a wonderful and super friendly host that goes out of her way to make your stay memorable. We highly recommend this rental for the location as well. It’s walking and biking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the 30A area. We will definitely reach out to Tracy to stay in her home again the next time we venture down to Rosemary Beach area!

Perfect for our family

We had 2 adults, 3 teens and 2 kids who stayed at this property. The location is great. It is literally just steps away from beach access. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels. The furniture was comfortable. The property manager was super responsive. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great.

Location Location

The best part of the trip was how close we were to the beach. However that doesn’t tell the full story. The pictures doesn’t do this rental justice. It was so well equipped, clean, and organized. The communication during the stay was amazing as well. Easily the best rental stay we have enjoyed. Thanks!

Great Location Across from the beach

Directly across from the beach. All about convenience. Close to Rosemary Beach & shopping. Shades Resturant was great and Amigos 30A Mexican(shrimp fajitas wrapped in bacon- omg delicious!) was great. Both will seat you outside. Communication was great with the owner!

Very nice house

Looked just like the description. We loved everything about the house and the views and distance to the beach were perfect. Never had a problem finding a good spot on the beach. Spent every night on the 2nd floor balcony playing cards or reading. Very easy bike ride to Rosemary. We will be back for sure!

Amazing stay in Inlet!

We have been vacationing in the Rosemary and Seaside area for over 20 years and this was our first time in Inlet Beach. We were just blown away. Very chill neighborhood with tons of space on the beach. And still a five minute bike ride to Rosemary. We were very comfortable with our older teens biking on their own. All three floor have great views of the ocean and you are just across the street from the beach access. No doubt that we will return to this house!

I hate to give away our new favorite spot, but I appreciate the owners and the property too much to keep it to ourselves. From the amenities to the location, we loved everything about our stay. I didn't need for anything in the overstocked kitchen, the beds and towels are beyond comfortable, and we found great joy in being able to pop back and forth from the beach whenever. Location, location, location! Don't miss out on walking down to Camp Helen State Park to experience the magic of dune lakes. We've been visiting 30A for over 30 years. We will definitely be booking here again.

Great property and location

My family stayed here for a week this summer. It was awesome! The beach was a short walk from the front door. Over a "short" walkway and you were there. The beach was not crowded. We met a group that was staying at Rosemary Beach but would come to Inlet Beach everyday because they didn't want to fight the crowds at Rosemary Beach. It was an ideal location because we could enjoy 30A and Panama City without having to stay in the madness. We were minutes from both locations. The townhouse is extremely comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed to do a lot of cooking. The owner was very pleasurable to work with. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to my family and friends!!

Really great property

I stayed in this townhouse for a week during our spring break, with my two teenagers and they brought a friend each. The location is excellent as it is right across from a walkway to the beach, but it is far enough away from the madness of Rosemary beach while still within walking and biking distance. We love Rosemary, but the prices are so high that we thought this would be a great option. I was very pleasantly surprised at all the kitchen equipment that was available. The Master suite was great on the top floor (you just have to be ok with going up steps!) - it had a great balcony on both second and third floors, and overall the place was very comfortable. The owners were also very responsive to questions, etc. There were also three full showers so there was room for everyone with both bath and bed space! Would definitely stay here again.

Family of 5 enjoyed Fall Break here!!

This house was just across a quiet street from the boardwalk to the beach. We lugged lots of stuff to the beach each day, so it was close enough! The beach...well, lets just say...QUIET!! If was so relaxing! Some days we were 100yds from other beach goers!! The house is almost at the end of a deadend street, so it’s off the beaten path and quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable! The master bed was dreamy!! We enjoyed the living room because it had plenty of comfortable seating for all 5 of us! Oh, and the tv, 2 thumbs up from my husband! He approved the house bc the tv was good size! :) Overall, we had a wonderful, quiet vacation! We will try to rent again!

Amazing Trip

This was our first time staying in the Inlet Beach area. The beach access from the house and location was perfect. It was not crowded at all in our area. You could tell down the beach was very crowded but we had the perfect spot all week. Tracy was easy to work with. My daughter accidentally unplugged the internet and she patiently walked us through getting everything set back up. It was late at night when I had to call. She understood accidents happen and assured me she was just a phone call away. The home was beautiful and just like the photos. The home was fully stocked with all the things we needed. The beach chairs was nice to have. Like I said the beach access was awesome. It literally was just a short walk and you are in the sand. It was perfect for traveling with teens and kids. I felt comfortable letting my kids come and go from the beach. I would definitely book this house again. It was exactly what we were looking for.

We have been vacationing on the Gulf Coast for 30+ years and love the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green water. We enjoy vacationing with our children in this area so much we had to purchase our own bit of paradise. The Gulf Coast is rated 3rd in the world for the most beautiful beaches, hence their slogan 'The World's Most Beautiful Beaches'. The sugar-white sand squeeks beneath your feet and the pristine gulf water is unique to this spot of Northwest Florida.Fresh water lakes line the quiet two lane road (30A) winding along the beach and offer serenity like no other place.

We chose Inlet beach because it still has the small, sleepy beach town aura, yet you have the charm of all of the South Walton beach towns at your fingertips. You can take a stroll, bike ride or hop in your car for an afternoon jaunt to enjoy the other beachside communities along 30A. In addition to this, Pier Park in Panama City is also a short distance away. The beach towns offer more unique individually owned boutique businesses and eateries. Pier Park offers a retail stores and restaurants.

Our townhouse offers amazing views from every room in the house. Just one look out the window and you have an instant stress reliever. There are three levels of balconies, each offers unique features. We love the shabby chic decor, it offers a relaxing atmosphere to make your vacation memorable. The large dining room table can seat 10, this is unique, most places can not accomodate seating for all if the guests they sleep. It is also a great place to play games or cards. Our neighborhood is very quiet and our beach is expansive. You will not be overcrowded or three deep in umbrellas.
It is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of your daily life, enjoy the sunrises, sunsets and long walks on the beach or through the quaints streets of the beach town. Enjoy watching dolphins and fish jumping, the sounds of waves crashing while feeling the ocean breeze. All of these elements contribute to the beautiful canvas and peaceful vibe of our home.
