Pali Ke Kua 146: Ocean Paradise -huoneisto

Tässä valtamerellä sijaitsevassa huoneistohotellissa on näkymät merelle molemmilta terasseilta pois olohuoneesta ja makuuhuoneesta. Ruokasalia ympäröivät kolme ikkunaa, joista on näkymät merelle, ja siinä on täysin varustettu keittiö ja pesulapalvelut. Huoneisto sijaitsee Princevillessa, Kauai, Hawaii Garden Island. Tämä sijaitsee saaren rehevällä pohjoispuolella. Harrastuksia ovat uinti, snorklaus, surffaus, vaellus, pyöräily, melonta, purjehdus ja kalastus. Kävelymatkan päässä on 36-reikäinen golfkenttä ja tenniskentät. Huoneistokompleksilla on oma yksityinen pääsy rannalle päällystetyn polun kautta, joka tarjoaa yksityisyyttä sekä uima-altaan ja kylpytynnyrin. Huoneistokompleksi on nimeltään Pali Ke Kua ja meidän # 146 on rakennuksessa 11. Paikan päällä on ravintola ja kolme kävelyetäisyydellä. Hanalei-lahti, jossa on kaunis ranta ja viehättävä kaupunki ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä.

Keittiö on uusittu uudella lattialla, kaapilla, tiskill�� ja laitteilla. Olohuoneen TV on 50 tuuman HD-televisio, jossa on 300 kaapelikanavaa. Siellä on myös DVD-soitin ja stereo-CD-järjestelmä, jonka voit kytkeä i-podiin tai puhelimeen. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on digitaalinen TV, tavallinen kaapeli. Täysikokoinen tehokas pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ovat sinun käyttää. Tarjoamme myös ilmaisen nopea internetyhteys ja valtakunnallinen puhelinyhteys. Jos sähkökatkos on, puhelinliitäntään kytkettyä puhelinta voidaan käyttää puhelinnumeroon 911. Rantavarusteisiin kuuluvat pyyhkeet, tuolit ja boogie-levyt sekä jäähdytin.

Myöhään myöhään iltapäivällä aurinko paistaa lanai ja condo. Lanaiin reunalla on sävyjä, jotka voidaan vetää alas Lanai varjostamiseksi. Olohuoneen ikkunahoitoja voidaan sulkea pitämään aurinko poissa tarvittaessa. Kesän aikana, kun aurinko on lämpimin, ikkunahoitojen pitäminen suljettuna muutaman tunnin ajan auttaa pitämään huoneiston viileänä.

Phenomenal Condo, Incredible Location & Views

We loved playing baseball and football in the enormous field outside the condo that looks out over the ocean. The sunsets toward Hanalei Bay were a delight. We loved hanging with the Nene birds. The pool and hot tub are awesome. The condo was clean and nice and a good size for our family of four. It was a wonderful trip!

Probably not a good idea to have a large family with multiple adults and multiple children in upper level. We had loud thumping and running sounds all day and into the night. Definitely could not sleep in.

Condo has everything you need. Walk out on to the cliff side and have spectacular views of the ocean, cliffs, and plenty of nene's!House is set up well for 2 couples or family.Quick drive to swimable beaches, Hanalei, and the local area.

Tropical island paradise

This is our second time to stay at this unit. It’s beautifully furnished. We love the view and the wildlife is so much fun to watch. Nenes with babies , roosters (yes, he wakes us up in the morning) red top birds, egrets. Sunsets. Be prepared for mosquitoes. We came prepared with spray , after bite and citronella candles. Only been home a day and miss it.

Great location, comfy living. Everything you need from good beds, equipped kitchen, beach gear on the best location in Kauai to live. Great views in private area. If there was one thing to complain about: being on the first level was well worth having the ground to walk out (sunset, easy access, nene, toads and birds) to but the footsteps were sometimes annoying.

We explored many of the area beaches and found our favorite snorkeling at Hideaway beach- accessible via a private walk from the condo. We hiked the Na Pali coast, went to the lighthouse and bird sanctuary, and ate some really amazing food. The condo was more dated than we expected and the inside seemed darker than what is shown in the pictures (the furniture is heavier and darker too). We appreciated how spacious the condo is- with the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Also, the views at sunset were gorgeous- there's a really great view of the Na Pali coast just across the lawn.

If it’s the hot time of year....VERY HOT. There were no breezes. From 2:30 - 6 pm you had to be out at a beach, the pool or in town for dinner. Fans couldn’t help. This was Sept. 14-22. Very hard to deal with the extreme humidity and the temp was 85.

The property location was perfect as we mostly stayed on the North Shore but also easy drive to the south side of the island. Beautiful location with ocean views north. The property was quiet. The photos in the advertisement do not show the unit in it's current state. However the unit was clean and furnishings were comfortable. Plenty of space for Family of four. A few furnishings were broken upon arrival but nothing that hampered our stay or enjoyment. We would definitely stay here again.

Good Accommodations But No Air Condition

Overall, we had a good experience with our stay. The rental company was great - very communicative and helpful. The overall process was easy. The unit itself was pretty nice, with a great view of the water and accommodations that were great for our family (washer/dryer, great kitchen setup to cook our own food, etc.). The ONLY negative, which was a big one for us, was that the unit has no air condition and gets very warm in the afternoons during the summer. The description of the property was not clear about that fact that there was no AC. This was a pretty big deal for our family as we had to find creative ways to try and stay cool or stay out of the condo altogether for several hours during the afternoon.
