Village by the Beach I924 on ensiluokkainen asuminen Texasinlahden rannikolla - Tule oleskelemaan ja nauti tästä ylellisestä Village by the Beach -vuokrauskohteesta. Tarvitsetpa viikonloppupakoa tai viikon mittaista lomaa, tulet rakastamaan tämän perheen ensimmäisen kompleksin mukavuutta ja viihtyisyyttä. Jokainen yksikkö on räätälöity kalustetuilla sisätiloilla, ja se tarjoaa vierailleen ainutlaatuisen sängyn asettelun ja mukavuudet. Mutta jokaisessa vieraassa on kaksi mukavuutta: 1. Upea sijainti, aivan rannan ja 2. Mahtava ainutlaatuinen uima-allas!

INTERIOR
Nauti auringonvalossa ylellisyydestä tällä Persianlahden rannikolla paeta. Voit kirjoittaa omaisuuden ja astua avoimen olohuoneen, keittiön ja ruokailutilan alueelle, joka on ihanteellinen viihdyttämiseen ja siinä on taitettava muodollinen ruokapöytä sekä aamiaisbaari. Kalustus on mukavaa ja sisustus on selkeästi rannikkoinen, lämpimät metsät ja trooppiset yksityiskohdat käyvät läpi. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset keittää aamiainen, lounas ja illallinen, ja siellä on myös pesukone ja kuivausrumpu vieraiden käyttöön.
Kiinteistön takaosaan siirtyessäsi siirrät suuren kylpyhuoneen ennen tilaamista vierashuoneeseen, joka on varustettu queen-size-vuoteella ja erillisillä kerrossängyillä. Juuri vierashuoneen yläpuolella on makuuhuone, jossa on king-size-huono kylpyhuone ja oma kylpyhuone. Jos tarvitset lisää nukkumisvaihtoehtoja, oleskelutilassa on queen-size-vuodesohva.
Nautit säteilystä kiinni yksityisellä uima-altaan terassilla, ja monimutkaiset bar-b-q-grillit ovat vain muutaman askeleen päässä. Älä missaa tätä loppuyksikköä, joka sopii hyvin perheelle tai vain kahdelle parille, jotka haluavat paeta.

Hintaan sisältyy 100 dollaria per lemmikkieläinmaksu kaikista 7 päivän tai vähemmän oleskeluista, 200 dollaria 8–29 päivän oleskeluista ja 300 dollaria vähintään 30 päivän oleskeluista. Lisäksi lemmikkieläinten siivousmaksu on 50 dollaria vähintään 7 päivän oleskelusta, 7 5 dollaria 8–29 päivän oleskeluista ja 100 dollaria vähintään 30 päivän oleskeluista. Lemmikkieläimet on oltava talteen otettuina aina rannalla tai kodin ulkopuolella. Jos ilmoittamattoman lemmikin todetaan oleskelevan kiinteistössä, vieraalta veloitetaan 500 dollaria. 00 ja pyydetään lähtemään ilman hyvitystä.

Our family had a fantastic time. Location of condo was perfect, right across from the pool. Condo was very clean. Very short drive to the beach. We loved our time there. Will definitely try to get the same condo next trip.

Lovely place to stay

Quiet, clean and cute. Very short walk to the beach. It had all the kitchen necessities. Only thing I wish was different is the pool was warmed up.

Clean, comfortable, and great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on North Padre. This condo was very clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. The condo was well equipped with items to cook and eat our own breakfasts. We enjoyed being right across from the gate to the swimming pool. The pools were comfortably warm and very nice. We also enjoyed the patio! We appreciated how close the beach is. We decided to drive and park on the beach because we had so much stuff to carry, but it was right around the corner. We would stay again.

Great location

We loved the area and location of our rental property and loved that the swimming pool was right outside our patio. The only thing we didn’t like too much was the doggie potty area was rocks and the teeny bit of grass was on a hill and full of stickers. Our fur baby didn’t appreciate that very much and his fur is full of stickers. Other than that, everything was perfect. Short drive to the beach as well.

Someone stole our cooler out of the truck and it was tied in, a $500 yeti. People from other condos in the area are using this properties swimming pool. You need a security camera and a fence around the property.

Very Nice Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed in this condo three times now and always enjoy it's convenient location, nice amenities, and comfy beds. On another note, there was a new Keurig coffee maker that we could not get to operate. We did find another coffee maker in the cabinets, though, so we did have coffee. The frying pans have seen better days and food sticks badly to them.Leaving the outer paper wrapping on the toilet paper is silly. In both baths, when we tried to get the paper off, the toilet paper holders flew apart. We did get them put back together.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Village By The Beach! Its proximity to the beach makes it a breeze to go back & forth. We love the pool! It's literally out your front door! This condo was very clean & the beds were comfortable. It even had a margarita machine with a full set of beautiful glasses to go with it (though we didn't use it).This was our 4th stay in the complex. This condo had the least amenities of any we have stayed in. Luckily, we were also renting a second condo for other family & we did our cooking there. Other than the glasses with the margarita machine, there were only 2 full size glasses. The rest were small. There were minimal pots & pans & one needed to be thrown away. One of coffee cups had the handle broken off. There were no complimentary trash bags or dishwasher pods to get you started. The handle on one of the chairs on the porch wasn't attached. Also, they are serious when they say they provide one towel & washcloth per person. Just a few updates & maybe add a few more items to the kitchen & it would be 5 stars.

We love Villages by the beach!

We have stayed at the villages by the beach every year for the last 4 years. We love the complex. This was our first stay in this end unit. 6 days/5 nights. Check in was at 4pm but wasn’t ready until 4:30. We didn’t receive any notice that the unit would not be ready when promised. I had to call the management company and ask when we would receive our code to enter our unit and was told the inspector was checking the unit for cleanliness. We saw the person leaving and it was the maid service, not an inspector. I feel that the maid was probably rushed after I called since the floor was not thoroughly cleaned and one bed had linens wrapped sitting on top of a bare mattress. I think with the fees we pay for cleaning, the floor could be cleaned better and bed be made. We found a broom in the washroom and swept but no dustpan to pick up the mess. I believe the unit accommodates 8 people but the furniture in the living area would not allow you to lounge comfortably. We are a family of 4 and the only comfortable seating was the couch. This unit needs an updated living room set. That aside , this end unit has the best access to the pool and to load and unload items from your parking spots. I would definitely book this unit again if I saw it had more comfortable seating in the living area. On an extra note there was a paper there that said to contact the property manager if we had any issues during our stay. I didn’t contact them because I don’t feel the furniture issues would have been fixed during our 5night stay.

Pool water was also salt water I believe which was really good for someone who is sensitive to chlorine water. Walking distance to the beach. It was nice that we can have morning walks at the beach without having to bring our car to there. The room was super spacious. It does comfortably fits 8. It has two big bedrooms. I had booked for 8 people, 4 in one room and two on the other room and two had to sleep in the pull out couch. This part is the only thing that we did not liked. The couch was dirty and full of sand. I just wish they had thought of getting that cleaned since 8 people are staying there. Other than that I still liked this place. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay!

The place was perfect for our family. We are a family of 6, plus grandparents, and it was a very comfortable stay. We're always nervous taking a baby on vacation, but the place was very quiet and we weren't worried about neighbors hearing us also. Plus, access to the pool was right outside the door! It was the perfect stay for a little vacation.
