Upea Oceanfront Penthouse !!

Kaunis huoneisto vuokrattavana Puerto Aventurasissa, yksi parhaista näkymistä Riviera Majassa.

Kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta, mukava olohuone, jossa poikkipöytä, TV dvd-soittimella, SKY-tv (meksikolainen satelliittikaapeli) ja HDMI-johto omien laitteiden kytkemistä varten. Ruokapöytä on täydellinen ateria perheen ja ystävien kanssa.

Näkymä asuintilasta on uskomaton! Nauti 180 asteen näkymistä turkoosiin meriveteen. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikella, mitä tarvitset lomasi aikana - kahvinkeitin, tehosekoitin, sähköliesi, uuni ja mikroaaltouuni.

Makuuhuoneessa on upeat näkymät Karibialle, jossa on king-vuode, runsaasti kaappitilaa, upea kupillinen kattoikkuna, oma kylpyhuone kylpyammeella ja oma terassi. Avaa ovet nukahtaakseen valtameren aaltojen äänelle.

Vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta, ja kylpyhuone jakaa asuintilan. Yhden hengen vuoteet voidaan työntää yhteen kuninkaaksi, jos haluat.

Parasta - ranta! Rantamme Quinta Lunassa on yksityinen. Palapoilla voit nauttia varjossa, mukavista rantatuoleista ja uima-altaasta. Kaikki mitä tarvitset, on kirjaimellisesti askeleen päässä kotioveltasi, eikä sinun tarvitse koskaan taistella paikasta. Uima-allas on täydellinen lapsille, matala pää sopii hyvin roiskeisiin. Nauti uinnista laguunissa, tuo snorkkelivarusteesi tutkimaan Karibian merielämää.

Meillä on vuokrata kajakkeja kiinnostuneille ja voimme auttaa golfkärryjen vuokraamisessa lomallesi. Tämä on hauska tapa tutustua Puerto Aventurasiin.

Vaikka autonvuokraus ei ole välttämätöntä, kun yövyt huoneistoissamme - olet kävelymatkan päässä monista ravintoloista ja kaupoista ja takseja on saatavilla - vuokrata auto ja tutustua Riviera Mayaan on helppoa ja turvallista. Olet 10 minuutin päässä Akumalista, 30 minuutin päässä Tulumista ja 20 minuutin päässä Playa del Carmenista.

We loved our stay in the penthouse!

The condo is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful views of the ocean from pretty much every angle, gorgeous wood furniture and unique craftsmanship throughout the entire condo! We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the patio balcony every day! 🌅 The balcony was too hot to hang out on during the day, but that’s when we went out on excursions or down to the private beach area, and relaxed to the sound of the ocean waves. The pool is nice, clean and quite refreshing and the lagoon is great for swimming too! The condo had everything we needed to cook some of our own food and the owners had filtered water for us to drink too which was very nice! The shower pressure in the master was not so great, but the guest shower had better pressure. You do have to let the water run for a bit before it gets hot. The master bedroom is very beautiful, my partner was in awe of the craftsmanship of the ceiling in this room! It also has a beautiful view of the ocean right from the bed, that was a little hard for our liking, but the sound of the ocean from bed made up for it. It has ample room and storage to unpack your things and a master bath attached. We had an issue with the keypad not working upon our return from an excursion one day and I texted the host, Sarah, and she responded almost immediately and we were able to go get a key from the office. 🙏 We had a very relaxing stay here and hope to come back soon!

I rarely write reviews on rental location, but for this one I had to. We have been coming for years in the Cancun area and we usually stay at the Secrets Moroma. The condo is amazing and the pics don't do any justice. The views are absolutely incredible, the interior is very clean and well decorated. It has everything you need. Communication with the owner was great. Amazing pool with very quiet private beach. First time in Puerto Aventuras and we loved the area/community. Tons of great restaurants, bars and shops overlooking at the dolphins playing all day. Zero negative about this place. We will return very soon!!

Amazing penthouse

Great location! Fantastic ocean view. The condo is very clean. Plenty of room for two adults. The balcony is so great. You can tan there all day if you like. There's also enough shade so you don't need an umbrella. Local restaurants are about 20 min walk. We recommend to rent a car for your stay. Grocery shopping and more restaurants are only 10 min away. You can also order your groceries to be delivered to the condo. Very convenient. Sarah is a great host, very easy to communicate with. We will be back.

The condo was even better than it looked in the listing photos. The community was charming and plenty of restaurants and activities were nearby. Sarah was friendly and helpful. We will definitely look forward to staying here when we visit the Yucatán again.

This place is really amazing and exactly as described. The view from this top floor residence is truly awesome and I couldn't get enough of it. Very clean overall including pool and beach area. I "lived" there for 33 days

Recently spent 33 days living/working there instead of just vacationing. Worked online during the week and mostly stayed in, and then ventured out more on weekends. Great wi-fi and I was using two computers and a phone at times. Everything as pictured except it does now have an outdoor grill. Great location and because of the seasonal breezes I only used the AC a couple times (rain) and spent a LOT of time hanging out on the balcony. Plenty of everyday supplies, dishes, towels etc. Ordered groceries online and coordinated up front to have them delivered before I arrived. Walked into "town" several times but I used a golf cart most of the time due to the heat/distance and then I could also check out the whole community. Once I got there, I got everything I needed for the month inside the gates so that made it easy. Great hotel restaurant just around the corner on the lagoon that is an easy walk. Being it was the start of the slow season, combined with Covid and the main hotel closed for remodeling, it was pretty slow overall (and limited hours) but I had a great time and it was a great place to stay. Definitely one of the best overall ocean views/locations in the community!

Beautiful views and a lovely Condo

Sara is very easy to communicate with and everything that we looked forward to happened and more. Beautiful condo, with breath taking views of the sun rise and sunsets, we snorkelled right out front in the ocean and saw amazing fish. The sound of the ocean and the views are amazing. The condo is tastefully decorated and welcoming. We spent a lot of time at the pool and private beach . Iguanas and amazing birds joined us daily. Puerto Aventuras is a safe and friendly area to vacation. The gated community is clean and full of beautiful vegetation and many interesting areas to walk about and explore. The restaurants and shops are worth checking out. If we had to list a down side to the condo the only issues would be the light shining outside of the bedroom on the back side, but we pulled the metal shutter closed. The staff at Quinta Luna were very friendly and helpful.

Best view in Puerto Aventuras

Loved this property and this unit. The views are incredible, the owner was great to work with, and the unit was clean, upscale and just as it was online. The property was quiet and had a nice work out facility. We've been coming to PA for several years and this is the first time to go to Quinta Luna. I thought I'd miss being closer to downtown and it was just the opposite! We rented a golf cart so it was easy getting around in the evenings. Being further out of the town, offers much better views. We found that the quaility of the complex and unit was also improved over the several condos we've stay at in the past, for the same price. We'll definitely be back and hopefully to rent this same unit.

What an Incredible Place to Stay-Highly Recommended!

First Impression of the Property: How did we get so lucky to find this paradise? We're so glad we booked an entire week! The photos are accurate - the views are stunning. The condo is immaculate-decorated beautifully and very comfortable. The owner, Sarah, is responsive both before and after booking and during the stay, if any questions arise. The condo complex has an elevator-great for reaching the top floor with your luggage and groceries. The staff at the condo are wonderful-answering any questions about the property. We were fortunate in that only two other condos were occupied. We pretty much had the grounds and pool to ourselves. We really enjoyed morning coffee on the veranda overlooking the ocean and listening to the waves. Plenty of sun to catch some rays and two comfy chaise lounges for relaxing or sunning. Large umbrella to block the sun, if needed. Great place to have a glass of wine at night and soak in the relaxing vibe. We used the new bbq grill and enjoyed eating in for three dinners. Sarah hooked us up with a golf cart rental from one of the other condo owners. I highly recommend this as it's a pretty far walk to restaurants during the heat of the day. During cooler months it would be a great walk but keep in mind that at night it's pretty dark to walk back to the condo from the marina. Not to mention it's so much fun driving all over Puerto Aventuras; making a coffee or gelato run! Our party was only two adults so we used the 2nd bedroom to open our suitcases on the twin beds - made for very easy access. Both bathrooms were lovely - great water pressure. Plenty of towels for both bathing and for the pool. Unfortunately, the weather was too hot at night to open the bedroom sliding glass door and be serenaded by the ocean waves. The master bedroom has a brick mosaic ceiling that is very beautiful. There isn't a ceiling fan, but a table fan is provided in the closet, which I used nightly. The only issue we had with our stay was the A/C being off when we arrived. The condo was hot; 30c/86f+; not good for unpacking or sleeping. It took 24 hours before the condo was comfortable despite running all 3 units. (Seemed more difficult for the A/C to catch up once it was so hot.) Once the condo was cooler, we settled in and truly appreciated the lovely home that has been created at Quinta Luna #304. We hope to return for another adventure sometime soon! Don't miss out on this gem in the Riviera Maya.

Oh that view!!!

We spent 10 days in Puerto Aventuras and stayed at Sarah’s penthouse condo. It was beautiful! The photos are totally accurate. The staff kept us stocked with bottled water, the pool and beach areas are super well maintained, and while the hotel beach clubs across the lagoon were crowded and noisy, we were often the only ones on our property! Privacy yet close to absolutely everything In Puerto Aventuras. Sarah is very easy to communicate with, answers questions before and during the trip. Thank you!!

We couldn’t have asked for more – this condo was exceptional! I’ll describe our favorite aspects of the condo unit itself and offer some tips for anyone wishing to stay here in a moment. But first, I want to acknowledge how great it is when someone is as easy to communicate with as Sarah (owner) was, beginning with her suggestion to connect via WhatsApp. We did that from the start as a way to shift from messaging through the HomeAway app and web site. The latter works fine, too, but with WhatsApp on my iPhone, messaging was far more instantaneous. Moreover, Sarah was never more than a few minutes form a reply through it. And when traveling internationally, with cellular and/or wifi connection, messaging or even voice calls through WhatsApp are a breeze. Highly recommended. Clear communication is one thing, but being attentive is entirely another. The only real time I relied on it was to confirm the address for directions for our cab driver. Sarah was immediately available and ensured we knew where to be taken and that the property manager had the unit ready and lit for us upon arrival (we arrived at dark). I genuinely felt like Sarah was our personal Siri/Alexa; that was comforting since this property was new to us. As for the condo itself – it’s beautiful and extremely well cared for. #304 Quinta Luna has many features you just can’t help but notice and enjoy. The tile and brick archways, the brick ceiling and stained glass in the master bedroom, the waterfall shower, the great water pressure and ample hot water, the super fluffy bath towels, the air conditioning, the full-wall sliding glass doors to the patio, the view from within of the ocean and the breathtaking 180 degree penthouse view of the ocean and Cozumel from the patio were all part of a place we loved calling “home” for our stay. We seemed to be the only ones staying in the entire complex that week as we had the infinity pool to ourselves. Except for the friendly iguanas who would crawl by to say hello and sunbathe with us. And on occasion the kayakers in the lagoon staying at the resort across the way. We truly had the whole place to ourselves. And the weather could not have been finer – sunshine and blue skies the entire time. Plenty of other good things to say about this place and the surrounding neighborhood, but we'll end by simply saying... Sarah, thank you very much for our truly spectacular stay at your place. We look forward to returning!

Very nice location.

Loved the interior design and the Mexican folklore type accessories. Enough of a beachy décor to remind you you're at the beach without overdoing it. Tasteful design. Well equipped. Would add light blocking curtains to master bedroom. It gets very bright early when your vacation eyes still want some darkness. Couldn't really access the beach but the pool and the surrounding area was great. Gorgeous at nigh! If you venture off property - leave some breadcrumbs. It's quite an expansive development. Would be nice for a trolley type service that could take you to the shops and restaurant since parking there is quite limited and could results in more visits. Overall, this condo was great! Sarah was very pleasant to work with and responsive.

We absolutely loved staying here. The Penthouse ocean view was amazing. I wish it would have had an umbrella for shade BUT I do know they will be getting something at the end of the year. The inside was beautiful and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with all necessities. The only thing I would note is that it does not have a dishwasher so I would recommend buying a lot of paper plates/products so you wouldn't have to hand wash dishes the whole stay. The beach, water, chairs and palapa shading was FABULOUS. Super relaxing and hardly any people. There are 2 resorts on either side so for a few hours each afternoon you could hear their music and people yelling on a microphone but it wasn't terrible. We rented a golf cart which gave us access to travel in to the marina for some amazing dinners each evening. I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Great hosts and fantastic location

We were thoroughly pleased with this property. The condo itself was actually better than the description and photos. The grounds of the property were very well maintained. The highlight of this property is definitely the Penthouse balcony with a view on the Caribbean. The hosts were very welcoming making sure that we had all the information we required to fully enjoy the property. We communicated with them a few times and they were very quick to reply. We would fully recommend this property. Highlights 1- Penthouse Balcony 2- cleanliness of the property 3- the amenities in the condo, beds, linens, kitchen and all the requirements (plates, cooking utensils etc) Room for improvement 1- BBQ grill. A BBQ would surely be useful for this property. THANK YOU SARAH!!!

This is a beautiful and comfortable 2 bedroom penthouse condo. Living space is wall to ceiling doors that open onto a large terrace with incredible views. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Great master bedroom with a large bathroom and a nice little terrace looking to the sea. The second bedroom was perf3ct for our two small grandkids. The property itself is nicely landscaped with a large swimming pool and very private beach area with lots of chairs and shade if desired. The pool, grounds and open air foyer were always impeccablly maintained by a very friendly staff.

The view will take your breath away

The moment we walked into the condo it was everything we could have imagined and even more so. The panoramic views were beyond amazing. We enjoyed coffee and sweet pastries in the morning on the balconies each day. The condo inside was ideal and decorated very nicely and had everything you needed to make your stay extra accommodating. At night is was very quiet on the property and we slept with the screen doors open so we could hear the ocean waves. Sarah was very responsive, shared lots of helpful information before our trip and the staff and neighbors on the property were extremely friendly and helpful if we had any questions or needed assistance when we arrived. The property is within walking distance to several restaurants in Puerto Adventuras, the Marina where you can see the dolphins, and many other activities. We also took short taxi rides to visit the cenotes nearby, Xcaret, and Tulum. This was the ideal location to get away, unwind, forget about your everyday worries and totally immerse yourself in the beautiful scenery, food, vistas, culture and beaches Mexico has to offer. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Born and raised in Iowa, I made the leap and moved to Playa del Carmen in 2013. My family purchased this incredible condo a year later and my parents spend the winter months in paradise while I get to enjoy the Caribbean and the Riviera Maya all year round!

My family has been visiting the Riviera Maya since the early 80's and love Mexico and the Caribbean, when we walked through the door of the condo and saw the view, it was a done deal. We love spending time here as a family, aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, friends, all are welcome and we have so made so many incredible memories over the last 2+ years in our home away from home.
