Ihastelemassa vesi näkemyksiä ja upeita auringonlaskuja laaja kannella tämän 5 makuuhuonetta 4 kylpy Lakefront koti sijaitsee Yksityisessä 16 eekkeriä 600 jalkaa julkisivu on Pemaquid Lake. Täydellinen paikka rentoutua, uida, kalastus ja ymmärtämään täysin yksi Maine luonnonjärviä ja olla lyhyen matkan päässä Damariscotta Village ja Pemaquid niemimaalla.

Kaikki kolme makuuhuonetta ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on queen size-vuoteet on kauniit näkymät järvelle, joka on kirjaimellisesti 10 metrin päässä.
On kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kylpyamme yläkerrassa, jotka ovat täydellinen lapsille. Perheemme huone on tilava, jossa on suuri taulutelevisio ja pääsy laaja kannella, joka tarjoaa hieno näkymä järvelle. We had an outstanding stay at a beautiful home on a beautiful lake. The local is ideal as you are close to Damariscotta as well as several ocean coves and hiking trails.

Amazing place to stay!

Linda was a great host and my family enjoyed everything about our week at the cottage. The place was fully equipped with everthing you could want. The view was amazing, the decor was beyond beautiful, and Linda was a gracious hostess!

A wonderful home is a suburb setting.

Another great year!

This is our third year staying at Birch Lane and we love it each time. The owners are wonderful and friendly and do a great job communicating. The kitchen is well outfitted so we can feed our crew of ten. We love that the dog is welcome and love even more the available boats and paddle boards.

Awesome lake house!

Had a great time with our family at this great Maine home. We had 8 adults and 4 kids and had just enough room. Loved hanging out on the dock during the day and the decks at night. Beautiful, private, peaceful spot.

Slice of heaven

Absolutely beautiful location. Well maintained and authentic Maine lakefront property. The panoramic views of the lake from the table and porch were incredible. The dock was in excellent condition and the access to the water was very simple for launching canoes and kayaks.

A perfect Maine escape!

We loved being back at this amazing property! It is a beautiful home in the best location. Communication with the owner was easy and clear at all times. We love the access to the lake and all the kayaks and canoes for the kids. Wonderfully taken care of home as well. We will definitely be back!

Another year on Pemaquid

Despite the weather we always have a great time! Property is in the most perfect location and the lake is pristine. Property is large so very quiet in the cove. Close enough to town and all the mid coast has to offer makes a great home base for exploring.

Amazing Family Vacation!

My family and I (ranging from 79 to 2.5) had an amazing week on the lake! The house was well laid out and allowed lots of together time, but also the ability to get away from each other when needed. We spent most of the week in or on the water swimming, fishing, canoeing, and relaxing on the dock. When we did decide to venture out there were tons of activities, shops, and restaurants within a short drive. We've been coming to this area of Maine for seven years and this was by far our favorite home. We can't wait to return next summer!

Beautiful Location

The property was located right on the water with a spectacular view. The Host was always prompt with responses to any questions or concerns. Just FYI, it does have A/C but not upstairs, so the upstairs did get a little hot.

Wonderful Stay on Pemaquid Pond

We very much enjoyed our week here. What an incredible location, right on the water in a quiet cove. Access in and out of the lake couldn't be easier. The house is spacious and thoughtfully appointed. Kayaks, canoes, and SUPs are on the property, and the area is fun to explore. Very private location. And the sunsets are absolutely amazing! Linda, the owner, was easy to reach during booking and answered any questions immediately. Thank you for fantastic getaway!

Great property - beautiful view!

Property was wonderful for our large group. Location and amenities were terrific. View was wonderful, on the beautiful lake, with a dock for fishing and swimming. Loved the two big communal areas in the house, one group watched football, the other group played cards at the large table overlooking the lake. House was clean, plenty of bedrooms, kitchen was well appointed. Wifi was great for all of us on our devices. We had a great time and would definitely rent again. Thanks!

Fantastic!

We hope to make this an annual family reunion location. The pictures are lovely but don’t do the property justice. It is stunning in person! Our 17 year old who has spent a large percentage of his high years playing xbox, spent the entire vacation outside and developed a new found love of fishing. It’s a vacation miracle!

Perfect week with friends

This is the second time our group of friends gathered in this magical location. The house accommodated the 7 of us perfectly. We swam everyday and enjoyed the kayaks, canoe and paddle board. In the evenings we cooked in the well appointed kitchen and dined at the generously sized table while enjoying the view of the lake. Everything we needed was there. The host is absolutely lovely to work with. We hope to return some day.

Absolute Bliss

This is a quintessential Maine cabin secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the world, but so close to everything you need to enjoy a Maine lakeside getaway. We found a butcher, a baker, a fishmonger, and specialty food stores all within short, scenic drives along the coast. Truly a one-of-a-kind location, and a unique home -- tons of room to spread out all day and a picture-perfect fireplace to gather around on cool autumn evenings. Some of the most beautiful sunsets we have ever seen; amazing kayaking; privacy galore; pups were in heaven; property owner was terrific to work with.

Pictures do not do it justice!

First time for us on Pemaquid and the location was spectacular. Close enough to town but so private and quiet. House is much larger inside than it appears, enough room to spread out and relax with plenty of room to gather for meals and enjoy a nice fire. We introduced some friends to Maine for the first time and they are hooked. The kayaks were out more than they were in, lucky to have great weather. I have been renting in Maine for many years and this is among my top rentals. The house was well appointed with plenty of space and the owner was very helpful, answering any questions we may have had prior to our arrival. A must rent for large families or reunions. Thanks Linda for sharing this magical place!

Bliss Lake Life

We had the most amazing time at the lake house ! We are a extended family of 12 , Ages from 60-5 . We loved not having to leave and pack up the kids to go to the beach , The kids and adults fished off the dock and swam everyday , The kids caught many fish every day , They never got off the dock . The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, The house clean and tidy and comfortable, Beds were so comfortable, The owners are so kind . We booked for next year , can’t wait to return . I only have one negative to say , I was washing all the towels including the beach towels ( not required but I thought it was a nice thing to do ) We had a 10 am check out and we were ready to head out , The towels needed 10 more minutes , The people who clean the house came at 10 and spoke very cruel to use about not being out , I was trying to make their job easier.But has no reflection on the owners are the house . 10 stars all the way . Annual Friendscation in Maine

Second time staying here - wonderful location with all amenities you need for a relaxing week on the lake regardless of weather. A great time had by all owner very responsive and the condition of the property was awesome with many noted updates. Already going to book again next year! Beautiful vacation home

We can't say enough about this wonderful property. Our family of younger and older adults enjoyed this well laid out home and the many outdoor activities available to us: kayaking, paddle boarding, canoeing, swimming, as well as running and long bike rides. Also loved sitting out on the deck in the early morning and listening to the loons. Hope we can rent again next year!

Back in 1936 our grandparents wanted a home where they could spend the summers with their four children. They came upon this piece of property with a fishing hut and fell in love with the property and the views. It has evolved into a beautiful home that has been the source of millions of wonderful memories and experiences. It was the highlight of our year when we would pack up an head to Maine for tons of lobster, swimming and water skiing as well as fishing, boating and going to the Pemaquid Light House. It is a home that has seen three generations grow up and enjoy all it has to offer.

My siblings and I who live in Texas, South Carolina, New York and New Jersey would like to share this wonderful piece of paradise. We are so fortunate to have spent our summers growing up here. The next best thing to spending time here is to have experienced the great joy of bringing our children and friends to this incredible spot.
