Phoenix West w / Lazy River! 7. kerroksen !! Fall Specials!

Ole yksi ensimmäisistä loma parhaaseen Condo Phoenix West. Meidän huoneisto on täysin sijaitsee 7. kerroksessa suorat näkymät Lazy River. Voit nauttia upeat näkymät lahdelle alkaen parveke tai läpi lattiasta kattoon ulottuvat ikkunat yksikössä. Yli 1950 neliömetrin yksikkö on erittäin tilava ja uudet kalusteet. Voit myös pysäköidä suoraan 7. kerroksessa ja välttää hissejä!



Meillä on myös kaksi 3br yksiköt suoraan vieressä, 706 ja 707, jos tarvitset lisää asunnot suuremmille ryhmille.



Palvelut ovat runsaat tällä Phoenix West huoneisto: yksikkö on varustettu täysikokoinen laitteet, baarikeittiö, 50 "flat screen HDTV ja DVD olohuone, surround-ääni, master king-vuode ja 42" flatscreen TV DVD-soitin master-huoneessa, toisessa makuuhuoneessa on king-vuode ja 42-tuumainen televisio, kolmas makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi queen-vuodetta ja 42 "TV DVD-soittimella, pesutupa, jossa on täysikokoinen pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Olemme myös juuri korvannut maton laatta!



On Lazy River, vesiliukumäki, ulkoallas aidattu-in Kiddy allas, lämmitetty-ovi uima-allas, kaksi poreallas n, state-of-the-art kuntokeskus, 4 saunaa ja katolla tenniskenttää. Meillä on myös huoneisto vieressä, täydellinen suurille perheille !!



On 25 vuotta vanha ikäraja varata yksikkö, joka pannaan täytäntöön ilman palautusta rikkomisesta.



Lomasta tulee täydellinen Phoenix West kanssa kaikki mukavuudet, rantaa ja ylellistä majoitusta. Tule nauttimaan kaikki, että tämä uusi Phoenix on tarjota, soita tai sähköpostitse varata loma muistaa.



Pysäköinti: Sinun on ostettava parkkipaikka saapuessasi, ne ovat kertamaksun 35 dollaria per ajoneuvo. Kaikkien Phoenix Westin vuokraamasi 3br-yksikön takaa, että voit ostaa jopa kaksi parkkipaikkaa. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience during our Thanksgiving stay was good. For the most part, the condo was very clean other than a few stray hairs. The kitchen was a little problematic because of the oven. You can't see the temps on the knobs and the smoke detector is very sensitive. Also the beds were not very comfortable. The primary bedroom mattress makes noises and the tv did not work. Other than those few issues, it was a great stay and I would recommend. The primary bathroom was FANTASTIC.

We did wish the kitchen had some better pots and pans for cooking. It had plenty of dishes and cups. Hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. We were able to store our beach chairs and things right outside our room which kept sand out. We also wish we had access to a broom inside the rental. They had a vaccum, but sometimes you just want to sweep a highly trafficked area without vaccum noise or trying to find an outlet.

Girls Beach Trip!

We loved the condo,,,,it was beautifully decorated and definitely gave the beach vibe. Unfortunately, the floors were terribly dirty. The balcony was super nice but feel it needed a couple more sitting spots. Location was great,,,so close to everything! Just so you know, the girls I was speaking about are in their 70’s and still enjoying traveling together and living life!

Newly updated, spacious & awesome views!

Stayed 5 nights and don’t have a single complaint. The condo was clean, newly updated and plenty of space for our family of 9! Sunrise & sunset views from the balcony/patio were awesome. Lazy river & pool were a bonus after a day spent at the beach. All staff & security were very polite and helpful. We’ll definitely be back next summer!

The entrance to this unit is straight in from the parking garage and elevators so very easy to load and unload (especially with kids-3yrs and 8mos). The view was perfect and the lazy river and pool were AMAZING! This unit is beautiful but very white-hard to keep little dirty fingers off of sofa cushions and pillows but we managed. We will definitely stay again.

Great vacation!

We were looking for convenience and comfortability. The seventh floor was actually perfect. You are able to drive right up to the 7th floor, so there is no need to wait for the elevator. The elevators were not that crowded, and it was easy to get to the beach and pool. The condo was very comfortable. Nice furnishings and everybody had their own space. We ordered our groceries from Publix and they were delivered right to the door. Highly recommend!!!

Perfect location

This place was perfect for us. We loved the layout of the condo. The parking make everything so easy. The lazy river was amazing! Perfect balcony view of the ocean. We will definitely be trying to stay at this particular condo again. There was only 2 inconveniences… the internet. We didn’t get good internet service, but I figure that was because we had so many devices connected to the WiFi. The other inconvenience was there was no hand mixer. Overall though, I would highly recommend this place.

It was a nice condo. Everything seemed to work. However lots of decor stored in closets we had to work around. But other than that and only one hot pad for oven, all was nice and would stay again.

Great ice machine in beverage bar area. Parking on same floor so no elevator rides to unload or load car. Within walking distance to several restaurants'. Condo needs a deep clean on the floors (not sure they have been mopped in a while - feet were black after walking barefoot. Our family had a wonderful time this year at Orange Beach.

There was only one dish towel and only small amounts of everything else like pots, pans, utensils, etc. But definitely not a deal breaker. The location of the condo was was conveniently located right off the elevator and there was parking on the same floor of condo. The ice machine was a plus! One other thing lacking was there was no iron...only an ironing board. Overall, a great condo and I would recommend it and definitely stay in that same unit again.

Some areas on the ceiling we peeling (popcorn from the 80's). The stove has the numbers rubbed off, hard to determine the temp. and the stove top is creaked. WiFi signal is not very strong. Can't beat the view from the balcony. Access to the pools, lazy river and beach is great. All-in-all, a great place to stay.

Things that were broken last year are still broken, towel rack in a bathroom and this year the stove top has a BAD crack, the dials on the stove top have no numbers, there is no screen on the frame to the balcony, the ceiling needs repairs, the ice maker is not working properly, some lamps are broken.

Spring Break OB

This is the kind of place you want to be at with your family. Beautiful place with all the water options for kids and walking distance to get good food, play mini golf, arcade. The ice machine in your own unit is so helpful when packing coolors. The unit has everything you need. We cant wait to be back!

Reviewer Comments: I’ll start out by saying that the location of Phoenix West is great! So much to do in both Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. The only downfall to our trip was how dirty and disgusting the condo was. Within minutes of arriving and walking barefoot in the condo, everyone’s feet were black. Cabinets had splatter marks on them. Mold in the showers. Every single return had layers of black dust caked to them. All ceiling lights had at least two inches of dust piled on them. There is absolutely no possible way that the condo was deep cleaned prior to us arriving, and no possible way that the condo had been deep cleaned as a result of Covid. The couch and kitchen chairs were black - assuming from people’s feet due to the gross floors. Stove knobs had no labeling so it was a guessing game every time we cooked. Ill note that the rental company did refund the cleaning fee, however, given the amount we paid for the week, it seemed like a minimal remedy presented by them. If you look at reviews, you will see that the same issues have been noted for more than a year now. Unacceptable when people are paying what they are.

Also, the refrigerator has definite shelf problems that need to be fixed. It is impossible to read the info on the stove dials. You have to guess which knob is for top or bottom, left or right, and high to low. It has been “scrubbed” completely off. We had a few mishaps while cooking because of that guesswork.

Great location and condo but floor was filthy. We bought a swifter but remained dirty.

We rolled up the rug because it was too dirty to walk on. Broken furniture too but view was great and so was the space. We think end of season was the reason it wasn’t very clean. We will return though!
