Meidän huoneisto sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla 5. kerroksessa, josta on näkymä Phoenix Westin ulkouima-altaille. Vältä hissiä ja pysäköi suoraan tähän kerrokseen. Meillä on myös avaimeton ovilukko, joten sinun ei tarvitse pysyä avainten mukana loman aikana! Voit nauttia upeasta näköalasta Persianlahdelle parvekkeelta tai yksikön lattiasta kattoon ulottuvista ikkunoista. Yli 1.950 m² yksikkö on erittäin tilava, vasta kalustettu ja uusi vuokraus markkinoilla!

Palvelut ovat runsaat tällä Phoenix West huoneisto: yksikkö on varustettu täysikokoinen laitteet, märkä baari jääpalakone, 55 "taulutelevisio HDTV olohuoneessa ja litteä 42" HDTV: issa master ja toinen makuuhuone ja 39 " HDTV kolmas makuuhuoneessa, pesutupa, jossa on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. On kuningas sänky Master, kaksi Queen Beds toinen makuuhuone ja kaksi Queen Beds kolmas makuuhuone. Nämä sängyt asettuivat uuteen kesällä 2016! Olemme my��s asettaneet uuden poikkileikkaushuoneen olohuoneeseen, joka voi tehdä queen-vuode jos tarvitset lisävuoteen.

Siellä on laiska joki, vesiliukumäki, ulkouima-allas, jossa on aidattu kiddy-allas, lämmitetty uima-allas, kaksi poreallas, state-of-the-art kuntokeskus, 4 saunaa ja katto-tenniskenttiä.

25 vuotta vanha ikäraja varaa yksikkö, joka pannaan täytäntöön ilman hyvitystä rikkomuksesta.

Both of our children had their own rooms and bathrooms, which was a huge plus for us. The master bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and comfortable. We did have a couple of items that needed repaired. We told the front desk but unfortunately, they were not fixed during our stay. We needed a new bulb for the master bath toilet area and the microwave did not have the glass plate so we were not able to use the microwave. It would have been nice to have had those items fixed during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The balcony was so nice to enjoy our breakfast and to view the sunsets.

Excellent property

We have stayed at Phoenix West many times. The properties are fabulous! The only thing I can “complain” about is the balcony tile evidently needs to be cleaned. We had black crud on our feet each time we came back inside.

There were huge dips in the beds, so much so that we had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the beds. Also the floors were not very clean as our feet were black from just walking around in the condo. Other than that everything was nice!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was very good. The owners may want to upgrade the mattress in the master bed room. It is worn, lumpy and uncomfortable. The complex needs to step up and replace and increase the number of chairs by the pool and lazy river. There are way too few for the number of guests. We first stayed at rhis resort in 2011 and we can say that over allit has been well maintained.

The mattresses on all the beds and the two living room chairs are in dire need to be replaced. They are in really bad shape. The condos appearance when arriving was it was very clean but after walking on the floors barefoot for about 10 minutes your feet were black. Other than the floor being dirty the rest of it was great. This was our second year staying in this unit and we love it. Hoping there will be updates made so we can book the same unit next year for our girls trip.

Good Condo

The furniture is old and worn out: the legs are bent on the couch and chairs, the patio chairs were worn out, etc. The condo was left a little on the dirty side with a bag left from the cleaning crew and a clogged bathtub. (Easy fixes). Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again, and hopefully by then there will be new or fixed furniture!

In the Master Bath, there was a horrible high-pitched humming sound in the ceiling. We believe it was coming from the condo above, maybe their HVAC system because it would be mostly on, but sometimes quiet. We had to keep the bathroom fan running & door shut to try to drown it out. Otherwise, the condo was perfect for our family. Management didn’t check wristbands all week, then on Friday morning as I was going to put chairs out, a very rude older man would not let me enter the pool area w/o my band. I said it’s one thing to say no, but there’s no need to be rude & he smarted off to me again. Ironically when I came back down with my wristband, no one was monitoring the gate for the remainder of the day. 😂 They decided to maintenance elevators during the peak use time (4 elevators for 27 floors) which created long wait times. Without those 2 negatives, all would have been 5 stars.

After walking around barefoot in the condo our feet were literally black with grime. Everything else was great and no other cleanliness issues. Condo is spacious and has all the comforts of home. The grandkids loved the water slide and the beach was great!
